My experience as a first time Verizon wireless customer was amazing Greg our rep really took his time in getting to know his customers (us) and offered us the deal that best fix us. Great service from Brian Delgado. Very professional, charismatic gentleman who made the phone service transition very simple. Brian’s bilingualism (Spanish) greatly enhanced our experience here. My wife and I stoped by Verizon after a long day and the first thing we saw was Gary’s big smile and he greeted us graciously by opening the front door to welcome us.. he was kind, patient and attentive. I had a great experience in this Verizon store. In particular, I want to highlight the great service I received from Greg and observed from Brian.Greg helped me take advantage of an iPhone trade-in offer. Before I had even met him, I had a great impression because he had helped my parents to resolve an Apple Watch issue and upgrade their phones. The day I came in, I waited while he patiently and professionally helped another customer with a billing issue. His demeanor made me even more confident in his ability to take me through the upgrade process, which he did with great efficiency and helpfulness. I plan to come back and work with him any time I need help at Verizon.Additionally, I want to compliment Brian. While I was waiting and going through my phone upgrade process, I observed him working with a very intense situation in which customers were furious with a Verizon HQ employee who was on the phone with them. This was a complicated situation that took ages to resolve, but I never once saw Brian lose his cool. He remained professional and was able to negotiate a favorable outcome for the customers, which resulted in them leaving satisfied. I honestly did not think a resolution would be reached, and I was very impressed with the way Brian handled the situation.This was by far the best phone upgrade experience I have ever had, and I would highly recommend this location and both Greg’s and Brian’s service.

Mike took us in 15-20 minutes before closing and he was extremely helpful. He helped my girl friend with everything she needed. Her phone was completely frozen and he was able to unlock the phone. On top of that he switched her over from sprint/T mobile to Verizon, got her a brand new phone, and was able to transfer all of her info over in roughly half an hour. We will definitely be coming back to see him whenever we need anything from now on.

Johnadam Jackson was nothing short of amazing. He was very knowledgeable and help me figure out what was best for me. I wasn’t planning on getting a new phone but when I dropped my old one in the toilet, it seemed like it was time. I was short on funds and Johnadam helped me any way he could. It’s representatives like him that are the reason I love Verizon and why my parents and I have been with them for over 20 years.

Mike was amazing! Went inside 15 mins before closing and was helped within 10 mins! Mike was able to fix my frozen phone and switch over my service plan from T-Mobile to Verizon!! I highly recommend asking for Mike at this location he was very attentive. He turned my stressful situation into such a great experience. He has a great sense of humor and personality. I will definitely use this location from now on.

I had wonderful experience at the Cellular Sales Verizon store on Cleveland Ave. Angie greeted me at the door with a big smile. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and extra friendly. She use to be at the Naples location and were very lucky to have her at the Fort Myers location. now! I will refer all of my friends and family to visit her at her new location.

Brian Delgato was such a great help ! I came in with a drowned phone and he got me a great trade in on a new iPhone 12. But his customer service was excellent. He got my phone up and working, helped get all my files downloaded and helped me get them all resigned in an functional when I had problems right there. He also helped with new cases and holsters recommendations specifically for my use. I was delighted with my service. Additionally Brian followed up with a phone call a few days later to see if everything was OK !! Just moved here from Denver, service there was terrible, essentially go fend for yourself. The store, and staff, were great! We were trying to replace a broken phone, but the store we usually go to was open for appointments only and would not even let us know if they had any times available. We searched other stores, called this one, and they were open with no problems getting in. Christian, the staff member who helped us, was fantastic, so much so that we ended up buying 3 phones! Jonathan, the staff member who transferred information from the old phones to the new phones, was also very friendly and helpful. This is now our new store and we wont go anywhere else!

Buyer be ware ..This place lies to you I upgraded my phone which costing me hundreds of dollars told me I have a rebate and after a month...There 30 days sent me a email saying it doesnt qualify my boyfriend was told he was going to get a certain Talbot still waiting Also wanted a smart watch let you know when we get some in a month later nothing and its ridiculous we pay 300.00 a month which they told me our bill will come out to 225 a month on a 5G program they say and the phone still buff now stuck in a 2 yrs contract with a bunch of lies should have stay with Metro at least I would be paying 50. ..

My experience was so fast, efficient, and friendly. The version representative was kind, easy to work with, no pressure, and found me an awesome deal that gave me an unlimited data package, higher storage phone and only a slight increase in monthly cost. I was in and out the door within 45 mins which is pretty unheard of for cell phone stores. Recommend going in on early Sunday morning - there was no one else there!

Went into Cleveland store with my phone that wasnt working. No wait, the sales associates tried to fix my old phone, but after it not working, I decided to upgrade, they were able to let me know about credits I didnt know I had. Now I have a new phone and am good to go. Thank you Nico and Brian

The staff at Cellular Sales with Verizon on Cleveland Ave are AMAZING!!!!John Adams Jackson is so pretty and professional and he loves his doggie. Sister Christian always opens the door for me like we are on a date and welcomes me in without a wait. He even lets me in before the store is open! The Del Pino Twins (Matt and Nico) are tech savvy little sexy beasts with their Spanish accent. Reverend Cosby always prays for me when I touch a new phone, or maybe he is praying for the phone. JP is like the butler who is always cleaning for their team and makes it sanitary for us all. THE BEST, FASTEST, CLEANEST, Store I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot! I like to shop around 🤷🏻‍♂️.
