Poor poor time management, I was there 4 hours with an appointment after being told if I didn’t have an appointment I would have to wait 3 hours and all I got was a computer update for my car. You have to text them just to get updates on your vehicles as no one approaches even to just see how you are doing or just to give you a time frame, I will not be returning. I like Stuart Nissan better, they move faster and the appointments are on time.

They are familiar with all the vehicles and different options and are happy to help you select the best option for you and your budget. And the best thing is they are both really nice. Very disappointed and sad! My wife and I went to the dealership with intentions to trade her vehicle for a preowned Nissan kicks.We found one she fell in love with. We test drove it and decided that this was the one she wanted it had all the stickers on the window telling year model ect.We gave all of her personal information to get the ball rolling. After about 15 minutes they came back and told us that that particular vehicle wasn’t even theirs. It was a returned rental. How does this happen? She was to say the least heartbroken! They didn’t even try to make it right! They offered a brand new vehicle but it was out of her budget so we left empty handed. My wife was almost in tears on the ride home! Very very disappointed

I came to the Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Pierce dealership about a week ago and I had an amazing experience. I had the honor of meeting Erin and Will who in which helped me buy my first car! Both Erin and Will were so patient, friendly, and went above and beyond for me, to ensure I received the best deal possible. They were both very knowledgeable and gave me details of my car, helped me set up everything I needed to and in fact stayed after closing hours to make sure everything was done properly. 0/10 experience. Ill just say that we were lied to. I was very clear of my intentions, after a handshake a the word of two men here. I left to prepare my end of things to return an hour later. Cowards call me after 45 minutes and tell me that someone else there decided that our agreement was canceled. Not even an apology. Thank you for wasting my time. #clowns

My experience, found a vehicle on car guru, called the dealer and confirmed price and availability. Drive there after work with my wife and children sales circus began. To make it short price of the vehicle went up by close to 5 k more than I saw online price even though I called and confirmed. Dealer fees and “conditioning fees” are huge. Staff was asking me what was the best price “I” could do the laugh on my face when I said “Im the buyer your vehicle went from 18 online to 23 me walking in you give me the lowest asking price and I’ll consider it”. Was a horrible experience full of games and sales tactics, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.I wen to “off lease only west palm”, in and out no games Anthony helped us.

I bought a vehicle from Sutherlin Nissan in 2017, it was a brand new 2016 Nissan. They have continued to hound me since I bought the car to upgrade to a newer model. Now that the car is about to be paid off, they call DAILY, no matter how many times I request that they stop. I have NEVER been so harassed by a dealership in all of my life and will NEVER buy another car from this facility EVER again.

I am very disappointed in Sutherlins customer service. I bought my Rouge Sport in March 2021. My sales girl was great and the only reason I went through with my purchase. Otherwise it was the worst experience. Chris the who helped with financing and Mike behind the desk were very inappropriate with their remarks that were loud enough to hear from the desk I was sitting at. After voicing my concerns to Donna who agreed that both of these men can be rude at times. She offered to get my car tinted and detailed as well as fill my tank as a apology for the guys behavior and rude remarks. I have tried to set that up 4 times with Donna and guess what.... no response. I love Nissan however this was for sure the last vehicle I will be purchasing from Sutherlin. There are to many business who would be grateful for returning customers and Sutherlin just is not one of those business.

Excellent service.According to my mileage i was due for my cabin and engines air filter to be changed. They could have easily done that and charged me over$200 but they said i didnt need them and only charged me for the oil change and rotation. They have earned my trust and all future services.

When I got the true car price online for a car that was at this dealership “Irish Patrick”, which is how he referred to himself, called me right away pressuring me to set up an appointment to look at the car. I told him I didn’t want to set up an appointment because I didn’t know when I was going to have time to just swing by and take a look at it. He told me it would be more convenient for them if I set up an appointment 😆. And now he won’t leave me alone. He even sent me some email that ask me too tell him if I didn’t want him contact me anymore. I replied I don’t want to anymore contact. Then he must not have read his emails because he calls me the next day saying they’re having a sale seeing if I want car. I told him no and hung up. Then the next day I get another email from Patrick trying to get me to come in and set up an appointment. So Patrick, if you’re reading this check your emails and take me off your list.

We just bought a low mileage used 2019 Murano and are quite pleased with our purchase. The salesman, Shad, was quite knowledgeable about the inventory of SUVs for us to choose from. He explained the features of each model and showed us in detail how to use each one on the model we selected. The finance manager, Eric, was pleasant and efficiently took care of transferring the titles for the vehicle we traded in and for the new one. The general manager, Michael, made sure we were satisfied with the price we paid. Overall, this vehicle-purchasing experience was very favorable.

Regarding the sales team, verbal commitments not met. Multiple calls and visit to location to be passed off. Poor excuses given. Regarding service, car was done for I dont know how long before we were contacted and dont even know if any service was done. Recommended services provided in an email, no call to discuss. I was just pushed off. I understand the employee shortage but if you want to keep a customer coming back, you would at least have respect to speak to them, not just send an email. I attempted to call service several times the day my car was there and got no answer. The ball was definitely dropped by sales making the appointment and service not relaying information.

Scheduled oil change. Tech overfilled 2019 Frontier 6 cyl engine with 7 quarts of oil. Normal oil capacity is 5.4 qts. Way over full on dip stick which tells me tech never checked it. Had it drained, measured and replaced at another service center. Oil was dirty after only 450 miles. Was it even changed? I will never use this dealer again.

My wife and I broke down in Ft Peirce while heading to the Fl Keys for her birthday. We barely made it to the dealership. Once at the dealership I talked to Tony in service and explained our dire situation. I did not have an appointment and they were extremely booked and very busy. He had it pulled in the shop and had a mechanice look at it. We left the car there and rented a car to finish our trip. Tony kept us informed and told us the transmission was in need of replacement. That was on Saturday the next day. Tony said he would have the transmission by Monday and would start working on it right away. We returned on Tuesday and to my disbelief The vehicle was repaired and ready to pick up.The service department has 2 mechanics work on the vehicle and our trip was spared. They saved us from having to drive from Jacksonviile to pick vehicle up later in the week. In all my years dealing with dealerships I have never had outstanding service above and beyond. They dealership was understanding and very friendly. They were completely committed to the customer and CARED greatly about our needs. Thier quick response and seamless help to and my wife will never be forgotten. Hats off to Tony and the whole service team for making our trip a good enjoyable one.Thanks!!!

After visiting a couple of Nissan dealerships in my area and getting quotes from other dealerships, Sutherlin Nissan was by far the most accommodating. The salesman, Chris, went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible. They were kind enough to remove the cheap bed liner in the truck and put the proper Nissan bed liner in the truck that allowed access to the 5th wheel tow option and other features that were really important to me. I can confidently say that this is the best Nissan dealership in the area and I am happy to drive 50 miles past Wallace Nissan in Stuart to do business with the team at Sutherlin. Thank you for the professionalism and the generosity to accommodate your customers no matter the cost. Chris is a great salesman and an honest up front guy and I appreciate that. Made an appointment for a repair that is part of a recall campaign. When I got to the dealer I was informed the parts needed for the repair were not available and would need to be ordered. Why make the appointment and waste my time if the parts are not available?3 weeks have gone by with no follow up from the dealer. As far as I know the parts are still not available. Called the service department today and was put on hold for over 3 minutes. Called again and waited several minutes on hold before getting a busy signal.I have no doubt the people who work there are doing there best but it is clear the owner and management team have no idea how to run a professional business.I give the dealer 1 star only because no lower rating is available. DREADFUL experience.

Worst experience I have ever had. My husband made a purchase there. They lie and haggle for hours. Then when we finally got to the price we want and think its over the financial guy tries to again lie and haggle over the price we already established by the manager of the whole dealership. They told us they go through 3 lenders. They did not give us any options and with great credit had a 6.69 arp the financial guy lined up for us. They were all very rude and condescending, I felt like I was shopping at a fraternity. There was a man named Bryce who was very nice and the only person we actually wanted to deal with.. I would have gave him more stars, but his co-workers were so irritating that I cannot do that.

Ok, so the only reason I gave 2 stars is because I actually love my Titan! I started shopping for a new Titan months before I decided to buy. I found that Sutherlin Nissan had the best deal around for what I wanted. And the actual truck with the package and colors I wanted was here in fort Pierce. So I stopped by with the ad printed out and inquired about the truck and if the $47,793 price was for real. The sales man was new, so he asked a manager and told me that “Yes absolutely it is correct”! I had to run back to the office for a couple hours and meet the buyer of my 2012 Nissan Titan . I returned to my new truck Out front, and the paperwork drawn up, as I had financing through my bank already. I was setting everything up with the bank to get the paperwork they needed when the 2nd salesman who had to jump in to help the new guy came from the office to tell me that the financing isn’t going to cover the truck, and this included my over $4,500 down payment! To my surprise the price was actually going to be $50,035!!! And then showed them the ad I printed on mine, and the salesman explain to me the price was minus incentives, and that I didn’t qualify for the incentives! The ad stated that the discount was a Sutherlin Nissan discount! The salesman then told me “ohdealerships do this! And we have to do it to keep up”! So now I’m upset I have already sold my vehicle, and I was leaving the next day on a trip to Oklahoma for business! I had to buy a vehicle today! And we were already 3 1/2 hrs into the deal. So after much deliberation, I did get a few incentives, new rims, and a wheel and ding protection plan for seven years! So about now into the deal almost 5 hours, I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle because it was my last resort! Clearly this is a classic case of the bait and switch the dealerships do! I honestly thought that I did my due diligence, in stopping in and inquiring about the vehicle! I guess the old saying is true to you always get it in writing LOL! So after finally close to eight hours, and nearly 8 PM at night I was finally going home with my new truck! I will not buy another vehicle from Sutherlin Nissan ever again. I actually was going to buy my wig a new car the very next month, and she wanted the Nissan Armada! I ended up waiting and we bought her a 2019 Chevy Tahoe with much less trouble and only took about 2hrs. Just don’t think the dealership is going to come down from the MSRP! They list crazy discounts to fool people into coming in and pressure them into the purchase. The Chevy dealer I found was one that offered a haggle free price. So don’t go by what’s listed online!

Lease was coming to end and love the RogueAnd told them exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they gave me everything and more than what I wanted for the price I wantedThe Salesman Bryce showed and explained every feature I was getting and showed me the extra features on my test drive.He went over the service department which I was aware of because I had a problem which was on warranty for my other rogueService was excellent

Never again buying a car here. Had a question about finance, two weeks later, still not answered (think they are trying to cover up their mistake we found). Salesman was going to come to our house to pick up a set of seats for the vehicle we traded, they are still in my garage. They ordered updated mats to help keep me happy. Is be happy if they have a straight answer and did what they said they would. Never again, drive to West Palm Nissan if you want better service.

First of all!Im Proudly to be a owner of a 4th nissan vehicle, I did own 2 350zs, 1 altima that I still own and now my 2017 titan, I love my truck, Im a nissan guy to the bone, they always being good vehicle to me, but lately I was having a issue with my truck it used to stalls on me really often and losing power, the head lights will dim at times so I knew it was some related to power, so went to search online and find a recall on this particular problem, I work in West Palm, so I tried take an appointment with pal beach nissan and they never got back to me, but I leave in stuart so went to stuart nissan and the jackass in the front desk told me that I had to call nissan headquarters to fix the problem he was a such of useless employee from nissan of stuart, so I decided to go to nissan of Fort pierce, where I actually had bought my 350z in 2007, and I spoke to this friendly lady !She was able to set me with an appointment in a heart bit, and I explained her the problem I was having and she was so professional about it, really knowledgeable about the issue I was having, she provided me with a such great experience as a returning costumer, my truck now is fixed running like it should, Im so happy with this place, Im definitely coming back for future service.Thanks Jamie,For providing a suck great and easy experience.The same day I was checking on new tires and same thing great experience as the part department as service department, keep up the good work...Sincerely: Erick10+ satisfaction.

Had Oil & Filter changed. Was notified the work was done & the car was waiting outside. I paid the bill but did not find the car outside. I was told they were washing the car. A short time later the car was brought up to me only to find that it was never washed. I asked about the wash, since they said it was being washed, and was told they mistakenly took a different car to wash and not mine. They took my car back to get it washed. A short time later I was told the car was now ready. I went to the car only to find it washed but never dried off. I was tired of waiting for the incompetent people so I drove home and dried the vehicle myself. I hope I find the mechanics work done was better.
