Friendly knowledgeable staff that are happy to help and teach and explain treat you like people not like dollar signs and make sure that you have a good happy experience each and every time you were there! I highly recommend them especially Jenny who is absolutely phenomenal! I love dealing with her and she is superb with customer service! Her boss needs to give her a good raise as not many people still have that type of customer service anymore these days!

Amazing fast friendly service extremely knowledgeable I originally went in here to pick up a wish item. And I will be coming back for my cartridge ink needs. they will be cheaper than getting them through amazon. And if they do not already have my specific cartridges I can leave my empty ones and they can let me know when theyre ready to be picked up! I really wish I had found them sooner. I would have saved a lot of money! I highly recommend them!

In the past, I was of the might as well buy a new printer as its just a few more $$ than buying a new cartridge mindset. I started my own business over 5 years ago and invested in a printer I hoped would last at least 2 years. I had a bad experience with an online cartridge supplier, resulting in my checking various local suppliers. Then I found Cartridge World! I am happy to say I still have the same printer I started with over 5 years ago much attributed to the client service and experience of the amazing Cartridge World staff! This has also resulted in no huge outlay of cash for a new printer every year (or less), competitive pricing on cartridges, their fantastic customer service, and next day delivery AND installation, if not sometimes same day. If I have an issue with the printer or get some message I dont understand, all I do is call or email and they always have a solution or will come over to help. Cartridge World Rocks!

I had an ink jet clog up on my printer and I tried the manufacturers recommended remedy procedure and it did not fix the problem. I took my printer to Yanim Romero at Cartridge World at 13141 McGregor Blvd to see if they could fix it. This could not have happened at a worst time as we were in the middle of preparing for a major presentation with a new prospective client. The repair took less than an half an hour! I could not believe that they were able to repair it so quickly. If you want the best personalized service in town go to Cartridge World on McGregor!
