My son was robbed and his laptop, phone and All his prescriptions were stolen. A police report was taken. I had just come from the Dr.s, He wrote him new prescriptions. He said if I had any problems filling them, to have them call him and hed verify them. I took them to this store, because it was the closest to the Dr.s office. I told them what happened, and even provided a new prescription. I asked if there was going to be a problem. He looked it up and said no, because it was a different prescription. Right after I left, I received a text saying that they wouldnt fill it, due to medicaid insurance rules. I tried to call and was on hold for over 45 minutes and hung up. We went back and asked, to pay w/cash, and the pharmacist said no. I told her what the Dr. said, and she said, I Dont Care What He Said. While I was standing in line, you could hear over the speaker saying 3 phone calls for the pharmacy and was Never answered. So we waited the 7 days till it could be filled. They tried to charge us instead of using the Medicaid. Another pharmacy tired to call (Publix near us in Cape Coral) and stayed on hold for almost an hour, they picked up and hung up the phone on them. Absolutely the worst. Most of the reviews were right. They are Rude, Do NOT answer the phone, and I will not be back.
One of the lady so just tell me to go back to school cause I don’t speak English clearly.. first of all I wasn’t born in the state so what my English not that good. But I didn’t get her name and all i did was driving crying 🤷🏽♀️It was really embarrassing
The pharmacy staff are discriminatory people with Latinos, my grandmother had a low sugar because the pharmacy staff, especially a blond man, was not placing the insurance correctly, intentionally doing it so as not to provide insulin, this It is the most embarrassing thing for a person to play with the life of another by the fact of being Latino, I hope you take this seriously and that forgiveness is removed from that department where I will be in charge of making this public in the news and making them pay sanctions what they did to my grandmother, life is respected, medicines are respected, the situation that was experienced on Tuesday, September 28, by the unqualified personnel of the pharmacy, is not fair, enough discrimination and abuse stop
I was the 2nd person today to complain to the FRONT about “ ester “ The pharmacy tech. Everything that happened was over the phone thank goodness. All recorded. She made me so distraught today over something so SIMPLE.. All Bc I repeated what another CVS Supervisor told me….She immediately got hostile. This “person” shouldn’t be handling medications.
People At the pharmacy are so rude omg i call they keep hanging up on me so i take a uber went to the store same thing really unprofessional… all I wanted was to ask a question about my prescription.
Quite* literally the slowest, worst service. Waited in the drive thru AT THE WINDOW for twenty five minutes without so much as a hello. Called to reach *someone* and waited on hold on the phone for 15 minutes before giving up. Pharmacists literally just walking around in circles, not exactly sure what they’re doing. Shockingly bad, avoid this place.
This is the absolute worst CVS I have ever patronized. I will be switching. I called a total of 8 times in over an hour and the pharmacy allowed the phone to ring for over an hour unanswered. I talked to a woman in the front who said shed take my number back and have them call me. Nothing happened, although I believe she did try. Then I talked to a Hispanic woman, I believe her name was Maria. She finally got results. I spoke with the pharmacist the week prior concerning an issue and he stood there like a stump with nothing to say of value. The pharmacy techs are slow, lack customer service skills, and should be bringing in shopping carts, not distributing medicine. This is not the typical CVS and corporate needs to step in and make serious changes.
Friendly staff, very clean noted various post covid precautions in place I felt very safe visiting there
Esther is a nasty individual. Bad customer service
Literally the slowest drive thru in town. I know they are doing covid testing, but it should not take 15-20mins to do one test. Every time I come here there is always a line of 3-4 cars. Switching pharmacies now because the covid testing has made it so much worse. They really need to come up with a more efficient system.
Accommodating and helpful staff.
The pharmacy in this CVS is horrible, dropped off prescription at 12:30 pm and go pick up at 3:00pm and still havent ready, what in the world going on...horrible service
GR8 NEIGHBORHOOD STORE
Do not use CVS for anything. I waited 40 mins in their covid testing line only for them to tell me their printer was broken and I needed to wait at least an hour more. Walgreens is heads and tails above CVS for everything!!! Only go there. Avoid this place.
Was in and out but look like the rest of the cvs
I been going here for a long time. Eddie the manager is a great person. Will help you in anytime. But the pharmacy needs alot of help. Slow
Slowest drive through I have ever been in.
I love the coupons offered online for photos. I have family that live out of state and Im able to ship the photos to their front door. I also love the coupons that come on the receipts. I save alot of money.
I dont know what kind of experience other people have had here, but for me the store is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. Even when another customer was kind of being a nightmare, the cashier did his best and took care of things. Usually, it seems like the front staff does their best to make sure that people can use the discounts too. I shop here a lot, and generally Im pretty happy with it.
Clean store and friendly staff
The BEST store around!Friendly staff and always helpful!
Best CVS ever! Great staff, always helpful. Have used other pharmacys and corner drug stores around the area, this one is by far the best!
Pharmacy staff doesnt know what they are doing. I wait in line to drop off or pick up for 15 to 20 minutes. 2 hour wait to get rx!
Friendly and helpful staff,. Would have given 5 stars, but they dont seem to stock as much as other stores
Its the closest to the Lee Memorial Hospital in case you need some snacks and foods and return quickly.
Horrible experience customer service sucks pharmacy doesn’t know what’s going on
Horrible customer service. Good luck using this location and I have to say transferring all rx and future to another pharmacy other location on college even worse.
This is one of the worst CVS in fort myers. I had a sick child (104 temperature) in my arms and they moron cashier would not help me find & seek medication for her in the aisle. Once I found the medication they would not give me the CVS price of 5.99 and wanted me to sign up. Instead they were trying to charge me 8.99. I ended up signing up and his effing system could not process it and got shut down - and they f#@er would not still give me the 5.99 prices. Bastards.
The manager Eddie was very helpful highly recommend this store
Poor pharmacy help ...call to corporate didnt help simple request for my meds for a dr. to review something corporate says they do all the time .All I got from girl behind counter is we dont do that here .NEVER AGAIN >>>>GO ELSEWHERE
Best Cvs.
Lie discriminate to anyone on weak pain meds state they dont have it. Bull....how is this legal especially to do to the disabled.???heartless
Cool location cool staff
The pharmacy side is rude customer service they dont do their jobs if something doesnt go through with the insurance they are supposed to assist you yet they say you have to be the one to figure it out and theres a girl who literally looks bothered every time you ask a question Im definitely calling to complain but this is my last trip here as far as the pharmacy department goes.
Garbage service
Excellent staff, Excellent service
