Horrible encounter with an employee named Marie (?).I was asking about sending an envelope for an international package. She handled me a domestic UPS envelope that clearly had printed in the back “Do not use for Worldwide Expedited” - she literally said with an attitude: “Jesus Christ, I don’t know what to tell you - I do not have an answer for you - If you don’t want to use this one your choice is paying $1.75 for a blank envelope “ and moved on to help another customer. I understand that there is a specific envelope for international shipments.I treated this person with respect but did not get that same treatment back. Will never come back to this location.

Very poor experience. The store may not like to handle Amazon return . I wanted to return two boxes part of one shipping of three from Amazon. Both of the boxes are in mint condition. Problem was that if you have two boxes you need an extra label. I asked if they have tape to make it one package. The answer was no (in a shipping store !!!!) but you can buy. I this time I went to the Publix net door, bought shipping tape and finally got my return done. People in Cape Coral are way more friendly.Thank you Mari....

Absolutely the worst customer experience Ive ever had. I had 2 boxes to ship. I stepped in to see if there was a cart I could use. The woman behind he counter said she would get one after she finished with a customer. I went out to get the boxes by hand to save time. By then, the line was longer. I waited for close to 30 min for my turn. She started on my shipment when her friend came in to order printing. Shre left me to take care of her. The friend told her to go ahead and finish with me. She then said...Oh its ok...hes going to take a while so Ill get you now.I picked up my boxes and told her to forget it. I waited patiently for my turn and she took a friend before me. If any of my employees blew off a customer like that, it would be their last day on the job.

Called to ask a quick question and was answered by a rude man with an attitude, it sounded like he tried to rush me off the line and like he didnt want to help me at all. Just a poor experience.

Waited for 10 minutes for one customer just to get told it costs $5 to print out even just one piece of paper. I’ve been to many other stores and they charge only $0.20 and had a rude remark saying he’s been doing it for so many years at two stores. Well avoid those stores! Carry my business elsewhere.

I just had a great visit to the store. Alexis was quick, knowledgeable, and polite with every customer. I was happy to be able to take care of Xfinity and Amazon packages in a one-stop-shop.

For some reason my package was delivered to the store instead of my house. When I called no one answered. I sent my husband because I cannot leave my house with my daughter. I sent him the UPS email and a pic of my ID. The person who attended him refused to give the package because the address in the ID did not match my home address where the package was supposed to be delivered. When by the phone I asked her why it was delivered there in the 1st place all she said was that if it needed a signature. It did not needed a signature and regardless... I AM HOME!!! I understand the rules but in situations like the one we are living right now the rules need to be broken, they need to be more flexible.

Love having my UPS box. I shop online and its great to have my packages received, held in a safe air conditioned location and Saida calls me to let me know when my coffee arrives. They package my shipments safely for me. So worth what I pay to have this box. Great service from this team. Very Happy customer.

Customer beware! This store is a complete rip off and one of the worst customer service I have ever come across. I paid them to wrap, ship and insure my package. It was a brass tea pot. The package arrived and the pot was bent. I paid them to pack and assumed they knew what they were doing. I filed a claim. UPS said they need to ship it back to the store where it was shipped to inspect it. They did. Then when I asked to have it shipped back so I can get an estimate to repair it. They told me they had to charge me to ship it back. I paid them once to ship it and pack it correctly and now they want me to pay to have it shipped back to me after they did the damage. I am not sure what I paid for interns of packing costs since they clearly had no idea what they were doing and I paid for insurance which as of a month later i have not received a dime nor even had my tea pot returned so I can even get an estimate. Dont ever use this company if you ever want to see you package arrive in one piece. Overtime I spoke to the manager, she said the only way I could get my damage package that they destroyed was if I paid them again to try a second time to destroy it. I would think if you were a store owner and something did not go right you want to make it right and not try to rip the customer off for another charge. USE FEDEX or any other UPS store in the area but NOT THIS ONE!

Very Lovely young lady assisted me this Morning, the issue I have is with the quote I was given, I brought in two packages, I was ask to place the first package on the scale, The attendant typed in my information, and came back with 47.00 for ground going to Utah, the cheapest for a 3 lb package ground. Need not put the 2nd package on the scale, There is always more than one way to skin a cat. Shame on you UPS! I went USPS UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE was greeted by a friendly smile helpful attitude, and paid 2nd day 22.05 . Life is good!

UPS is lucky to employ Morgan! She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful arranging for two shipments from Fort Myers to Canada. She demonstrated attention-to-detail, the ability to multi-task, and explain a process to a co-worker, while maintaining a positive courteous attitude to all in a busy work environment. The reps at this store were GREAT — no question about it! BUT, its curious that the franchise owner would claim they match market rates for computer use and printing labels. They tried charging me FIVE DOLLARS PER LABEL!!!! I refused, and those costly labels were then torn up and put in the trash by the rep (a clear indicator of their actual value). I went to FedEX and printed the labels for 59 CENTS EACH!!! THATS THE MARKET RATE!!! Ive NEVER hear of ANY print shop charging more than a buck for a page, or been charged by FedEX or a UPS store for the label printing.UPDATE: While I still dont think $5 is justified (I didnt use the computer, a staff member printed it out for me), or anywhere near the market rate (another UPS Store only charged $1 to print the label, and Im pretty sure Ive had it done for no charge at another shipping store, maybe not a UPS Store though) I want to say that I completely respect the owners effort to respond to the complaints in these reviews, including my own. If I go back, Ill definitely print the label at home for a hay penny, or if Im out of ink again, do it at FedEx for 59 cents, but the fact that the owner takes the time to respond politely and with concern changed my stance from a never visit again to an if I visit again.

I visited this store with four packages to ship out and needed to print out the labels in order to ship. The woman (Sieta) told me it would be $5 per label just to print them out. She said each location is privately owned and this is the owners rules and gave me his card and told me to email him if I have an issue with it. Left and called the Daniels UPS location and its $2.95 to print out all four labels. Wont be returning here.

I went to Ship some items and need a box. They wanted twenty five dollars for the box. Plus a total of 65.00 to ship, this item weighed less than 3 pounds including box. Item was being shipped 150 miles north of ft Myers. What a rip off shipped USPS for 17.00 with a box included.

Guy that answered the phone was a smartass. I was gave the run around all day. So I called in & All I did was explain my scenario very calmly and he immediately fired back real defensive pretty much calling me a liar. Make you wanna smack the taste out of someone’s mouth.Edited: No I did not thank you, I hung up because you were rude and had done pissed me off by that point. Instead of calling me a liar when I told you what the automated system said on the 5877 number, you could of easily explained that if the automated system said I could pick it up today that the pickup would be at the local hub and then gave me the address to the hub and when I would be able to. You went about it all wrong. I don’t care if you are the manager, owner or CEO. You don’t talk to people the way you talked to me. 👌🏼

I was in line waiting my turn, speaking on the phone and apparently it bothered a customer and the lady behind the counter that I was speaking Spanish. I wasn’t talking to them, I wasn’t bothering anyone, there was no sign that said I wasn’t allowed to use the phone and I am sure that they wouldn’t have care if I was speaking in English. According to them they “couldn’t do Business” with me talking. Excuse me? What do you care what I am talking on my side of the room. In Engligh or Spanish this has only one name: RACISM !!!

UPS shipped a mangled box of dinner plates to this location. I opened the box to find the contents destroyed. I then attempted to return and had to pay for the return out of pocket. A week later I followed up and the package had not even left this location to be returned. In my opinion, UPS is an inferior company due to franchising and unionized labor. I would not recommend this carrier.

Extremely unprofessional environment the manager Greg is extremely rude yells at his employees and they never answer the store phone very hostile store environment extremely impatient manager and nasty attitudes I was walking out the store one day when I over heard the manger Greg and co manager Marie having a conversation on how they were going to fire this extremely sweet employee Greg exact words were “ I don’t care about her as a person I just care about this store let hurry up and replace her so it don’t effect us”!!
