We were there this morning and a lady name Shirlene was working today and she was awesome. My husband needed a new phone and she helped him out. She was very respectful and she didnt give us an attitude compared to all of the other metros that we had gone to this is the only one we will go to. There all very respectful and they try to help you out as much as needed. Thank you Shirlene and all of the other girls as well.
Came in due to my apps not working and thankfully Shirlene was there to assist me. Very good customer service and the type of patience she has i pray she exceeds to a manager she deserves it. She knew all her customers snd was fast and nice. Way to go

Excellent customer service by Shirlene. I went in there today cause my phone wasn’t allowing me to download certain apps. Shirlene assisted me in getting it fixed. I had to get my iPhone updated cause it wasn’t updated in years. Shirlene was very patient and professional thru the whole process. I highly recommend this particular metro store. My husband and I recently switched our services to Metro after years of being Boost customers. At the time we were sold a package that does not exist from the Metro on Colonial near Winkler. Upon returning after 2 months of quarantine we were told our service package wouldnt be honored. In fact my husband was cursed at and thrown out of the store by a woman named Shirley. After dealing with Shirley and calling their customer service in India twice with no results we decided to stop by this store. Inside I met Yvonne who spent quite a bit of time trying to help us. She connected us with customer service where my husband was able to work out a deal that satisfied us enough thst we agreed to stay with Metro. Upon leaving the store we realized Metro had not followed through with their agreement, but had taken our money and simply altered our plan. I had to go back inside where I met Camila. She and Yvonne had both overhard the customer service agent agree to the one time deal he had offered. So Camila connected me with customer service and began checking my account. She noticed they hadnt even bothered documenting the agreement or even the agent we dealt with over the phone. I tried to handle the call, but the new agent was inflexible. I had her speak to both young ladies who assured her her agent had made the agreement, but not honored it. She was still unwilling to honor the deal. They tried several times to make her understand they would lose a customer with four lines, but she simply was not interested in helping, offering any solutions, or even that these see young ladies would left to deal with the consequences of their inflexibility and lies. I was ready to leave and be done with Metro PC altogether. At the last minute Camila was able to offer up an idea that the agent was finally agreeable with. I have nothing, but great things to say about Yvonne and Camila. They saved Metro PC from losing a customer they themselves clearly werent concerned about keeping. Metro is throwing its employees to the wolves. Why Metro gives foreigners working customer service more power over Americans phone service than they do their in-store agents is beyond me and seems to be setting themselves up for failure, at their customers expense. Id like these young ladies boss to know what capable agents he/she has in them and that they went above and beyond to keep me as a customer. Thanks ladies, your effort and time is very much appreciated.
Edgar was amazing super helpful! Very professional and we purchased a new iPhone. Highly recommend. Was not trying to sell us the most expensive phone. He let us hold the phone on our hands. The corporate store wouldnt let us hold the phone.
The worst MetroPCS store Ive encountered! Dont expect anything exceptional from this place. Making a payment is all Id go there for now, and thats only if I absolutely had too. FYI.. if you can, save yourself the added payment fees etc. by going directly to the MetroPCS website where its free.
There customer service sucks and there thiefs try to scam the system and try to charge double for the devices
