You only get one chance to leave a first impression. I reserved a walk-behind trencher several weeks before the contracted job I had. We are under heavy construction at this time in our area, so you have to rent things weeks ahead of time. The day before I was supposed to pick up the trencher, they called me and told me it was beat up from the last rental. They told me they could not rent it to me. Then they asked me if I could postpone my job. There is no such thing as postponing a job. Especially when materials have been ordered and delivered and all of the labor is lined up. So the day before Im supposed to start my job I find myself frantically running around the county trying to find another trencher on short notice. All thanks to you United Rentals. They do not get a second chance.

Be careful! Your lifting equipment is not in good condition.They gave us a lift for $ 450 rented only for one day. A few minutes after it was delivered, we called them again to return the lift since our technician (the person who would use it) decided that it was not safe and that he would not risk having an accident. They told us that they would make the refund or at most we would pay only the ship of the equipment. They also said they were going to inspect the timmer to see how long the equipment was used. The equipment was used for a few minutes, turned off and parked, since it was not in condition.We called repeatedly to have it removed and reimbursed, and the equipment was just removed 7 days later, when there was no one at our location, causing inconvenience to our clients in our parking lot, as well as causing accidents.Once they took it, they told us that the equipment for them was in good condition, which is not the case and they only deducted $ 70.IN summary .... they leave equipment in poor condition and leave quickly so that no one can control it .... then they decide that the equipment is in good condition once they take it away and they charge you what they decide.This location provides a nefarious service.
