Bad experience. I had FedEx send a birthday card to a home address in Mexico. The charge was $52.00, which U paid at the counter. The card was never delivered. When I inquired as to why, I was told that the recipient refused to accept delivery. The recipient stated that that statement was untrue. The family had been home the entire day and no FedEx delivery had been made. A few weeks later I received an invoice for $20.00 customs duty. I have tried to refute the charge three times and have asserted a claim three times for non-delivery. That was denied on the third try. I have also sent packages to Germany using FedEx that were delivered to the wrong address. Bad service. Never again.
The customer service in this place is absolutely horrific. They have two people working, one of whom is always on break. There were no customers in there at the time I went, and no jobs being printed at the time. I asked for a small print job and they said it will take two days. They refused to help me to direct me to any other nearby Fed Ex locations I can try. Very careless about customer experience.
Was just at this location around 12 noon.Apparently they are biased against senior citizens or if your not Latino.The man that waited on me was extremely rude and disrespectful. His manager was working directly behind him.....I don’t blame the Latino man - I blame his white manager for allowing such disrespectful treatment.Bad employees do not exist- only bad managers .Avoid this location at all cost if you are white and have grey hair.

I hate that this place is the closest that offers the later drop off times or else Id avoid it completely. I ship express packages frequently for work and they have managed to incorrectly process the stamp and the packages have gotten delayed and sent to wrong locations on several occasions. Most of the workers have no idea what theyre doing and the service is always extremely slow and they have extremely bad attitudes. Wish there was any other option.
I have gone to some other places recently for assistance with marketing material and nothing has been handled as professional as here. The associates of this store always take their time to make sure that it is correct or even help with items to make them better. Lastly it’s priced fairly.
Terrible service. Paid for overnight shipping within state of Florida amd due to weather in Tennessee its still sitting where I sent it from. They ate refunding overnight fees and wont allow customer to pick up package and ship another way. Costing me hundreds of dollars and wont do anything about it. QlWont be using Fedex ever again due to this poor service.

This store has to be the worst example of world class customer service. As someone who has worked in retail for over six years I have come to know what a good business looks like, and this is definitely not it. When I walked into the store I wasnt address by either of the two employees. Instead they sat at their computer stations playing on them. When I walked up to one they refused to look up to acknowledge me and continued conversing with their co-worker. I caught their attention by mentioning that I had a drop off to which one responded, We know, and I guess you dont want a receipt. However, I did to which the employee rolled their eyes to me, walked over and gave me one. The entire interaction has left me truly appalled of the lack of respect and customer service that was apparent at this location. I dont believe I will be using FedEx again for any other kind of service, particularly this store. Id rather take my business to a company that appreciates me as a valued customer. I hope managerial staff addresses each of their reviews seriously and takes care of the issues that arise in the work place, as it might just be the employees that are affect their business rather than the business itself.-Courtny
Absolutely horrendous service. I paid $90 to have my package shipped to Hawaii, it never got to Hawaii they shipped it back to me. I went into the store to tell them this and they said to call customer service to get a refund. I call customer service and they tell me Im not eligible for a refund. They kept my $90 and never gave me a refund. If you dont want to lose your hard earned money or take a gamble on whether your package will actually arrive at its destination then stay far away from this store.

It was just before they open and I was stressing out because I need to fax some documents and print them first I was quite stressed because this should’ve been done the night before but because of last minute delay I was not able to get it done when I walked in the store I was greeted by RJ it was more than helpful to help me out not just with printing the paperwork faxing the documents that need to be faxed immediately ASAP and she was attentive and more than beyond helpful and fast at getting a process done!

I have used this center for boxing and shipping, mainly to my sistersand one lives outside of London, England. All the packages were takencare of professionally, and one painting in particular was packed&shipped and arrived to her home as good as it left Florida. I felt thehundreds of dollars I spent was worth every penny. They are nice andfriendly, and go about their work to make sure the job is correct. I donthesitate to go there for copies or packing and shipping.

I called Fedex online about expediting my passport for the next day, they told me I had to fill out the application online fill out/take my documents to a FedEx location and they’ll send that information back to the company and FedEx would deliver it the next day. I drove from Lehigh Acres to this FedEx at night in the rain just to fill out and give my information to them. They told me it was ALL online and since it was through a third party, it would just be with them but FedEx just delivers it. I called the company this morning and they told me I wasn’t done with my application and I needed to fill out more paperwork AT FEDEX and I couldn’t get my passport till 3 days later because of the holiday (Christmas). I LOST MY FLIGHT because of their incompetence, and I paid almost $600 to expedite a passport that wasn’t coming in time, if I had money I would sue them.
Amazing client service, I worked with Brian and have never been treated so well at a FedEx or Postal Service in general. I drove out of my way to come to this FedEx because of the Google reviews and it was worth it! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needed to send a package its worth the drive if it is not on your way and their hours cannot be beat! Thank you Brian for being so polite and friendly!

Stopped in for a custom printing project and left extremely pleased with the results. Eduardo was very helpful with suggestions on the paper and printing and the end product turned out perfect and very professional looking. What would have taken us all afternoon to do at home was completed in about 1/2 hour. Will definitely use their services again!
This is to the African American lady that was working Jan. 22, 2020 @ 4:40pm: I came in to print documents and after paying to use the desktop and print four sheets, I realized the printer was jammed. I brought it up to this lady and was told the printer had been jammed all day and she couldnt get it to work. She advised I re-log onto the desktop and reprint the documents to the color printer. Mind you that I will be charged again. She shrugged it off and refused to refund me. I will be writing to corporate.
Very, clean and organized place. It has all utilities you need for: mailing, packing, and shipping. My only complaint is the staff is a little stand-offish, also not the most patient with customer questions.
The ladies who work here rock, the manager is terrific, and several other employees really go all out to make projects. Great place for almost every office need, with public computers, copiers, and assorted office supplies, greeting cards, as well as FedEx shipping. They even have a satisfying selection of snacks!
I went in a few days ago wanting to print some invitations and Brandy was really helpful. She went above and beyond in order to help us. Ive also sent packages from here before and never had any issues.

I came in needing 100 flyers printed in color, 20 minutes before closing because my cat ran away. The girl at the print counter noticed I was printing flyers for my missing pet and discounted my purchase due to my situation. It was one of the nicest things someone could have done for me in such a difficult time. She deserves a promotion, I wish I could have caught her name.

Great Customer service. Clean store. The gentleman that helped me was awesome he even offered to pack my items for me which was a Huge help. I really appreciate that Fedex offers a packing service. I will definitely be back.
283.00 dollars to box and ship a medium sized cooler to Chicago their slow boat shipping. Total ripoff!! Someone needs to open a new shipping business in this US. FedEx is horrible!

Beware they close early. If youre trying to make a deadline dont try to get here 15 minutes before they close they will be closed. This location used to be open 24 hours 7 days a week to assist you with overnight business issues. Terrible new business procedures. Someone should really look at their closing times of the store versus their posted hours. The employee was too busy smoking outside to help customers.

I have been doing our law firms business here for years. On Tuesday, I had two photos scanned for enlargements. I come in today and they only had one and the other photo scan had been deleted. They told me if I bring it in they will.do it. Well, I did and it was not here for pick up. Very disappointing.

I am required to print here every week for a project at work. Each week is a different blunder. I am pretty light hearted, so I laugh at it. But honestly this is a terrible place of business, I would be embarrassed to work here or own it.Week 1 - I needed 1000 pages printed of stickers. I brought the stickers and the pdf. I was told it would be 3 days. 3 days to hit print 111 copies apparently. I also needed 5 other PDFs printed, about 80 pages. When returning 4 days later, they had just finished the stickers, but not the PDFs. They had no record of the PDFsWeek 2 - I need 10 PDFs printed. About 150 pages. I submit them by App, and get confirmation they are ready. When I arrive 2 hours after the notice, the files that were printed were the missing files from week 1. That they had no record of. They somehow found them and printed them in place of what should have been printed. These files of course are no longer needed. I informed the man at the counter, he went to investigate what happened. After 15 minutes, he had not informed me of what was going on, my son and I were just standing at the counter waiting. I shouted back to him ‘how long is this going to be?’ And he replied ‘half an hour.’ Apparently we were supposed to stand there without even knowing what was going on for the whole 45 minutes. We left, came back an hour later and had the right items.Week 3 - I need 10 PDFs printed, about 250 pages. Submitted last night (4/20/18) via the app. ETA of 10am this morning. Around 1pm I hadn’t received the automated email saying it was complete, so I called to see if they were ready. After being left on hold for 10 minutes, I was told they indeed were ready. Got an automated email about 3 hours later saying they were complete. My wife picked them up and brought them home, only 9 PDFs were printed, missing 1. I don’t have time to, nor do I care to go back tomorrow to pick up the missing file. I really don’t care to have to explain to them what got messed up this time. I would rather print at home and pay out of pocked than have to deal with this.I will update each week to keep a nice log on their “work.” Hopefully you find amusement in it, and are smart enough to avoid this location at all costsWeeks 4 thru 12 I went a couple more times, no major problems but printed at any other FedEx I could find any chance I could
Rodny took great care of my fiancée and I. Was on a time crunch, needed a lot of papers printed in a very short time frame. He informed me of “Fed ex print and go”which saved me costs on using the cpu for internet at the store, (which I would still use in the future,again in a rush) which came out cheaper vs. me printing my own copies. Highly recommend to others. I know if I have a need Fed Ex has a solution.

I went to fax first it was a sheet only one side and the second time 2 sheets also a single side when I inserted the card there it said $ 1 and cents x sheet but I see my statement and they charged me $ 10 and $ 5.79 x 3 leaves and that everything ise me that barbarians !!! and that they will charge me 15.79 $ x 3 leaves !!
