This place its in an area that is a little sketchy as long as youre there in the daytime youre fine theres a flea market nearby and this little gem is a place that makes Incredible shakes Mexican style treats a lot of hot sauce and a lot of homemade stuff the ice creams really good the shakes seem a little on the Milky side they do speak English great for kids

Let me start off by saying this is hands-down the best ice cream Ive ever had. My wife and I you go here at least twice a week And the reason it did three stars is because the staff treat you different when you are white. This is a Mexican ice cream spot so when we go in they will literally leave us standing there until they serviced all of the other Spanish speaking guests first. We get treated like Gringos. Best ice cream hands down rude staff unless you speak Spanish

Last NIGHT 02/09/2019 was my 1st time there bought the kids and MYSELF ice cream was so good kids asked to go back TONIGHT so we did yum yum if I could give MORE THEN 5 stars they would get them from meBut they will get plenty of my business.

Today I had went in with my family and the worst experience ever a girl who works there had yelled at my mother because she didn’t want the ice cream that she put in the cup and then we had to pay 20 dollars for 2 medium cups and a small water not happy with her and the experience that I had today

I love this place I live in Lake Placid and from here I go to Fort Myers to drink at this place I love its fresh waters, especially coconut 😍, and those prepared chicharones 😋. The girl with the longest hair of all is super nice.

The place is very nice and authentic Mexican but the service is terrible. Pass on Sunday and I was attended by a rude lady asking her name and she did not tell me she was the only one who had a green shirt really to that place I do not return as it treats customers is terrible.

I have known this place for 6 years, they sell the best waters, the best esquites, but, the schedules, the customer service is not good, I know the owner and his humility has nothing to do with that of his employees, they remove the services much earlier From 9 pm and the schedule establishes that they close at 10 pm, the lady got upset because we arrived at 9:00 pm together with 5 other people (there were 6 of us). They locked the doors on us inside the premises at 9:15 a.m., it is a real lack of respect and they told us that they cannot sell us certain things because they were already cleaning, very badly and I do not recommend it any more !!!

I went to this place for the first time on Saturday they recommended it to me a lot but I was really disappointed the service is horrible the lady who attended me was very angry and rude.

For me, that paleteria was a very bad experience, Im sorry but the girl did not want to give me good service apart from being grateful. However, I asked him for a banana split and it came out that he did not give the lukewarm water bananas apart from the lazy chubby.
