Had a great shopping experience! My salesman, Max Schwartz, helped me a lot. Showed me how to use the my Verizon app, shared all the promotions with me and how’d they benefit my needs! Was a great experience if you’re looking for a great deal see Max Schwartz! I highly recommend him! Will be going to him for all my cellular needs! He didn’t sell me on anything just was straight forward and told me what’s a good deal for my cellular needs. I went in thinking my phone bill would come out to 130-150 he hooked me up and got it to 90!!! Saved me time and money!

The sales staff are friendly and helpful. The hotspots that Verizon sells are sub par. The data plans on them are misleading. They offered two plans, unlimited and unlimited plus, neither of which are accurate with unlimited being 15G Unlimited+ 39G then speed plummets to 600kb. The device themselves constantly said no sim no data available and when working never provided even 4G speed.

I went into the verizon store in Ft. Pierce and had the worst experience with two employees. Im not as smart with the phone tech as they are. And when I ask questions they accused me of cutting them off. Hier purpose was to sell me a $500$1000phone. After words they ask me to leave even as I was headed to the door

I am a very very busy man. Jeremy a sales rep at the store was awesome!!! He even worked around my schedule to help me setup my Verizon account. I talked to him a few months ago and he kept calling me about getting service and I respect that. And to me that is wonderful customer service. Worst customer service ever. Came here to resolve a problem about our verizon phone but they asked us to call customer service, which to me already doesnt make sense. Cant connect to a live representative either. Its not the first time having this issue with verizon, definitely will never go back to using verizon again
