Worse experience I have ever had. Completely dyed my hair the wrong color and decided to cut it aggressively short without even asking for my permission. Do not recommend going here.

It is my second time in World of elegance to get a lash lift. Prices are reasonable, Inga is super professional and a pleasant woman. Super happy with the result. You can now book your treatment via treatwell which is very handy.

I went in last week to get my hair coloured, cut and a treatment. I had different shades in my hair and wanted it lighter but it came out nearly black after she said she was mixing medium brown with light brown. The cut took only a few minutes and although I asked for layers I didnt get them. After paying 130 euro I feel I could have done a better job with the colour myself. Greys already coming through after only a week and now really noticeable because my hair is so dark. I wont be returning.

Nice pub, only downfall is they dont accept card unless its over 30 euros, so you have to go downstairs to use the ATM. Maybe this was the reason for that.. so they make money off the ATM company.

I got a haircut on a Groupon voucher and was assigned to their trainee hairdresser who completely messed up the haircut. Never going there again.

I booked a facial & back massage and it was fantastic, from the brand of cosmetics to the therapist, who was friendly, knowledgable and a fantastic masseuse. I booked again next week for the same and a hair cut, wash and blow dry and looking forward to it.

Liked the colour and style. Happy to return.

Had an appointment booked for 10am on a Saturday, when I got there it was closed, shutter and everything. I rang 2 different numbers and knocked on the door waited until about ten past ten and still nothing. I went elsewhere. I called them back after and hour and they insisted that they were open. Avoid disappointment and go elsewhere
