Just had my first meeting with John & Ken at Morgan Automotive about my car repairs needed.They appeared very interested in getting my car repaired correctly and will be safe to drive when I get it back. I feel they will do what needs to be done and will watch my cost. I cant say enough good things about this shop and its owner John Morgan. When I moved to the area and was looking for a great mechanic, I went to the NPR - Car Talk site and found 2 excellent reviews so I decided to give them a try. I have been having my car serviced here for several years now, and each time I come in, whether its for routine service or some crazy thing that has cropped up, I have had nothing but excellent, thorough service at very fair prices, and the work has always been completed in a timely manner. My big concern after experiencing some less than honest service in another state in the past, was in finding someone who I could trust both with the quality of work as well as pricing. John and his team are the best! If I ever move again....I will want to take them with me because after bringing my car here, I will be hard pressed to find anyone who can match their service.

Car Talk had good reviews for this shop, and when my check engine light came on right before a trip, I took the car in for diagnostics. The service was done quickly, and the conversation was both courteous and informative. And no charge! Ill be back.

Cheated, charged me $250 for what they couldnt fix. Got same problem after 2 weeks and they recommended to go to the Nissan dealership. Didnt return any money.
