I went in an hour before my appointment just to see if they could squeeze me in and they did! I believe the sweet woman that helped me was names Jenise. She was sweet and professional. She explained the whole process. As they were finishing up with me someone else behind the counter was immediately getting things set up to help the next customer. Awesome service!

The energy is so positive Jenn and Jessie are amazing with great attitude. I forgot my ID they were so kind to let me go get it, and they help me right away. I only went in for a fingerprint and I had a great laugh in there, amazing environment. I recommend this place !!!

The best customer service! I had to do Live Scan fingerprints I didnt know I needed an appointment but Jesse was wonderful she fit me in even though I didnt have an appointment. The people who have left the good reviews clearly never had to bring up a concern to the owner, which is when businesses have a chance to show their true colors. Absolutely terrible costumer service. Please take your business to a legitimate business where you will be treated with respect. All the owner, Chris, wants is to exploit as much money out of his customers as possible. Jessie, the girl that I am assuming is part of Chriss schemes, lied when I had a situation that arose with this store. Where Chris then yelled at me, a young 23 year old girl, who was honestly just confused and seeking clarification. Honestly, I believe some sketchy business dealings are going on here and I would just recommend going elsewhere, where they are actually educated on the services they provide. Here you will just be conned and belittled.

One of the few places in SWFL to get fingerprinting done, let alone on a Saturday! Normally, a reservation is needed but Jessie and Jen were kind enough to let me do it on a walk in basis. They were awesome. Easily 5 stars.

One of the best people to work with and do business in SWFL.Chris is a real professional and a phenomenal person. He knows this business in and out. You can tell he cares about his customers, his staff, and goes above and beyond.His wife Laura is also an amazing individual. She has a full time job but makes the time to help Chris whenever she can.Ship-N-Go offers a lot more than just shipping and PO boxes. I have been a customer for almost a year, had a PO box and never had a bad experience. Due to school, I had to temporarily relocate. I Needed fingerprints done for my new job. Im terrible at snail mail also, and the card needed to be shipped off to the new employers headquarters. I was in and out promptly! Jessica did my fingerprints and was very friendly. She also helped me get the forms I needed sent off, taken care of as well. If I need anything shipped in the near future, this is where I will go!

Edited update to the owner: Thanks for the response. Im sorry that you thought I was doing you a favor coming into your shop. I let you know that I wasnt able to come back at 2 p.m. because I was having car troubles and was taking it in later. Sadly, I dont think potential customers will appreciate you resorting to name calling and I highly recommend updating your website saying that appointments are necessary for finger printing.Poor experience with live scan fingerprints. Website doesnt mention anything about needing an appointment ahead of time although the place was completely empty. No big deal but the associate at the desk was very harsh and aggravated. Took 5 minutes at the police station so I would recommend going there instead.

Great customer service and friendly staff.Chris and staff were amazing. I had to go in for a RE licensing fingerprinting. State of the art equipment. Chris explained everything that was going on and ensured that everything was secure.This is the place everyone should go for their shipping, mailbox, fingerprinting, etc. needs. They do it all so much better than the other guys.I have a year long lease that runs to October at a nationally known shipping store near my home where you can expect surly service, NO friendly greeting or acknowledgement when you arrive, and overpriced services. I will be moving my services to Ship-N-Go as soon as I can. It isnt as convenient but for me, it is worth the short drive to get the better service.

I went to get my digital fingerprints scanned here for work and Chris was a sweetheart. He had such patience in making sure that all 10 finger prints were of great clarity and made sure all my information was correct and complete. He also verified that they were sent properly and gave me all the info I would need to confirm delivery. I will absolutely return for any digital fingerprint scans I will ever need or for any mailing services. Chris has fair prices for services and will happily share his wisdom on what delivery method will get your package promptly to its location even if its not with him. I would recommend Ship-N-Go to anyone who wants a trustworthy and honest place to do business with.

I highly recommend Ship-N-Go! I needed to have my fingerprints done and they were the closest to where I work. I called and they were able to get me in so quickly. They were so extremely friendly too, both on the phone and in person. They were very thorough in explaining the fingerprinting process and had me in and out in no time.

I highly recommend ship-n-go! I needed to get livescan fingerprinting done and was able to call and get an appointment the same day. They were very pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. Chris was very informative during the fingerprinting and got me in and out in no time!

Ship-N-Go is a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved Livescan Device vendor which is exactly what I needed so that I could be fingerprinted for a state license. Although there were a couple of vendors within closer proximity to my home, I chose Ship-N-Go because of the outstanding customer service I received over the phone when I called to inquire about the fingerprinting requirements. Both Wanda and Chris were extremely helpful in not only answering my questions but also efficient in scheduling time to accommodate me the same day. Best of all, they are both kind and gracious and its clear these people have a wonderful sense of humor. Because of this experience I would not hesitate to utilize their packing and shipping services as well. Parking is ample and convenient. Highly recommend!

I mailed a package from my home mailbox, apparently I did not follow proper protocols, so my mail carrier dropped my package at Ship-N-Go (thanks) yet the label was damaged, MIKE opened the package as he had no other way to find out about the sender, he called me and was beyond helpful, I emailed him a new label and they took it from there .... thank you! Now with COVID 19, we are doing some free decontamination to local daycares, churches etc. So people can get back to work and have a normal like before! What a horrible experience I had with the owner of this place!I called early in the morning and a female staff took my call, she was very nice and polite, i told her that I was new on selling on Ebay, I sold a lot of essential products for Covid 19 to many people in New York. I told her I don’t know what box to buy and how to calculate the cost of the shipping etc.She advise to get free boxes at the Page Field local postal service, that I can save money there, since they don’t charge for the box. She said I could use their computer to print labels and she will help me package the items, sell me whatever I need etc.That was my understanding so I took all the products to make over 60 boxes, the man working there, I believe the owner or manager, was very disrespectful from the beginning, he wanted to sell me his boxes, he wouldn’t allowed me to use his computer to arrange the address and ship the product; and in a very mean way, told me to leave and come back when all that is ready, not to have him work for free, like I never ask him to do that anyway. Bottom line, I didn’t like his attitude and told him to calm down since that is not what the nice lady he has working there told me. He raised his voice at me, and told me to get the f...k out his store, took all my product and left it outside, and told me again to get the f..ck out of there.Out of respect for his female worker, i just told him, you don’t have to talk me that way and I wish I see you trying to kick me out! Old man was having a bad day and showed his true colors!!I search for a place near by and found a UPS store in San Carlos area on US41 next to Publix and Pinch a Penny.... What a difference on service and professionalism, the couple who work there, allow me to use their computer and as many boxes that I had to save me money. I was there for couple hours, they charged me for some shipping, boxes, use of their internet/computer, printing services and all for about $260 dollars. I paid them happily.Thank GOD that there are some people and business owners out there that truly care and value a client relationship.I have over 5000 products that I am sending to the north of the country for people working against covid 19. I owner several corporations and my company does the Decontamination services/ fogging sanitation for business and homes.How sad someone with very low client mind services still in business like that.I am updating my review since I noticed another lie from this place!!How interesting he said my product are price gouging?? I am curious how in the world does he know that? He never saw any prices or invoices!Mentioned that I didn’t wanted to pay a dime? Another lie, the nice female employee advise to get free boxes from postal service so that his boss wouldn’t push his own boxes at a gouging price!!It is amazing that he is judging me for what he does to all of his victims that go there.By the way we if I knew that shipping was so expensive I would asked more money from the poeple that I shipped the products to; but I figured it was not their fault, so it cost me more than what I was making, but I didn’t canceled the sale I did it anyway. I have used Ship-N-Go for my business since they opened. The owner and staff are helpful, friendly, and courteous. They provide a wide variety of services, and always offer several options. When I travel I still have access to my mail via their phone app. I recommend Chris and his staff to everyone in the South Fort Myers area.

Always pleasant and friendly. I don’t live in town full time and I have created an account for my Father to be able to ship items to me. Chris is always helpful to make sure that my account is good so my Dad can ship things. Ive used Ship-N-Go multiple times for sending back textbooks, overnighting late birthday gifts, and shipping packages for work. Friendly staff and great pricing. I am notorious for forgetting to tape my boxes up and they always help me out for only $1; sure beats going to USPS where they send you to the back of the line and make you buy one of their $7 rolls of packing tape just to use 1 piece.

Best service you can ask for.

Mailed important documents, package received open with tape reading received open. When owner packed it I suggested tape because it looked like it would open and he did put some on but said it was unnecessary. His co-worker suggested plastic envelope instead of paper, he said it was fine.I have missing banking documents!He said I will packagesome things and tape it and said he could slam it around and it wouldnt open, which he angrily proceeded to do and it ripped open.His next step was to call police to have me taken out of store, he is a very angry man, I was trying to suggest he listen to his co-worker next time packaging and his answer was be needed no suggestions from anyone.Well the record I,g on my phone shows a different angry person and as far as going to your store it will never happen again my choice. I will keep my proof of anger in case there is more of an issue
