Felipe and Weslei from Discover Marble and Granite came and installed my Curava countertops yesterday. They were very friendly and professional. They did an AWESOME job!!! I LOVE my new countertops!!! The entire team from Discover were very patient (with all of my many questions), friendly and professional! Felipe and Weslei were very respectful of me and my house. I would recommend them to anyone!! Great job gentlemen!!!!

Ive worked with Ben on over $600,000.00 of commercial work. He takes the worry out of the whole process. He schedules with the site, keeps me informed, and always makes sure the process goes smoothly. Ive also used Discover on many retail projects and they have excellent customer service skills. Sending your customer to Discover will make you look good and give you a happy customer.

I came to now about Discover surfaces through Cabinets to Go. They took care of my new kitchen countertop. My experience with them was great. When I needed help or had questions I called and they always picked up my calls, provided the help I needed and answered my question. Their staff from the front desk personal, to their templating and installer technicians, and all the way to the account manager were very helpful, professional, and pleasant.Here is a summary of my interaction with some of the staff.Misel was the account manager that I worked with on my project, he is a true gentleman and extremely helpful. When I placed my countertop order with cabinets to go, I was informed that it would take 10-12 days from the day of the templating. After the templating was completed I called Misel about the date of the install. After explaining to Misel my circumstances and how 12 days would be more challenging for us, he managed to schedule my install within a week from the templating. That was such a great help specially that I hadn’t had a functioning kitchen for almost a month at the time.Igor was the templating technician that was assigned to my project. Another amazing and professional staff. If you have never witnessed templating, it is very interesting and you should have that experience at least once in your life time. Igor was extremely helpful with answering my questions, and addressing my doubts. He explained to me the whole process. Also the important thing that I think he covered very well was how what he did would impact the final result. I believe that he did a great job as our countertop looks beautiful and perfect.Pedro was the lead installer that was assigned to my project. Another detail oriented and skilled staff. He did a fantastic job with the install. He was very helpful and professional. He did not hesitate to share advise when needed. He left my kitchen clean after the installation was done and my new countertop beautiful.In summary if you ended up working with Discover Surfaces or if you pick them for your new countertop I believe that you would be in good hands. I would highly recommend them for family and friends, and to whoever is looking to have a beautiful countertop in their kitchen.

Chris, the installation specialist, went out of his way on his day off and came back to do drilling adjustments (based on my plumbers demands, which turned out to be unnecessary), because I had a really tight timeline. Discover Marble & Granite were subcontracted by a company refacing my cabinets, who caused massive delays of the project. Chris knew his stuff, was easy to work with, and went above and beyond of what was expected. I cant recommend him enough. The granite looks beautiful even though it wasnt exactly what I expected based on the small sample my cabinet company showed. Regardless, Discover did everything they could to make it work with my timeline and my little knowledgeable plumber. Thank you guys so much!

Everyone we worked with @ Discover M&G - Matt, Diogo, Emily, Phillipo, Marcio - was professional and customer-focused. Their products are high quality. Our Cambria & Curava installations went flawlessly thanks to their attention to detail. We highly recommend them.

Where required, Discover Granite and Marble of Ft. Myers, Florida does not cut their backsplashes to fit together in corners at anything other than 45 degree angles, even if the walls are not square. If you call to complain about the gap where two pieces join together, the owner will tell you that this is how its done, period! Good luck with that......

20K plus job.Nothing but problems with incorrect measurements and then attitude. Do yourself a favor and use another vendor

Purchased granite from Lowes in February 2017 and their installation service Discover Marble & Granite. Went and chose the granite slab we wanted and everyone at Discover was friendly, informative and very helpful. The install date was quick and the guys that installed the granite countertop in my kitchen were very nice, very efficient and handled the granite like it was their own and their own kitchen. I opted to have subway tile as a backsplash rather than granite. Today, two months later after saving for the backsplash to be done, we had a tile installer come in. The bar-top granite was found to be lower on one side than the other. I called Lowes and explained the problem to them. They called Discover and Discover called us in less than 10 minutes. They told us that they would send someone out today between 2-4 p.m. The Tech person came as promised and it was determined that the bar-top was off on one end. Discover called their installers and they came a short while later and fixed the problem. A big thank you to Discover Marble & Granite. I will recommend this company to everyone.
