Hey google! Give us a choice of ZERO or Minus Stars. This place is not worthy of the ONE that I was forced to give it so I could write a review. The employees are nice but this place is in dire need of attention. Watch your step in the parking lot, it’s so uneven and dangerous. This is Fort Myers, a prime real estate area of the state and they allow this slum? Wow just wow.PS. I fell in the parking lot between the shop and the entrance to the building because of the jagged concrete. I messed up both knees and barely could get in my truck. Drivers be careful. Someone is going to trip there and end up in the hospital. But then again, if it happens to you, I hope you sue them and own this Pilot and make improvements.

Parking lot is a total disaster but the showers were clean as hell and those two massage chairs in the drivers lounge was the best thang smoking!!! LOL

Pilot #352 exit I-75 #139 is in such poor condition. I didn’t even feel safe enough to stay the night there.

Female drivers beware if you need a shower .. When taking a shower the lights go out on you and leave you in total darkness. I was not taking a long time but I did need to shave and wash my hair. Being in total pitch black darkness without any warning was disturbing. I very carefully was trying to feel my way out of the shower when the lights came back on. Could have been hurt bad if I would have slipped. I let the front desk know but evidently they dont care.. they let me know I took too long so the sensor didnt know I was in there. Thanks Pilot for the total darkness experience.

Been sitting here for a couple of days waiting on our Monday morning delivery. The gals that work here are awesome.Shanitta is a breath of fresh air. She’s always in a great mood, very helpful.The night shift gal got me salt so I could gargle my sore mouth.The showers could be a little cleaner but other than that everything has been great.

This is an old Speedway truck stop converted to a Pilot, but thats a good thing. Nice, big showers, friendly staff, and lots of hot food options.

Top notch Pilot. Very friendly and polite staff. Very busy at all times. It is hard to find a spot and a little tricky parking but other than that its great.

The most horrible experience ever. All Reps were very undertrained and careless of there duty. As I arrived at this pilot and asked the attendant what services are provided for RVs cashier said she didnt know. The least they could have done is asked another Rep, or make a call for information.

If you in need to rest don’t consider this location because you ain’t going to get any especially at night with illegal street racing. The sounds of mufflers! Can they take somewhere else not at rest area?I am sorry but this is not ok. And I would never recommend this place to anyone. Super disappointed 😒

Trash over run at pump, no receipt paper, empty window washer buckets.

I originally years ago gave this place a 5 Star but Im now changing it to a 1 star. I have been going here 2 to 3 times a week for years and not sure if management change but this place is going downhill. For the last year atleast 2 to 3 pumps are down at all times. 1 deisel pump was wrecked months ago and still has not been repaired. Every deisel pump has some type of issue with the screen. Pump 17 makes you pick DEF cause skip doesnt work. Pump 21 types letter when your trying to put in numbers. Pump 20 is barely able to be read. And pump 19 has been down for months. This place has turned into a unmaintained dump to put it nicely and Pilot really needs to intervene cause its a bad representation of Pilot as a company

Dont ever yell at a custmer where over here not there cant you see.too many options for truck stops and stop gossiping with coworks at counter it unprofessional.

Always curious why individuals apply for positions they clearly have no interest in performing to the best of their ability... These behaviors are the result of a $600 paycheck not earned... Very Sad... Customer Service was horrendous...

Small and awkward parking. Looks more like a camping outpost than a Truck stop center. Nice staff and decent food options. Shower rooms are relatively small compared to other Love and Pilot travel centers around the area. Overall, it get the job done.

Well, I am almost certain that any woman trying to use the rest room bathroom or toilet which ever youd like to call it would not be very happy if she entered and was doing her business whether it is number 1 or 2 and while doing her business she notices a male worker from this establishment inside as well cleaning while her and other women are in there. Well, imagine my surprise when I entered the mens room and saw a woman inside supposedly cleaning and sweeping while other men stood around doing or entered to do their business. When I brought it to the day time manager attention regarding this incident his reply was well we cannot afford to hire both male and female and there is a sign on the walk way which actually said caution wet floor not a sign blocking entrance to mens room or cart blocking entry. She was in there looking around and supposedly sweeping all while men are walking in and out while this woman is in there. My response to this manger was so I suppose if it were the other way around and male worker would be in the womans room cleaning while women were utilizing same room that would be perfectly fine? He had no response. But then again it is Pilot/Flying J not a real surprise. Later on I saw James the manager on day shift looking towards my direction and laughing with another employee about my complaint. This is exactly why this company is always in litigation. One more law suit waiting to happen. I will notify Better Business Bureau of this as well. I spoke to evening shift Manager and another employee about my earlier incident and the female employee blurted out yeah she does it all the time regarding woman in man rest room and supposedly cleaning.

I love pilots. ..they are great join the reward program and get 3 cents off per gallon all the time. .and free stuff .its a great program and its free to join..

Not as clean as the loves at exit 143.Also lack of parking for tractor trailers. I would use the loves, but pilot offers better fleet fuel pricing

Its a tiny lot, better reserve a spot if you dont get here early. Otherwise a nice store. Friendly people, well stocked store and nice clean showers with great pressure and plenty of hot water.

Reasonably priced fuel, quite a selection of coffee both hot and cold, and a Subway on site make this Pilot a nice stop. Constant reminders from the overhead sound system encouraging drivers to move vehicles away from the pumps before they go inside to shop is certainly a plus!

Drop trailers fill their truck parking lot, so sad that dont stop that like most pilots do. We need a place to sleep.

Our company supplies Bananas and Apples to Pilot #392 in Fort Myers. Most of the nightshift are great.They have had a couple of assistant managers over the years that have been real pieces of work. Miserable to deal with as a Regional Manager for a vendor.

Store and restrooms are clean, has Subway and hot food plus that famous Pilot coffee. Parking is for maybe 10 to 15 trucks. One of my favorite places to stop on US 27 IN South Bay, FL

Older design truck stop, that can accommodate 53 trailers fairly well provided drivers dont nosedive in to the back row. Two big problems are bobtails parking in trailer spots and dropped trailers left for weeks at a time.

Pilot seems to be the place for stolen cards. Dont use anything but Cash here. This is also a rough part of town. Station is dirty and the pavement is rough. Best to avoid this one unless you are a truck driver. There are showers for truck drivers.

This place is kind of like a big mobile home on stilts. The last 10 or so times I’ve been there the DEF pumps have been out of order, There is no room to pull ahead after fueling, and the Bossman’s shop behind them is terrible. Also there is no functioning air at any of the truck pumps. Don’t bother asking at the boss shop because the fat slob sitting on his rear will tell you to use the pay pump for automobiles.

Gas prices are OK - not the cheapest. Area around fuel islands was very dirty. Very visible from the highway, and easy to get to.

Average Pilot,store is smaller but convenient. Not that many parking spots,approximately 50 (15-20paid) but you can find some spots on side of the road.

It was really nice!! Ive not seen a Pilot quite like that before?!! But its a bus Stop for the Amtrak buses also, that take people to the Amtrak train station!! It was More Homestyle feel an look to it, it was more like a travel/rest center type!! Very nice!! Wtg Pilot!!

They were doing some renovations after Irma, but now looks like they are almost back to normal. they used to have some washing machines, but I havent seen them since the renovations. I could be wrong and they brought them back, but it would be best to call and ask. There is a subway here to get a bite to eat. an area with a television to hangout between loads to while taking a break.

A nice stop between Tampa and south Florida. Has a little bit of everything you could ask for.

Been going here for years. Back when it was a diner. Still a great place. For a while the lines to check out were terrible but has gotten much better the past few months.

They sell LP Gas for my motorhome LP is 299. A gal... They also have a dump station for 10.00 . Right off the exit ramp 143.. Great place..

Everything we needed was available to us. A typical gas station rest stop on a highway. No frills. Also, if you do go to Subway, make sure that you do the math when you order. Its better to order a footlong than two six-inch subs!

They have everything you need if youre traveling or a truck driver. The bathrooms are always clean but the womens room sometimes is out of toilet paper, spotless but no paper. Thats why only 4 stars.

This is a pretty old truck stop. The parking lot is very worn with numerous deep pot holes filled with muddy water. The parking lot is also very small with not a lot of big truck parking spaces available so drivers park along the road in the sand and mud in marked No Parking zones. They do have a C store, Subway restaurant and a tire and oil change shop on the property. The travel plaza is just off Interstate 75 to the West of the highway and has a traffic signal at the entrance to make entering and exiting the property easier. It is the closest real truck stop to Ft. Myers and Naples.

Very nice employees. And even though I wasnt in need of a tire, it surprised me to see a tire shop at a Pilot

Nice place to visit for drink or food. Subway available. Problem with all or should say most truck stops is they need better disinfecting and fresheners in their restrooms. All else, ok😊

I tell you what, the first time you hit this place, it feels like three out of five stars. Then it grows on you. Then it becomes your favorite truck stop in South-West Florida. There are no laundry machines, no power outlets in the Subway lobby, and getting to it requires a trip down to the next stop light. Its worth it. Ive seen it bounce back and get better and better since the hurricane, and mad props to all theyve done.

There is a lot of variety here. There are tables outside and inside (not just at the Subway but in a TV room and one little desk in a game room). The games are a couple of those machines with class to grab prizes and a row of slot machines that dont actually give cash prizes but Ive seen some people play those things forever. There is also variety in the products sold from the typical choices in food and snacks to gifts, t-shirts and souvenirs, books that are reasonably priced, accessories for trucks that could also be used in other vehicles on long trips (such as mini stoves that plug into the car charger outlet and containers made to store both hot or cold items that also plug into the car charger outlet but dont worry they sell adapters so you can plug in several things to that outlet 😂). They have good clean showers for about $12 a go. They offer haircuts but Ive never done that here so I cant really comment. The staff is friendly and competent. They keep the grounds cleaner than average.

Nice spot to stop to get gas weird though. I didnt see stairs like a porch to get inside. Another entrance down near subway but out of the way if you are getting gas

They need to have a better system trying to get Diesel we want to fill our tank like every other service station lets you do. I dont know how much it going to take ....I just want it full.....Poor System! ....whats the point?

Use mostly for fuel. Prices reasonable especially if using your rewards card. Occasionally pick up auto items and sometimes food from the Subway inside. Never had any problems.

Get alot of gas from here. And always get a Sprite from the drink fountain. Sometimes reeses too! Real clean store and restroom

This review is for the subway restaurant. One of the best Subways in the area. Good food, and very promt service considering the amount of business they do daily. I eat here often

People that work there are very good and a lot of fun but that where it ends. People are allowed to sleep in their cars night after night every night leave cars over night and nobody does nothing to stop It not a good place for people to visit at night to bad not a good place until something is done to stop however its not going to happen bad place to be bad for people

Awesome place to stay if you are a trucker, found parking even in the late evening, Ms.Shenita I believe was the name of the pleasant lady who worked the counter, very nice and helpful, showers were very clean, definitely worth driving extra few miles to get here and stay the night, thank you Pilot for having a wonderful team at this location!!

Love this gas station. They always have what i need and the bathrooms are very clean.

I was reep off by the pump I selected 87 grade and went inside for a drink the pump change my selection to 92 grade. Whis a change my purchase 2.98 in sted off 2.29. No never to stop there again

Ive been here about three going on four weeks and the staff is amazing and friendly.

Other than the parking lot needing attention its a good place to stop for fuel, snacks, food or trucker stuff.

The cashier kind of made me feel nervous. I bought some food on a bus trip, yesterday, and she just was kinda wierd. Does anybody else identify with not liking it when a cashier reaches over the counter and grabs your food to scan it? I like showing them the barcode/UPC and having them scan it while I hold it. They make me feel as if though I am at fault for not wanting them to touch my food! And I really dont know what to make of that. I worked overnight at 7-11, but I am pleasant. Crazy. Gas/diesel prices dont get any cheaper around SWFL than here...hot showers available, $9 haircuts or trims, 24 hr Subway shop inside (use those coupons), plenty PKG space for your big rig and right off I-75 exit 139.
