This review is long overdue, but I wanted to wait a few months to see how I liked going electric. I must say, it is an amazing experience. Phil was our sales rep, and he was very knowledgeable about the ID.4. Hes one of the reasons why I chose the vehicle because he was able to provide all of the information about the vehicle; other dealerships were not as knowledgeable about their electric vehicle. The buying experience was easy and Phil kept me informed every step of the way. Ive had my ID.4 for about four months now and am very happy with my purchase. Its a smooth ride with all the bells and whistle. The free charging for three years is also a bonus. I get compliments almost everywhere that I go (including people stopping me in parking lots and waving at me to roll down my window at red lights). Great vehicle, great sales rep, great buying experience!

Phil was wonderful to work with as well as their financing guy Edgar. I was stuck at the dealership for a long time due to me working with my own bank. The overall experience was great until we were trying to work with our bank and the finance manager or some guy came who’s name I didn’t get came to clear up a situation and I found him to be extremely rude to my loan agent on the phone. Edgar helped get the situation cleared up but after being there with patient people for 4 hours it was annoying for someone new walk in and be rude when everyone else had been easy to work with.

If you are looking to buy a car you need to come to this dealership!!! Everyone was beyond nice and made you feel like you were family. I went today with my little guy (who isn’t the easiest to handle) to get a new car and they fed him pizza for lunch. They did everything they could to give me a fair payment for my new car and because we were there for awhile due to coming in while they had a rush of customers they even bought my son dinner. My 10 year old Eos was in for service that turned out to be more extensive than expected. I talked over my options with Denise in sales. I decided to purchase a new Taos rather than invest more into “ Snowy”. Denise worked with the S finance team and I left with my new Taos late that night. Went in to originally purchase a used kia stinger but ended upleaving with a 2021 jetta r line without even so much as a test drive. The jetta was newer and cheaper and seemed to fit my needs better. Service was amazing with my sales person Denise and finalizing all of the paperwork with Cesar. Once my lease is up I plan on continuing my service with Volkswagen.

Just this week bought my fifth car from Sunrise VW. My family and I just love the ease of it all. The process from walking in to walking out with my new Atlas was literally just a few hours. We flew from South Carolina to Florida to buy this car. No tag and the temporary tag has expired. We planned to take a family trip which cost us over 1100 that we can’t get back because we can’t drive a car with an expired temporary tag.. no one is responding or returning calls. Initially it was a good experience but now i would avoid if I knew this would happen.To add: I’ve paid tag and taxes and now they email stating that I need to pay taxes and registration again. I would avoid at all cost. They also added extra fees and warranties I had declined. Next step is contacting an attorney.

My experience here was not good at all. Spoke to multiple people about financing a car. Went in 3 different times to get the vehicle after having phone calls and text messages saying I was approved and all I had to come in and do was sign the papers and hand them the down payment. Every time I went in something else was wrong, or they needed more time with the banks. Nobody ever calls or messages back and they lacked customer servicing. They told me the last time I would hear something from them on Monday and after 3 days still no call back or even hearing from anyone at the dealership. Took my business elsewhere.

I typically get my vehicles from an owner of a dealership, not a manager or salesman. Ive been fortunate enough to build relationships with these individuals. Going to Sunrise VW of Ft Piece was by far one of the best experiences Ive had even dealing with my connections. Phil Hardy and the team worked together to make my purchase easy and rewarding. I purchased a used Expedition. I was lied to about the car being inspected and serviced. It had bad breaks, oil and a bad turn bulb. After all the numbers were reached. They will ‘force’ you to add $1790.00 in 3rd party unless adons. Plus the APR on top of that$. In my 64 years, this is the most unethical dishonest car dealership I’ve ever done business with. And yes, I returned the car. Be a Smart consumer. You can’t do that at this so called dealership, period. Good luck out there.James L. StewardJensen Beach

We had a fantastic experience at Sunrise VW because of our salesperson Edgar Mendez. He was not pushy and never once tried to pressure us. He was very knowledgeable and professional beyond his years. Edgar was very personable, patient with us when syncing our phones and explaining the many features. He definitely was the reason our experience was such a pleasant one! We will be sure to request Edgar for any future purchases.

Went to get an oil change and this was brought back out to me. They said they would fix it and deliver it back to me. All they did was take the bumper off and put it back on. There are scratch marks all along the top boarder of the bumper where it was placed on the ground. The bumper wasn’t replaced, they just tried pulling a fast one on me. Went to another dealer after contacting VWofA and the bumper is special order because of the model and color, yet sunrise got it in 4 days? My car was bought from them brand new a month prior and now almost two months later I’m waiting for my car to be fixed. Everything buying the car was smooth and communication was great but when they tried pulling a fast one on me I had to write something.This is not an argument. It is simply me informing the public on my experience at your dealershipGoogle has no option for replying to a response. I will gladly return the items you all sent to me, after saying there is no compensation done by sunrise volkswagen. I would much rather have a new car that is not damaged then have floor mats and seat covers. As for the repair I did ask for invoice and I got them but I also asked to see the damaged bumper next to the new repaired bumper and you all did not respond to this. You also tried to give me back a car with a bumper that was not aligned properly and had scratches on it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership! We had the pleasure of having Edgar as our sales consultant, and he was terrific!! Honestly, the easiest, and MOST HELPFUL car buying experience! Jamie the manager was very helpful with keeping everything within our budget! They were super transparent with everything, lots of communication, and super friendly staff. And my kids were very welcomed there!! They loved the snacks and huge VW bus fish tank!! We will definitely be returning for another purchase down the road!!We got a certified pre-owned Tiguan with all the bells and whistles we wanted, and it still has tons of time (over 4 years!) left on their amazing bumper to bumper warranty!!
