I booked appointment on their booking site the price of hair was included so I assumed. Got the appointment and the lil chic was like do you have your hair. I was completely thrower off. She was so non chalant. If I’m going to spend my hard earned money I expect more professionalism and better customer service. She told me to go across the street to get the hair. Make me understand why I have to go to another beauty supply store for hair while I was standing in one. Her attitude made me not want her to do my hair anymore. She did not refund my $20 for the inconvenience. Y’all need to do better.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this store and to see they were stocked with everything.

Can owner update store address on google, I used my google map once to go there and I ended up at white diamond. That was infuriating because the product I needed they didn’t have it at white diamond so I drove 15 miles for no reason.P.S when owner update address I’ll remove my review 😉

Products seem great. Will update after installing. My only issue is the fact that the store can only accept up to 100$ card payments and the ATM next door is sketchy. So bring cash if spending more than 100$Update: so the purchase I made was horribly over priced. Poor quality and a big mistake!

I try to support them as much as possible. They are attentive to you upon entering their store however, their prices for certain types of hair is a bit expensive for me! However, the do carry good, quality hair. I will continue to use them when I can afford to.

Purchased body wave bundles from them and Im convinced that its been chemically altered because the hair will not straighten at all. Bundles are thin at the ends and hard to create any style. Would have received better results and saved more money getting packaged hair.

Yes she is CHEAP, but are you willing to sacrifice your TIME and EDGES? Her finished styles look good, but they do not last and are not protective to your natural hair. Check her pages - do you see returning clients?? I booked an appointment with her, texted her the day before for confirmation, then she said she messed up her schedule and scheduled me for a 8am appointment that SHE GAVE ME. I was at the BARBER SHOP at 7:55am and she showed up 1 hour late. As I was about to leave, she came in and NEVER APOLOGIZED. I unfortunately was leaving town and had to get my hair done. I told her my concerns and that BUSINESS WOMEN do not function like that. I was met with an eye roll and hand out for her money. I used the hair that SHE SOLD and by week 2 it was tangled and shedding. Do not fall for the IG hype. She is very unprofessional and good luck deciphering her texts...

This little girl is SO unprofessional. Studio area and equipment used were very dirty, and the quality of hair installed was horrible. Its sad the length she takes to create fake reviews. I paid $150 for a style that lasted 2 weeks. Save your money and find someone better.

I give three stars because I just got my hair done today which I purchased hair from her. She was on time to the appointment, she is a fast braider. I was there from 11-1 which is pretty fast; my sew in is tight and the bundles are nice. The lengths I have are 18,20,22 Im 54 and it reaches my butt crack! So its true to length. For shedding I got a few strands every other time I ran my fingers thru it. The Only three problems i have are she cut the last weft, she didnt use all of the 18 and the hair wasnt as full as I expected it to be. So if your like me who like full hair get 4 bundles and remember the longer the thinner. In total my hair is slayed and I have nothing bad to say!

VERY VERY VERY unprofessional! Do not go to her I REPEAT! She lacks social and people skills & money hungry. She does not protect your edges or your natural hair underneath the weave. Take my advice and find someone else. Its not worth the attitude, bad communication, or losing some of your edges...
