Michael is always helpful and honest whenever I go there. He takes time to explain everything and help get you a good plan.

Kevin Byrd was very helpful today. I was here yesterday at this MetroPCS store in three Oaks and A guy I was talking to was only gonna give me a Sim card and service but it would have cost more then what Kevin gave me,which was a phone plus a month of service. Kevin went above and beyond and got me a new phone for cheaper.Thank you so much!

Younger guy did an awesome job getting me a new plan. Guy with the long hair was great at explaining my mother’s plan to her.

Brent and Kevin are very helpful in every question I had. Sequoia is very helpful as well. Total 100% professionals who do all they can for their customers. Ive been a Metro PCS member since 2007 and have never had an issue. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the store manager Michael. He helped me get into a new phone and helped me save on the case and glass. Tristan is excellent as well. Both are very friendly.

I was in there a month ago and got excellent service from Mike and Royce. Mike is very knowledgeable about the phones and services offered by MetroPCS. He took the time to understand what I wanted for my children and me, taking the time to explain different options which would save me money on our initial purchases, and my monthly payments. After pricing other plans from competitors, I was able to save between $39 to $130 a month, with better over all services.Update: Because of the excellent service I received on my first visit to the store, I returned to this store to get replacement phone for two damaged phone. Mike was very honest with me and told me if I would wait two weeks, I could save nearly half on the cost of replacing thise two phones; which I did. Each time I have Mike asked Mike questions about what they have to offer, Mike has always been very honest with me, and help me to save a little money too.

I wouldnt really know how the service is, because I arrived at 3:55pm on Sunday 6/27 to find the store closed. And yet, what I dont understand is why, when the posted hours are until 6pm. Id love to set my own hours at work like they apparently get to do. I only had a short break from work in the center and wanted to take care of it thinking they may close at 4. But no, its 6pm. There wasnt even anyone inside the store to explain the early closing or a note saying the employees were on a short lunch break or something to that degree that would explain and justify it. Pretty poor management it seems if they are allowed to close as soon as they see customer sales drop off..
