1 AM A 7/11 COSTUMER FOR OVER 20 YEARS.THIS STORE IS THE WORSTED, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFRIEDLY .7/11 STORE EVER...DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE !!!

Worst 7-11 Ive ever been to. The owner Mona, is an extremely bipolar woman. She is kind and nice one second then shes yelling and accusing people of stealing the next. That woman needs to get her head on straight, and prioritize her responsibility to the store. I would recommend no one goes here for anything. They jack up the store prices every other month, they are way more expensive than any other gas station around them. The couple that run the store are terrorists when it comes to their employees, Ive seen the woman Mona tear down here employee just for making a simple mistake. I will never ever return to this store, hell maybe another 7-11 in my life.

I bought Gas today . I Payed Cash For pump number 11 $15.00. I had a call come in and it was important so I took the call. I forgot to pump the gas . After leaving I called the 7-11 to let them know . The Indian Lady that answered told me that its to bad. There is nothing she can do, I know she knew exactly who I was because I was the only person in the store. I told her that at the end of the night her register will be over . But I guess she is ok with taking peoples money. Even in times like these. This is what is wrong with this world now . Karma will get you and dish out all it needs to, Believe that. I will never go to another 7-11 if its the last thing I do. I hope many people see this and stay out of all the 7-11 as a matter of fact .

Alit of convenient and fast food selections

The owner/manager is extremely unprofessional and is a thief. I went into the shop and asked for $20 of pump #5. She made a mistake and put it on pump #7. Someone else pumped my gas as I was trying to figure out why my pump wasn’t working. I went in and she informed me she put it on the wrong pump but she wouldn’t be giving me my money back because it had been spent. I told her she made a mistake and she just needs to fix it and she refused. She stole $20 from me. I called the police and as they were coming she got in her car and left and hid like a child. The employee behind the counter called and asked her when she would be back and she said 5-10 minutes, the police officer waited for 25 minutes and she refused to show up. She knows she is wrong and has the worst customer service. Be careful, they will take your money. I have called corporate and turned her in. That isn’t how you take care of paying customers. Shady business DONT GO HERE they will steal your money too.

This is Regina, I work at USPS at Fort Myers and I go to this location everyday. The restrooms at the store are really clean and smells fresh. I appreciate the management; keep it up! 👍

She is a scam the owner ive worked for her and she cut my pay turning back the time clock she needs to be arrested for fraud her name is mona karma will come back to her one day keep doing what you do you wont last hope you lose your business

There is a handful of fuel pumps at this location that do not function properly or dont work at all (been like that for months now) staff is rude and unprofessional and struggle with getting customers checked out, in the mornings you cant get in and out of the store in under 15 minutes

Standing there 5 minutes waiting to order a hot dog while the small young woman cashier is texting on her phone and eating. Are you serious??? I will find a circle k rather than go here again.

This 7-11 has EVERYTHING ! I even found a bottle of my favorite wine.They have a variety of hot food that is prepared daily, quick lunch food;, hot dogs, pizza and chicken wings. The service was fast and attentive .

Consistently fast and friendly service. Clean store. Good beverage variety. Has propane exchange and a Redbox.

DO NOT GO HERE! Go the extra block to RaceTrac. I have been a customer at this 7-11 for 5 years. I have finally had enough. They are incompetent, dont care, and DONT LISTEN TO OR FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTIONS and just (not for the first time) cost me $15 for a simple energy drink because the clerk could not follow basic instructions to put only a certain amount on my card. This is only one instance. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

After I bought two pieces of pizza from them, I saw a roach underneath the counter in front of the register. It was a German cockroach, pretty disgusting.

I came here for the first time for vaccum for my car and it took my money. when spoke with employee(that rude girl) talked with me loudly and badly. this is not the way to talk with the customer. she needs to do 7-11 lessons on how to deal with customer.

This store is terrible, the customer service sucks and the store looks dirty.

Place is empty during the night. Useless to come here. Might as well hit some local restaurant if you need some food.
