The boss is extremely rude and unprofessional. He sold me a faulty batterie for my iphone 6s and refused to give me a refund. Would not reccomend going to them for anything. Go to cyber haven they fixed it for way cheaper and way faster.
Took my iPhone in to have the battery replaced. They checked the battery and told me it did not need replaced. Gave me tips to increase charge life. Could very easily have sold me a battery but was honest enough to tell me I didn’t need one. Very impressed with their professionalism.
Love these guys. They are fast and efficient when programing key fobs
I went in for a battery for my samsung s5 and your employee started taking off the back and heard a noise and ran to the back with my phone. the battery was about to explode. He came back with my phone and put in a new battery. I was impressed with his knowledge and actions. Saved me from possibly opening my phone and battery exploding on me.
Went in about a week ago to replace a battery, the associate was extremely helpful and explained exactly what he was going to do. Started work right away, I had the phone back in under 45 minutes. Extremely prompts service, I’ll be using them exclusively in the future!
Recently took my wifes iphone 8+ there after dropping it 5 stories down a parking garage in dallas. Not only does the phone work, it works better than before as we recently had the front screen replaced at gadget graves (which took 4 hrs) and the calibration was terrible!!!! Would not reccomend them! On the other hand batteries + bulbs fixed us up immediately as soon as our parts came in and it took less than an hr to do the front and back! (Again it fell 5 stories yet they fixed it under an hour) I woukd highly reccomend them as i usually dont do reviews but they deserve this one lol
I love the guys at Batteries + Bulbs. This is my third time coming to them to get my phone fixed and every time they’ve been so helpful and kind. If and when I need my phone repaired again, they’re definitely my go to!
I called on a Thursday regarding my car battery to make sure they had them in stock. I told them I’d be in Saturday to get the battery replaced and was assured that would be fine- of course when I arrive they said the 100$ battery I needed wasn’t available but I could purchase a 300$ battery. Frustrating, but only a small reason for the one star. When I entered the young man was replacing an iPad for another customer, and the customer was upset for how long it took- but mentioned she’d still recommend them. The rep just yelled at her (while I’m right there) trying to start an argument with the lady. She tried multiple times to leave and he kept asking why she’s upset and that she had no reason to be (after she was trying to drop it). Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever seen. Was happy they didn’t have my battery in stock.
DISAPPOINTED AND LIED TOO at the counter. Scheduled an online repair and went before my appointed time. Upon arrival the guy behind the counter said “let me check and see if we have that part in”. Weird since they let me book the appointment. He came out and said no we don’t have the part in...and then he said, “we called the number u left and u didn’t respond,” I said, “really, what number did u call (because I knew that wasn’t true as I looked through my call history) and he said, “it doesn’t matter because I’ve got bigger things to focus on”, I knew I was being lied too, made a specific trip to bring at a scheduled time and that was enough for me to say “no thanks” as a customer. Afterwards I started reading reviews and noticed that “Nicholas the store manager has basically the same response for ALL the complaints” so he must not care too deeply for his store’s reputation. Customer service matters and being honest with customers REALLY MATTERS.
Battery I needed was in stock price is compared favorably to online prices
I took my iPhone 8 in to have them replace the front and back glass and install a new battery. When I received my phone back and got it home I realized that the lock button and the ring/ silence button no longer work. I payed almost $300 dollars for this repair and the phone is worse now then it was when I dropped it off. Would strongly recommend you take your electronics elsewhere to be worked on
They kept my phone and tablet for over a month and a half. I called twice and each time they said the parts would be in Tuesday. When I went to pick up my property 7 weeks later the assistant manager (or so he called himself) yelled at me that He couldn’t fix my devices because of Christmas. Not sure why he couldn’t fix it in the month before Christmas? He gave me a phone (which wasn’t mine) and told me he’d need over 2 hours to release my tablet because it was in pieces. Now it took them over 20 minutes to even find my tablet and phone. Admittedly I didn’t inspect my phone, just dropping it into my purse. I live 45 months bytes from the store so returns home feeling that not being able to wait there for them to reassemble my tablet. I received a call 3 hours later not to tell me my tablet was ready, but to say the assistant manager gave me someone elses phone and I had to return it immediately. I informed the “manager” or so he called himself, I lived to far away to return to Fort Smith that day and would try to get there the next day. I still haven’t heard if my property is finished. The next morning I received a call early morning approximately 9 am stating that if I didn’t return the phone they gave me immediately they would take legal action. I’m a 55 year old retired disabled nurse and the incompetent boy working at the store is threatening to have me arrested for the mistakes he made. He gave it to me I didn’t steal it and they still have my property. Who are the thieves? Spend the extra money and go to Phone Doctors!
Great folks, prices are good, has always had what I needed.
Took note 10+ in for cracked screen repair. They killed power button & I had to send it to squaretrade repair. Not happy.
I had a relatively ok experience here. I went into fix my battery on my Google pixel phone. Upon receiving my phone it had less than 10% battery left so since it was nearly dead I didnt do anything but check out and leave. I got in the car and plugged it in and was still in the parking lot when I realized something was messed up on my screen. They did replace my screen for free but for future reference always spend a few minutes playing on your phone before checking out. I received my phone back battery and new screen working flawless. I didnt realize till a few hours later that the selfie mode on my camera is messed up. Also, I cant hear anyone and they cant hear me on a phone call unless its on speaker. I had neither of these issues before I brought my phone in. However, once you sign and leave the store theres nothing that can be done unless you want to pay to fix it. Overall they were polite. They saved me from having to buy a new phone for a while, we shall see how long these minor issues bother me until I upgrade.I contacted them and they said they would try and fix the issues for me. This makes me very happy. Great customer service. Will update once fixedUpdate::::They fixed my phone apparently the plastic part you peel off before reapplying the screen was left on over my front facing camera and ear speaker. Because this was something one of the techs did they fixed it for free.It was a lot of going back and forth but overall Im very happy with how they treated me and my phone working well. I would go here again because they took care of the problem.
Very good business. Great service!!!
They were very helpful and and polite. Liked your prices will be back. Thank you
First of all on the email that asks for feedback and a rating doesnt work. It appears as a green button that says Rate ! and when I touch it, nothing happens. Its just text. Now to the real problem. I should have said something in the store, and I regret that I didnt. I booked a screen repair a week in advance and they told me that I was the first appointment for that day so I got reserved. I thought, cool. When I decided to go to this replace to get my phone screen fixed, it said Phone screen repair front (and back) estimated 89.99. On the phone, the man knew I needed my back screen replaced but he never told me it was a separate charge. When I got to the store, I provided information on my phone and signed an agreement to hand it to them. After all was said and done, I came to pick up my phone and pay. When he was ringing me up, my heart sank. A whole $330 after tax and using a $10 dollar coupon and 10% off. What the hell, from $89.99 thats almost 3 times the cost. Im a nice guy and dont like conflict, but that was just ridiculous.
Went there to get my battery replaced in my iPhone 6S Plus. The guy that replaced the battery also broke my screen in the process. He never told me there was a possibility that he would break my screen or I wouldn’t have had him do it. Well, he broke it and told me he would replace my screen for free and it would have a 6 month warranty. After he replaced the screen it had dead spots in it. I’m thinking it wasn’t seated properly because it cracked with normal use. Called the guy that did the work and he tells me they don’t warranty cracks. He never told me this before. I asked him what the warranty covers if not cracks, he said “his labor and the materials he used” I said ok, well the material you used wasn’t quality material or it wouldn’t have cracked under normal use. I’ve had this phone for several years and have never cracked the screen. It’s always been in a otter box. The phone itself is still like new. He then tells me I dropped the phone and that probably caused the crack. I assured him I didn’t drop it and he said “I have no proof other than your word.” I then told him to look at the otter box or the phone and he could tell it hasn’t been dropped. He then tells me sorry there’s nothing he can do and says it will be $99 and some change to replace it. I will never step foot in that store again and I will tell everybody I know how bad their service is.
Because after they replaced my battery in my iPhone, the phone messed up, I took it back no problem they fixed it, it works great they replaced 2 parts in my phone and didnt charge anything. Love them, they were very kind.

Lots to choose from.Very helpful
Knowledgeable and friendly.
Great service! Fixed my iphone screen for a great price.
I was in here today around 3 pm and the guy in front was pretty rude like i was putting him out for trying to have him help me on what batteries i needed. Well apparently they just dont do that and besides the batteries that may work or not who knows are very overpriced. The batteries costed more than the device i was getting batteries for. I asked about key fobs and they are extremely overpriced as well and you have to pay extra to them once again overpriced to have tgdm program itbecause of course tgats not included in the 150$ price tag of one key fob not programmed. I would honestly suggest walmart for yiur battery needs. The workers are nicer and they actually have battery displays to help you decide if your not sure, which im sure is not crazy of me to expect out of a store that when you call their phone says your one stop shop for your every battery need. I payed 40 for my key fob off of Amazon and called my locksmith and he said he will charge 20 per key to program. That alone is like half of what they charge for just the key fob unprogrammed.
