Love the ice cream and the fountain drinks are not watered down

I would to give this store the 5 star review it deserves but just up and closing the store at 10 pm at night when its supposed to be a 24hr store is sad at best! All these people looking for work and this place cant staff enough people to work the night shift! Hey hears a thought how about taking one or two of the day people which I might add is any where between 3 to 5 people in there on the day shift! Come on this is a 24hr store stay open and get some help!

Very discreet and professional. Corporate rules our always a little ridiculous in situations. All and all Im satisfied with the polite and courteous abilities to advice a very exhausted patron and journalist.Nameste💯🕉 Definitely love being recognized mostly & though possibly lacking empathy or giving resourceful advice; all in all though a rule is a rule and an employee is still an employee that must think of their job before to adjust; making an absolutely impulsive decision on what adjustments they may feel authorized to change.Good vibes. It is advertised that they are open 24 hours but you go there at 10 at night and they lock their doors already and dont reopen until 5 in the morning or 5:30 in the morning. This has been going on for months if theyre going to close at night then they should change their hours as not listed as open 24 hours.So once again I went to the store tonight nowThey have no signs on the window saying they are closed But the doors are locked and the person who is working Doesnt even acknowledge you as you are walking up to the doors. Like I have said before if they are going to close every night then change the hours.

This isnt the 1970s. Why isnt this store open at least later if not all night? Its ridiculous pulling into a store to watching customer after customer leave because the store is closed. The Race Trac a few miles down isnt closed.

I work downtown Ft Myers and like to get gatorade and water to rehydrate but about 3-4 times a week when I come to this racetrac theyre closed. Why claim to be a 24 hour store when you close for the night several nights a week.

Stopped after work about 10pm...got swarmed by people asking for money cigarettes, even approached my car as I was on my phone.

The only place that is truly open 24 hours. Other 24-hour places close their restrooms at night or lock the lobby, but RaceTrac is there any good place to go to the bathroom at night time if you are an Uber driver. Plus the staff is very friendly and it is very well lit.

Consistently closed

Its too bad they cant keep there yogurt machines running. Its a good idea but they all have the same bad flavors and they rarely work! Get them working and get some fruit flavors. No one wants chocolate or peanut butter flavored yogurt, thats what ice creams for. Too bad, I have a feeling they will just remove the machines soon. I think if they were gonna get there stuff together they would of done it already

I use to come here every morning and night. But all three of their coolers are broken so If you want anything cold you cant its warm and if you get a cup of cife they charge you. Now at Wawa you can get a cold drink and a cup of Ice on the house maybe thats why Wawa has been around for ever! Since Jasmine switched stores and when at register she has no smile not even a hello or welcome .

Its very nice for a gas station. Always clean and has quite the selection. Everything you can find at other gas stations but with a bit more 😎👉

Was good but no longer service went down hill

VERY RUDE YOUNG LADY HERE. MY BROTHER WENT HERE AND WAS VERBALLY ASSAULTED BY A CASHIER OVER SOMETHING HE DIDNT DO. AND THEN HE TRIED TO PAY FOR HIS ITEMS SHE WAS ON THE PHONE AND STATED SHE DIDNT GIVE A F@#% ABOUT HER JOB AND SHE WISH SOMEONE WOULD TRY HER WHEN SHE WAS THE ONE WHO WAS DOING ALL THE TALKING FROM THE STARTI MEAN REALLY RACE TRAC. AND THE OTHER YOUNG LADY THAT WAS WORKING WITH HER WAS JUST CLUELESS. THIS WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND COULD HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF HAND QUICK. AND SHE SHOULD HAVE TREATED HER CUSTOMERS BETTER. IF NOT FIND ANOTHER JOB.....

I love going to this store. The customer service is great and the store is always clean. However, Nathan jalapeños sausages need to be added to your grill. That will keep me from traveling out of the area just to get one.

This Racetrac location is really nice. Everything is new looking and well maintained. Also, they have a really good sandwich selection.

Do not go here. The sign says the ice cream is ¢44 an oz. The tall lady charged a flat$3 for a small cup. When I pointed out the sign on the wall above the cups she started berating me that I must have had a bad day at church. She was yelling, smacking the wall and waving her arms. I had to get my wife out before she started a fight. I went back later for a refund and an explanation and just got you be needing to talk to corporate. While I was getting the number from the assistant manager I heard her starting with some other guy.

Ill tell you why I love this place. Its got everything, especially the ice. I love their ice

Im just tired of these employees and their nasty attitudes. Thier manager acts worst than the rest of the employees. Its no wonder they have such poor customer service skills when they are just following by example.

Located right in the heart of Fort Myers hood. Theres always people panhandling in the outdoor seating area.

Ok the Cape Coral Race Trac is way better but Race Trac is always the best gas station
