Alexandra is a miracle worker! Ive had her fix my daughter iPhone screen and iPad screen. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my electronics! Absolutely wonderful!!!!! I’d give her more stars if I could.

Few things are as fun as when I find money in the pocket of pants I haven’t worn in a while, but today’s find topped that feeling when I discovered that RadioShack is still in business. The stores are now family owned and offer the same large selection of electronics and much more. Fernando was great in assisting me. I appreciate that they have Apple Pay. I have been limited to Amazon for most of my electronic small devices. The Shack is back! I ordered a connector from Amazon that arrives tomorrow. The same connector was here and 30 percent cheaper! Located in a large strip mall with plenty of parking. The store is clean, inviting and filled with electronics! I feel like I just found an old friend. I will be back often.

The lady that works here regularly is extremely helpful. She lawyas has answers for me and the stuff i need.

I can’t make this up. I bought two A23 batteries. On my way to the car, I noticed one was expired so I turned around and went back in. Of course all the rest on the rack were expired, so the gentleman grabbed a economy pack of 6 and cut one out with scissors. After my exchange, I left and I opened the “new” battery in my car to realize it was rusty and corroded. So I went back in and told the gentleman, while I pretended to look around, he gave it back to me with the rust/crust rubbed off. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, went all the way home and guess what battery is completely dead? The new one.

This place is a joke the guy thats there the majority of the time is inpatient and really does not have a good knowledge or understanding of electronics when trying to ask technical questions, not what I expect from a repair center .The lady that is there sometimes is friendly and helps to the best of her ability. Prices are extremely high and if you call and ask if they have something in stock half the time they leave you on hold for 5 to 10 minutes while they are dealing with walk ins. The only plus to a RadioShack nowadays is they do have some hard to find components if you are in a pinch and need them the same day

Called and asked for a charger for electric scooter guy says yes we have it asked him again you have it in stock he says yes I show up. He ask for a picture had it on my phone and then he says y don’t you just order it from them. I said you said you had it in stock I wanted to get it today. Then he informed me he would have to get it from the warehouse but not today so wasted 1 hour of my time and will just order it online. Just a matter of time before they are out of business. Small store literally 2 rows of items wouldn’t call this radio shack

They had exactly the part I needed (2.5 mm to 3.5 mm TRS adapter), at a fair price. Its much better to pick up in person and continue with your project, than wait days for something to be delivered online. Very helpful staff who knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was.

Extremely efficient and friendly workers;they were able to solve every single one of my issues and helped me fix everything i needed for a very reasonable while also keeping a very calmed and friendly environment in the air. I left more than satisfied and would recommended anyone with those small-very specific technical problems to go there.

Great people who have those little items you need and can’t find enywhere else. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff can help you not tell you I don’t know. The prices make them seem like the Walmart of electronic parts. It is a very good place to do business unlike the old Radio Shacks.

This is a very well run and professional shop. The family who run it are very friendly and helpful. Its nice to be able to asked questions to a person verse a computer which gives me answers that keep me clueless.

If you have issues with your phone, come here! My phone was locked, frozen. Did all I could to no avail. Came to Radio Shack. They fixed it to my complete satisfaction at a MUCH lower price than any Apple store would have even looked at it. When you come here tell Alexandra I sent you!

The prices are INSANE! I can easily get everything from this store for a 10th of a price on Amazon. There is no way a pack of 5 resistors is $2.49 when I can get a pack of 1280 resistors for $10 online.

Stopped in to get a cord for my phone, guy working here is impatient and unfriendly. Acted like i was bothering him asking for help to get the proper cord for my particular phone then rushed me off saying they dont have one because my phone is old. Its an Iphone 7! Wont go here again.
