The only guys that I could find to come out on a Friday night and diagnose my truck. The driver was professional and gave sound advice. Super grateful for them.
All in all he is a highway robber.Yes, he came out to help. However, the only actual help he did was allow me to use his jack and lack of tools to change my tire. He wasted 4 hours of my time and charged me nearly $200 for nothing. He KNEW there were no tires for my vehicle but kept insisting there was, but 16.5 is a hard tire to find now.Anyway, i would not recommend. I really would not.
My 79 year old recently widowed mother lives alone in Ft. Smith and she relies on her car to get food and go to doctors appointments. It has a power steering leak so I called this business on 8/20 (I live out of state) and I left a message to call me back. A man named Nathaniel Hodges returned my call. He went to my moms house, looked at the problem, and gave me an estimate. He required a $300 payment up front before he would start the job which I paid. He then started making excuses and eventually quit responding to me. No work on the car was ever performed. If you choose to use this business make sure that the work is performed before you pay them.
No answer. Never called back and never returned email.
Had good food they fixed just the way we wanted when we have had problems with some Dennys and had to send back couse it was ether cold or they would leave something
This company is top notch, they came across town in less than an hour to get our car fixed and back on the road, very professional, nice and friendly mobile mechanics.
Online it states they are in Fort Smith but when i called they are located in NWA.
