Was with cricket for 3 yrs they dont care about their loyal customers you get no perks for being with them.offered me a free upgrade which costs 275$ but if you are new and switching from different carrier give you the world.i went with TMobile much more customer friendly

They are always nice. This current phone I have I didnt get it from Cricket, but I needed a tempered glass put on. They did it with no issue.

As always, this people dont disappoint you with any of your technology needs. We have been buying phones here for a long time and they always go the extra mile to fulfill our needs. When we buy a new phone they make sure we leave with the new phone working properly and they do all the necessary transfers from one to the other. Great customer service and good amount of phonea to choose from. Im happy every time i leave that store.

Beware. This location tells you that insurance is required with every iPhone purchase. Insurance is a customers choice and is NOT required per the agreement. The store will also remove any stock screen/phone protector on the device without asking which is the customers choice.Please be warned.I will be returning my device. They lie to customers.
