Donโt even think about using their bathrooms! Itโs disgusting ๐คฎ obviously hasnโt been cleaned or maintained in long time. Grimy floors dusty hair everywhere toilets nasty. How the employees can use them just tells u how they have no standards of clean in this store. If u need something quick from Walgreens go for quick stop here only.
Worst experience ever.I called this pharmacy 2 times and was on hold for 20mins, (I hang up after 20 mins) with โ1 call ahead of meโ the whole time. When I called the 3rd time I thought to myself, while on hold Iโll drive up there to see which will serve me first. I was on hold the third time for 28 mins and 47 secs before I hung up, and โupdated my insuranceโ through the drive thru. Still had to wait to get script filled for over 6 HOURS. This is the worst pharmacy.Ridiculous.I will not be using Walgreens again.
There is always a hold up here. Many stores allow me to reload my debit cards except this one, the employees dont know how to work thier registers besides scanning. And usually only ONE person is working the registers as a line forms. Many of the employees dont want to be there. Lights stay on all night. Sheeshh Walgreens.
Probably the worst pharmacist in town. First only one car in front of me in the drivethrou and it took twenty five minutes to talk to someone just to drop off a script, ( this was at 4 Oclock ) then I was asking if I wanted to what until tomorrow to pick it up. I said that I would prefer tonight. Then they said it would be around six, ok Im good with that now it turns out that it will not be ready until tomorrow. Now I remember why I go across the street to CVS ( store located on the corner of US1 and Midway in Fort Pierce Florida)
Theyโre pharmacy is absolutely the worst. Twice now my daughter was prescribed medication and itโs taken ALL day for them to fill. The second time she had a script for amoxicillin. Called the automated line twice and then wait for 1 hour and 30 plus minutes to speak with someone. Called the Publix down the road. They answered right away and could fill is same day.
I was without insulin for 5 days. I recently moved from New Jersey to Florida. The response was it takes a while because of the covid. When I lived in New Jersey last year at the highest peak of covid I always got my medication the same day. No concern for safety. Im switching to another pharmacy CVS. My provider told me they can do it in one day. It takes 35 minutes to an hour when you call the store to ask about anything. I got through to the IRS quicker than them.
Iโve had so many difficulties with the pharmacies in this location. This is by far the best and most efficient pharmacy around Ft. Pierce.
The store itself is not too bad but the pharmacy honestly cant be a bit of a hassle.
Literally had me in the drive through for 20min waiting when my script was ready crazy how long this takes when I could walk in and get in 10min
The pharmacy is by far the worst Ive ever had to deal with. Anytime you go you will no doubt spend at least 30 minutes waiting for help. If you call you will wait the same time and they will intermittently cut the phones off. Or when its finally your turn to get help they pick up to put you on hold again, then allow the phone to ring until it hangs up so you have to call back and youre at the end of the line all over again. I will be pulling all my scripts and going somewhere else, this is nuts.
Wow! Just to get a prescription I waited over 2 days. I finally called, they claimed to be too busy with covid to fill my script. Right out her mouth. Since I physically got a hold of someone, she said she would fill it asap. I arrived at drive thru to pic up now waiting in line in a hot car almost 35 minutes. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY PRESCRIPTION FILLS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Especially if its a time sensitive issue for which you need to start meds. You will be waiting days and days. HORRIBLE experience. I will not be coming back.
This is the worst Walgreen pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The counter clerk was rude, slow and acted as if she was doing me a favor. I waited over a half and hour for them to fill a prescription for my Mother. I was told it would be ready at 5 and arrived at 5:30. It had not been filled and then waited a half an hour in the drive thru lane for the prescription to be ready. I also purchased over the counter aspirin that was suppose to be time released. I specifically asked the counter clerk if they were time released and she said they were enteric coated. Turns out they are not time released and now I have to drive back to the store to return the aspirin and dread how long that process may take. Walgreens corporation should take note of how rude person working the pharmacy register on Friday at 5:30 pm is to the customers. I live out of town and told my parents about the ordeal and was informed she is always rude to the customers. I will be switching my parents prescriptions to the CVS located across the street.
Stopped in for a flu shot.Sign in the window saysWalk-ins WelcomeGet back to pharmacy, and Im told we need to go online and make an appointment.
Worst Walgreens pharmacy in the area. Ive been here twice to pick up the same prescription, still not ready after a week. Tried to wait to talk to the pharmacist, but after 35 minutes I left the store. Three other people had the same issue while I was waiting. I do not recommend having your prescriptions filled here.
I had my passport photos taken a few days ago and for some reason misplaced them, called to see if they still had my photos on file and they did. Went to pick them up and they were no charge. Thank you so much!
Everyone one has always been very nice. From the managers, pharmacy, cashiers all work. Except 1 today. A stock worker on her phone in the bathroom and ignored me when I spoke to her. I confronted her in the store for her rudeness. She said I couldnt hear you I was on the phone. She heard me and responded 5 secs earlier. Her name is Nancy. She shouldnt b working there or with the public. No one ever deserves to b ignored, then lied to the manager about it. I looked dirty from working construction all day. Sure didnt need a snub from someone who looks down on someone. I make in 1 day what she makes in 1 wk. I would never treat her or anyone that they are below me. Managers were very cordial and polite with my concerns. Though since Nancy will still b at this location. I will no longer shop in store only prescriptions at drive thru. Walgreens thank your employee Nancy for losing a customer.
Im able to find almost anything I need, always friendly people and quality items
A bit run down, but all in all a typical Walgreens.
Horrible drive through service, never coming back. Sat in drive through to pick up a prescription for over a half hour with 3 cars before me. I sat at the window for 15 minutes, never acknowledged my presence, continuing to help people that I watched walk up to the counter inside the store. Unacceptable, CVS is right across the street. ๐ก
Most of Walgreens are very friendly clean except for the one on US1 and Midway some of the ladies that work in the pharmacy I think they get up on the wrong side of the bed every day and thats including black white blue or green its just rude
A mess of a store. Dont apply here for work. The Manager is sexist and the supervisor is a creep with women. No team work and no community. Worse job.
The female with multi colored hair working the register tonight was rude and unpleasant. Her personality matches her appearance.
Thanks to the pharmacist Emma, her assistants Amy, Patrick and Josh, for being great professionals. They have also a great memory!. Only when they hear my voice, when I ring the bell that notifies them, that there is a client in the drive thru, they bring me my prescriptions and never failed. Im in positive shock ๐. Also all are and very sweet and with a great solidarity. Receive a lot of blessings ๐!.
Selling baby wipes $3.49 a piece instead of selling the whole box for the regular price. They are taking the wipes out of the original box so they can make more money. Bad attitude from manager and workers. Worst Walgreens service
No covid-19 essential SANITIZERS. High prices. Hours are good & location.

Thanks to Miss Emma K who is such a great Pharmacist.Always so helpful and friendlyGertrud Novak
The pharmacy Dr was very rude and disrespectful along with that attitude. Your job is to fill prescriptions not play GOD. I will never shop at this location.
Most of the staff know you by name when you pull up to the drive-through window they are on the computer right away Pulling up your name to get you what you need very quickly and call you by name.. The pharmacist, Patrick goes above and beyond is great
This is the most friendly and helpful store I have ever been to . The cashier name Kiara is so helpful and sweet. The pharmacist Patrick is so kind and caring everytime I have been there or called he has been nothing but helpfull ! This pharmacist goes above and beyond to help his shoppers and remembers you and your children ๐ Thank you
The Indian manager was extremely rude and unhelpful in front of my 4 year old. Donโt appreciate the unprofessional attitude in front of my child.
Sraff so friendly and clean store.
Horrible customer service...never gonna use them again! 30 minutes on hold..
Very busy, fast talkers, no help
