Went to Napa with a battery problem they didnt check as advertised and when I bought the battery they informed me they didnt install as advertised this was in Fort Pierce Florida probably will never shop at napa again

Great parts. I find that on anything rebuilt, NAPA carries superior parts. Also, the parts are almost always in stock. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly.

Tanya has to be the rudest person I’ve dealt with in my entire life. I had a road side battery issue and brought my battery and receipt in. She refused to swap my battery out that was dead after 2 months. Didn’t offer to charge it or replace it. Just pushed me out the door and said she couldn’t do anything about it. The vehicle owner then called on phone and she hung up on him twice. Came to village green Napa and they swapped me out no problem. Fire her !!!
