A very professional job from the sales person, Jessica to the installation supervisor Sergio; his communication was excellent. The actual installers were excellent as well. They are very respectful of our property and always cleaned up thoroughly after the job was complete. To a man they were first rate; and my dogs liked them too. Highly recommend this company.

Sergio the owner came out to our home to give us a quote. What he gave was the truth! He said you dont need new windows you need caulk and framing around existing windows. I cant tell you how much I appreciate his honesty! He could have sold me new windows.

Excellent company very responsive. Had some supply chain issues due to to pandemic which they worked to overcome. Made some schedule adjustments so other construction projects were not delayed. Great installers, great product and good prices. Can recommend them without hesitation.

I had original windows from the 60s that were terrible! After getting 5-6 quotes from various window companies, I decided to go with Gulf Coast because of the value and several positive reviews. I spoke with Jessica, who is extremely kind and thorough. I saved money for 18 months and finally had the PGT Windows installed on 2-18-20. WOW! What a HUGE difference. Mike, Jason and Jake were prompt, professional, clean, and conscientious. IM THRILLED with the new look and anticipate a big savings on electric/AC bill. I highly recommend Gulf Coast as they provided great service at a enormous savings compared to other window companies.

Gulf Coast replaced all the windows and doors on our beach-front condo with hurricane rated windows in 2010. This review is not about that project, but about the two other times I have contacted them to do additional projects for us.I respect any business owners right to decline work for any reason - their work load, the scope of the project, the nature of the project, etc. My complaint about Gulf Coast is that, on the two subsequent projects I contacted them about, they never did the work, nor did they ever contact us to say they didnt wish to do the work. They left us in limbo for months, and cost me a lot of time trying to get through to them.The first project that they declined/failed to respond to was a full condo renovation. I contacted them in fall, 2013, and Chip came to our condo to look over the job. He quoted a price, which we accepted, and then waited for him to send a written quote and contract. It didnt come for a long time, and I tried, repeatedly, to contact Gulf Coast to see what was going on. Finally, after months, I spoke with Chip and he said that the price was too low - remember this was his quote that we did not dicker over at all and, that there was lots of work available in Naples that would pay him more. Again, I respect his right to decline to do our project but it was terribly unprofessional of him not to follow up after giving us a verbal quote. This happened again when we contacted him in November 2017 to replace a window that cracked in Hurricane Irma. We contacted Gulf Coast as they had installed the windows a few years earlier. He, and his staff, NEVER followed up with us, though they did go to the condo to look it over and measure. I repeatedly contacted them for updates. Finally, I called a different company who followed up in very short order and replaced the window about a month after I contacted them. Again, Gulf Coast had the right not to accept the window replacement job, but why did they string me along for SEVEN MONTHS?? This company cherry picks their jobs and is completely unprofessional.We did our full condo renovation with another contractor and had a wonderful, easy renovation with them. We replaced our cracked window with another company who was very timely, responsive and thorough. Why go through the headaches of trying to get through to this company. I will never call them again, and I recommend you dont as well.

They were there on time, got busy very fast, were friendly and answered any questions I had along the way and the place was spotless when they were done. Most importantly the doors look amazing. Called for and estimate on getting 20 windows replaced and 3 sets of doors. Needed to get an estimate and they said the would be out the next day. 8 days later I called back and the estimate scheduler said she was out sick and that she was going to call me. Funny, if I had not called would she have really called me, they just wasted my time and then told me they may not be able to do it because of the type of doors I need, which should have be communicated on the initial call. Just really unprofessional.

In 2014, hurricane windows and sliders were installed in my Gulf front condo in Fort Myers Beach. We have experienced many tropical storms and hurricane Irma with zero water intrusion. The owner, office staff and installers were very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend their quality product and first class service.
