We made an app to see this specific vehicle... we get there with our minds to negotiate and made this vehicle ours !! Well the employee comes out and tell us the manager took the vehicle home and they don’t have it ... !! I guess is more important for the employees to take cars home then sell .. sorry but they made me lose my time driving my self the way for them not show me what I asked for... horrible experience... !!
Great Experience & Service with Crain Hyundai of Ft. Smith. The Salesman I worked with went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and get me everything I wanted in the car. Didn’t have to wait long while getting all the paperwork completed. I had most everything worked out before getting the car. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends & family!
I bought my Santa Fe here and it was such an easy car buying experience. I got a great deal and they were so helpful through the whole experience. I’ll be back to Crain when I’m ready for a new vehicle!
I brought my Santa Fe in for a problem with the stealing. I was told that it was covered under a recall. But they were going to have to fix another recall first. After they fixed the first recall they told me that the steering problem was not covered, and that it would cost $300 to fix it. So, we scheduled the service for another day. When I went in to get the repair done they told me the repair was going to be $2000. I told them I would have to wait till another day. when I went to leave they told me I owed $170 for the diagnosis. I paid it. But I will never go back or buy another Hyundai.Epilogue: I took my vehicle to the Hyundai dealership in Fayetteville and they fixed it for $300.
I purchased my 2013 Elantra. it now has over 325,000 miles. It runs and drives as it did when I brought it home.
I had a appointment for a oil change/ tire rotation. I arrived and checked in .I purchased my Santa Fae from this dealership new. A lady who didn’t have a Hyundia came in with no appointment and told the service rep she had a flat tire and needed it fixed. He told her he had 2 people ahead of her and it would be around 1 1/2 hrs. That there was a place up the road that she might not have to wait as long. They pulled my car in then in a little bit after starting changing my oil they pulled the technician without finishing my car to fix the ladies frat tire. I ask why they wasn’t finishing up my car. I was told the service rep pulled the technician off my car. I ask the rep why he said well she called. That wasn’t the truth I had just heard him talking to her. I told him I didn’t think it was right I had a appointment I was considering not coming back if having a appointment ment I was setting there and not getting set. He told me that would be just fine if I didn’t come back!! I would give a 0 if I could!!
The improvement I’ve seen from Crain Hyundai over the last year has been substantial. Service department guys are great, super-friendly and helpful. Customer service is great. Didn’t deal with sales people so I have no opinion either way but the last few times I’ve been there, I was very impressed! 👍🏼👍🏼
Every time I have an appointment they are always ready for me. The do a great job and I trust my vehicle with them. They always wash my vehicle before returning it to me . I wouldnt trust my vehicle to anyone else.
Completely horrible customer service and they REFUSE to help with what they have wronged. When we bought one vehicle with a missing part, refused to pay for it. We told them THREE times to add our tags into our monthly bill, they “forgot” and refuse to help us out in any way possible. If i could do negative stars, i would. Screw this place.
The Staff is Super Kind! I brought my car in for an oil change, they told me everything that was going on with my vehicle. They advised on future serves needs. They all seemed to care about the person by making sure the vehicle is safe to drive.
I bought my first car at 16. I’m now 35 and have bought and financed 9 different vehicles. This was easily the WORST experience I’ve ever had. The sales associate was just doing his job but the managers were awful. They offered me 3k under my trade in value on a vehicle and refused to honor online pricing because I was going to finance through my bank. Not only that but I had to continue to reach out to them instead of them reaching out to me. I sold my car outright and made 8k over what they offered me. This isn’t common considering trade in is always lower than private sale. It 8k is a bit dramatic. Stay away if possible.
I talked with a woman named Jamie several times and set up at appointment to go down to Fort Smith from Fayetteville to purchase a new Elantra. My sister drove over from Tulsa to drive me down there to pick up the car. When we arrived, there was no Jamie, and no car. They had sold that Elantra, and the ones they had were fully SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS over list price because supply and demand, as the extremely unhelpful sales guy explained it to us. In other words, they didnt even pretend wed be paying for extra features--its literally just that people are having a hard time finding cars right now, so they can charge six thousand dollars because they feel like it. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Total waste of time. How do you treat people that way?
This is my second purchase and love Hyundai vehicles. I had a 2014 Hyundai Accent bought used and never had any problems with it. Traded in for a Hyundai Elantra and just love my new car. Would recommend to anyone
HAVING PURCHASED APPROX 3 YEARS AGO, (AN ELANTRA, FROM THE SAME DEALER), I had a pleasant relationship with the sales staff then, as well as a great automotive experience, not being our first Hyundai, Our sonhis entire (3) PHDs, (A LONG TIME, HA HA), his Versa (GT), never let him down once, (THAT convinced as his Father, (197,000 miles) and following maintenance schedule, it goes without saying, We both have already had very good experiences with Crain Hyundai, As well as both vehicles. I;ve always said if you find a product that you have purchased, and had to rely everyday, and it did not let you down, then Stick with it, we did with our purchase of our Beautiful SMOOTH RIDING RE-DESIGNED 2022 TUCSON,Once again even better Crain (FT. SMITH, ARK) Sales Staff, but our opinion, Hyundai, is one of the leaders in quality, product, and during the past (2) years price of all goods are up, so just expect the way it currently is, but ONE thing for sure, You can RELY on CRAIN Ft. Smith treat you right in every way, they can, and you should expect...THANX SO MUCH!
The service staff are awesome, always ready to provide an update and they were very friendly and professional. The service/front desk staff is friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend their service.
Told them what we wanted and brandon made it happen would recommend going to see them.
I am extremely satisfied now with the quick resolution to my specific issue of missing floor mats and owners manual. I would recommend all my friends who might be in the market for a new vehicle to definitely consider purchasing a Hyundai. Excellent vehicle. They need to work with Arturo Salazar at Crain Hyundai in Fort Smith. He is very courteous, will work hard to provide you with accurate information about the vehicle and is also wiling to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
Quick service, very comfortable waiting area and all smiles employees. Very enjoyable stop for an oil change!
I have 2015 model Sonata I bought new in Tulsa and at 207,000 miles there was a major problem with the engine. I was told the engine would have to be replaced. The service manger at Crain contacted Hyundai and was able to get the engine replaced at no cost to me. I had to provide my regular maintenance info but I got a new engine in a car at 207,000 miles and I wasnt charged a cent. Not only that but I was given a new car to drive for approx. 2 weeks while my car was fixed. Everyone at Crain has always been super friendly but the service department has been more than awesome. I would recommend Hyundai as a vehicle and Crain as the best place to get one from.
I brought my car in here a few days back for an oil change and they found a recall for a system update I didnt even know about yet. The staff was great and I will definitely be returning!
Always feel welcomed when I come. Service don’t take long either.
Instead of doing everything they can like everyone else says they do,they tried to send me to some loan sharking,30% interest rate buisness when I had cash and was ready to buy. I even knew what I wanted. No, Arthur preceeded to hand me a buisness card and tell me theres nothing we can do. I Will never ever buy a car from them or even attempt to ever again.
I feel silly now, but I was really nervous about purchasing my first new car! Blake was really chill though & I left only 2 hours after my appointment with the keys. It was pretty painless, just know if youre looking for a certain payment youre gonna probably have a longer loan and pay more interest, and dont expect the internet sale price ( I didnt expect that anyway) but overall I dont feel taken advantage of, I feel like I got the car I wanted without overextending myself and they made money too.
Wed give it zero stars if we could. I would NOT recommend going here if youre looking for a RELIABLE, SAFE car. The first week of having our car, it broke down, took them 2 weeks to fix it. Took it back, since it broke down again, and they fixed it again. 6 months later, and its still CONSTANTLY breaking down with the SAME issue that theyve claim to have fixed brand new. Not even 3 weeks after having brand new tired put on, 2 of them gatored and ripped to shreds. They are honestly full of garbage. Ive owned older, more beat up cars that are safer than the piece of junk they oversold us. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Awesome service at Crain Hyundai. Blake helped me with all my needs and got me a great deal in a short amount of time . I didn’t even have to visit the dealership I live almost 5 hours away and he got me taken care of all on the phone and video walkthrough. They even took the car all the way to me . Great experience! Thanks Crain Hyundai and thanks Blake!
They wanted to charge me $130 for a diagnostic. A DIAGNOSTIC! you can get that for free at any autozone. I even told the service clerk what problems my car had, but he insisted I pay $130 for a diagnostic? I went to a local mechanic after that and got advice for FREE and got my problem fixed right away. These people will take advantage of you.
I left work the other night and got on the interstate. As i was driving i guess i ran something over and completely blew out my tire. It happened right before the exit you would take to crain. I managed to get off the interstate and pull in to the front of their building. It was late. Lights were off and they were closed. I called my dad to come help and sat in my car to wait. As i was crying (it was a rough week, the tire was my cherry on top) 3 guys that worked there came over and immediately set to work putting my donut on. They didnt have to do that but i am so thankful and grateful they did. The people at hyundai always treat me with respect and are so nice. This is the place to go in Fort Smith! I cant get my tire fixed with them right now but i will as soon as i can.
Great experience from start to finish!
Great sales folks and quality cars. My family has purchased 3 so far, and 2 more plain on buying them a Hyundai in the next 5 months.
Litterally worst place to do business
I wanted a no-contact experience buying a new car. I didnt think that was actually possible, but Crain made it happen. It actually turned out to be the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Sales rep Justin Hall was incredible. Justin went above and beyond throughout the process. I got a very fair trade-in and a great price to go along with the incentives that Hyundai is now offering. If you want a good car buying experience, give Crain a call and ask for Justin. Thanks again, Justin!
Everyone is very welcoming and they really try thier best to do what they can, Noah is the greatest!! I actually had fun! I know Ill never go anywhere else PERIOD!Thank you Noah and everyone at Crain Hyundai, I 💘 💘 my beautiful car🙏🙏BTW I LOVE THE WAITING AREA IT LOOKS VERY COMFORTABLE I KNOW I GOT COFFEE SEVERAL TIMES!! NOT BECAUSE I HAD TO GET MY DADS COFFEE, EVERYONE WAS ALWAYS ASKING IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING!!ABSOLUTELY CRAIN HYUNDAI WILL ALWAYS BE MY GO TO FOR ANY VEHICLE💯☝☝☝☝💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
Awesome experience! We will now be life long Crain Hyundai Fort Smith customers! Zero pressure, quickest experience weve ever had! Sebastian was knowledgeable and made us feel like there was zero pressure on us. Highly recommend!
Quick and easy experience here. Just bought my second Hyundai from them. Got the car I wanted at a great price! The warranties are great too, Ive only ever had to use one for a cracked sun visor piece on my Hyundai Accent. I got there and showed them the problem and they asked me to wait. I was offered water and coffee and before I could finish my coffee my visor was fixed and I was on my way.
Getting the car I was looking for was a easy comfortable experience. My salesman Timmy listen to my needs/wants and helped me find the perfect car with no pressure.
Ive bought three vehicles from Crain (previously Breeden) and for the past 8 years or so have come to them exclusively for service. Unfortunately its gone so far down hill this last year especially I will not be coming back. You used to be able to trust their service department to be honest with you, to take care of your vehicle, and most importantly, just to communicate. They used to get five stars from me every time on their post-service surveys because they were that good. Unfortunately thats all gone now - as are the post-service surveys (a bad sign). Now every visit is a nickel-and-dime tactic of windshield wipers, filters, etc. They purposefully hide lower cost fixes or maintenance plans from you to maximize their profits. This last visit they left a comment on the work order that they notified me my brakes needed attention immediately and I declined. The truth of the matter is they never called me at all, not even to tell me my vehicle was ready. I had to call them and ask. This is actually the third time thats happened, and the second time theyve stated on the work order that Ive declined something needing immediate attention after not communicating with me at all. They strangely dont even bring it up at payment time - but they will surely let you know youre going to be due for a new rear windshield wiper next time you come in. Ive brought this to their attention personally in the past and it gets shrugged off and excused by the service department with no change apparently. This isnt even going into the slimy tactics they tried to use on me last time I wanted to purchase a vehicle from them. Its a bummer to lose trust in a business that you were happy to endorse for years, but thats where Im at now. I under no circumstance would recommend anyone buy or service a vehicle at Crain Hyundai.
Shout out to Timmy Minks! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything great. Thanks for hooking me up with my new Santa FE 2020! 🚙😁
I recently purchased a vehicle with Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith and the customer service was amazing! They went above and beyond to find the car I wanted and to get the payment I needed. Everyone there was very friendly and attentive. They made the car buying process as stress free as possible. The general manager was very hands on and available when needed, it was a much different experience than any other place I have ever been. I didnt feel like I was waiting forever for that one person to make the deal possible. I even watched there customer service to others as I waited on my paperwork, just a very friendly atmosphere. Thank you Crain Hyundai, I will be back again.
Highly satisfied with quality and speed of service.
We drove our Santa Fe for an entire year before the issue rectified. We were initially told we needed new tires (which were new) and that the tire would quit rubbing after a while. The rubbing never went away. A year later we purchase the same size tire as before (which was the same factory recommended size), just a different brand, still the same rubbing sound. Brought back to the dealership for another diagnosis. The first diagnosis was that I had my parking brake on. I always use the parking brake. Apparently the valets there do not check for parking brakes before driving off in customers vehicles. After he told me that was the issue, I had to take him for a ride to hear the issue. It wasnt until then that he agreed there was an issue. Come to find out, it needed a CV joint replaced. I was also told that an alignment was not needed. It is clearly pulling to the right. I will go this weekend to a third party for an alignment check. If it needs one, I think Crane should reimburse the cost. The tech there at Crane said it would be covered under the warranty. At this point I have no confidence in the Fort Smith Crane automotive department.
I would not recommend doing any business with this establishment. As a former employee of 2 years I saw first hand the crookedness of the management and corporate employees alike. I was asked on several occasions to perform and sign off on shady maintenance as to hide things or place customers at fault. I would only recommend this company to someone I greatly disliked.
Everyone I dealt with here has been a tremendous help; sales, finance, and the shop. But especially Mike over in finance. After I purchased a car here; two weeks later I had to go out of state for nearly a month, for work. Two days after I left for my out of state work, the title arrived at my house but there was nothing I could do about registering my new car. Mike got my car refinanced for a lower interest rate and mailed a new temporary tag at my out of state work site, now I could drive home without using an expired temporary tag. Thanks Mike!
We like the service we get from our dealership. If Jimmie Minks would make me an offer I couldnt refuse, I might buy one of the 2020 Palisades for my wife.
Very pleased with my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL & with my Crain Hyundai experience from my salesman, Daniel Deitz, to the Service Deptwith their expertise & prompt attention.
I stopped here urgently as my AC was not working correctly in june. I was traveling from hot springs to visit my parents in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The manager Doug, and other staff members Doug and Ryder were so kind and helpful. Thanks again.LW, Hot springs, AR
I bought my first new vehicle through these guys and they made it an awesome experience, I didnt have a lot of time to shop around but as a traveling salesperson I had a pretty good idea of what I needed and the 2nd car I drove was it. No high pressure just good old fashioned friendly professional customer service, and because of this I will continue to be a customer. I highly recommend this dealership as a sales professional myself, I will say this...the vehicle may have cost $18,000(fair price) but the service was priceless!!!!
Incredibly disappointed with this business. We found a vehicle online we wanted to test drive (& probably purchase this evening) so I called & spoke with a sales rep who said they had the vehicle in stock at their location. Let me be clear. I told him which vehicle I was looking for & that we were making an hour & a half drive to come see it. He said “oh I know exactly which vehicle! I’ll pull it around.” We drive to Fort Smith, he shows us the car he pulled around, & it isn’t the car I called about. Turns out they don’t have that vehicle at that location, even though he told me they did. Then he says he’ll check with the manager to see about getting that vehicle. At that point he’d already lost me. He lied to me just to get me there. Bait & switch. I don’t play those sales games. The manager then proceeds to tell us that they could probably have that vehicle brought to that location within a couple of days but says the price advertised on their businesses website was incorrect & lower than the vehicle should have been. He said that it’s some glitch when they add vehicles into their online system yada yada. I don’t care. You mean to tell me you have a vehicle advertised for a price that no one corrected & you’re not going to honor it? No deal. I’d give no stars if I could. I’ll never do business there.
Ollie,Thank you for the incredible deal you gave me today. My daughter is beyond thrilled with her first car. I have never seen a salesperson do what you did today on that price. I recommend everyone to come see you for a great deal at Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith. Finally i found a salesperson I will go back to. Thank you so much.Rich Rapin Jr.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!I was very disappointed with this dealership. I had selected a new Hyundai Santa Fe via internet and secured my financing with one of my banking institutions. I had spoken with the sales rep and believed very thing was a go. I made the two hour drive, test drove my selected vehicle and was ready to finalize the purchase. Well that is where everything went downhill. My first concern was I was financed with Hyundai versus my bank, they stated that was the only way I would qualify for the offered rebates. So at that point I was still okay with the purchase. Then we proceeded to finish the process, signing the odometer reading, the GAP papers, the insurance and the whole nine yards. Then here comes the BOMB, the payment is now $175 more than I expected. Now I am asking to see the total breakdown only to discover the price of the vehicle is almost $7000 higher then the internet price. When I ask questions the finance office stated that was never the price of the vehicle. Then he explained that could only be the price “ if you qualify for all the rebates”. I pulled up their website only to be told that a couple of the cars weren’t even at there dealership. Then sales talk continued about how if I really like the vehicle then the price shouldn’t matter, at that point I was completely done. The manager even proceeded to explain how he didn’t like the internet pricing. I would say because it holds them accountable and you can’t pull one over on the informed shopper!I left very DISAPPOINTED!Since returning home I have connected with other dealerships that absolutely honor internet prices. Will be purchasing from a honest dealership.
We always have Crain handle our oil changes on our 2017 Sante Fe. Service is always great and the car wash is a nice bonus!
Excellent service, sales and finance team. Worked hard to get my husband the truck he wanted that fit our budget. Stayed late to accomplish this, when other dealers brushed us off or their sales team wouldnt even come out because it was close to closing time. Cant say enough about the excellent experience we had there!
Exceptional customer service. Keith G. Is awesome! He took the time to school me on the new technology upgrades & thank goodness he synced my phone for me. The finance guys were such gentlemen. Thank you! Ill see you soon for an oil change
Working with Crain Hyundai was, by far, the best car shopping experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me find the perfect ride, not once, but twice!
Their selection was terrible as well as the service. If you want the same old game playing car sales go here. If you want to actually see a good selection, be helped like you are valued customer, and feel good about your experience go to James Hodge Hyundai of Muskogee. Talk to Marcellus and Austin.
I bought a car from them. it was a pretty smooth transaction for a pretty nice car the fit perfectly into my budget.there was one mix up when i took my car in to get it served but it was taken care of pretty quick by the guy who sold me the car.Update: I went to trade in my car and things have since my first review have gone relatively downhill for that place I would steer clear until they put things back in order
I enjoyed this dealership lots to chose from cars in all colors large variety and not hard to find
Doug was a awesome sales man and Shane( I believe was his name)his manager, gave me a great trade in Value for my 1999 dodge neon and worked with me till I got the car I wanted,at the price I need it to be. Most importantly I was treated with respect. If youre in the market for a car ask for Doug, hell do his best to help you.
Honestly one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Josh from sales and Timmy from finance worked hard to get me into an amazing vehical. They were kind, courtious, and diligent. No games, gave a fair trade value for my car and got me into a car that fit my budget and needs. Cant sing their praises enough. Thank you Josh and Timmy for staying late to get it done..
I always get prompt and professional service from the Service Department. They are quick and friendly. I highly reccomend them.
The worst experience with a service department ever! If I could give negative stars, that would still be too many. Ive been trying to get something under warranty replaced since July 25. Finally get to take my car to the service department to get the part put on. My appointment was at 11 am, and they said it would be an hour. Four hours later I call to check on it, and they didnt even do anything because the part was damaged. No communication throughout the whole process. If I hadnt been the one calling, I wouldnt have had a clue as to what was going on, when the approval of the replacement happened, when the parts were in, or even when my car was ready. Worst customer service ever! Had I known the service department was so poorly ran and so bad a communicating with people, I wouldnt have purchased a car from this dealership in the first place.
I bought my car in may from here and have had to take it in a few times (bought new tires and oil changes only). Each time I’ve made an appt with Barton he has been extremely professional and willing to help. He always works around my schedule and gets me right in!
I purchased a used 2017 Elantra and could not have had a worse experience. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, DON’T. They do not provide the “phenomenal customer service” they rave about on their website, and do not stand behind their vehicles when they have mechanical issues four days after a sale. When braking on the interstate four days later, the car violently shook. I tested this out a few more times and it was clearly a safety problem.I contacted the salesman who would not give me a straight answer on getting the car into a service department until almost a week later. They refused to look at the vehicle without charging a $120 diagnostic fee and refused to fix the problem. Their reasoning? Because their mechanics didn’t make any notes about the shaking during their inspection. But that’s the point – their mechanics missed it and they refused to fix the problem. I had to take it to the Bentonville Crain dealer, who helpfully let me know it was actually a warranty repair and the inspection should have caught it if they would have driven it on the interstate. They fixed the warped brake rotors and were very apologetic. Not only did Crain Ft. Smith refuse to fix a mechanical problem with the vehicle only four days after the purchase, they didn’t even inform me it would be a warranty repair. Never buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you want to be jerked around.
I have had my car for over a month and have not received my title nor another set of temporary tags that I have requested twice now. My address was put in the system wrong. Capitol One received the right address (so Hyundai had the correct address at one point) so I am now having to make a payment on a car I cannot drive because of their mistakes. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Ok, where do i start, ill just say this, as long as crain ft smith keeps mygirl/ friends, then im good, so hey Crain, step up and give my girl/ friendsa steak dinner for them, hows that
Great service! Got our new car in no time and worked with our price limit and gave us no hastle!! Ask for Justin!!
Poor customer service, not going back. I was not greeted at my car when I pulled in for my scheduled appointment. Went inside to the Service Managers office and was told someone would be with me in a minute. The Service Manager was on his computer, he was too busy to help a customer and I would have to wait my turn, although there were no other service customers nearby. I waited and eventually someone who was helpful came, but then was told a part for a brake system, which is part of a National Safety Recall, would have to be ordered, and the work, which was estimated to take less than an hour, couldnt be done then. I made my appointment a week in advance, but was told because they didnt have my VIN # they were unable to have ordered the part in advance. I would have gladly provided my VIN # when I made the call had they just asked. I certainly was clear when I made my appointment it was in regard to Hyundais National Safety Recall. So in short, I made an appointment a week in advance, arrived to find out they did not have a critical component for Hyundais Safety Recall, and left with the impression they did not have the processes in place to make and keep scheduled appointments for critical repairs. This was my first service visit to this dealer and sorry to see Fort Smith is so poorly served under the brand Hyundai, which makes surprisingly good vehicles that I can recommend.
Ollie Rowden has been amazing to me for many years. This is the second car Ive purchased with her assistance and it has been the easiest experience I have ever had. Crain has a wonderful customer service and a beautiful building and atmosphere. If you are in the mood do buy a new vehicle, I highly reccomend them. Go ask for Ollie!
Ive never had bad service here. From the salesman to the service department its been easy. I bought the car with 35,000 so the power train warranty was almost up, However I did have an issue with my headlight switch the car had 48,000 miles on it and I called the parts department to get a price on a new one and i was informed by parts that my car had a 50,000 mile warranty on switches which the service department confirmed. I took my vehicle in and they confirmed the problem and that the switch needed to be replaced, but my cars warranty was voided due to an issue with the mileage I looked at the records and someone at the dmv before I got the car input the wrong mileage and due to the discrepancy it voided my factory warranty. I talked to the service manager, and he talked to the general manager and the best they would do is split the cost of parts and labor with me. I kindly declined. I am fully certified to replace the part myself and the cost of the part was less than half of the full price they were asking me to split with them. I still take my car here for the services I got with the purchase and the Crain commitment warranty. My problem is they sold me a car with a voided warranty without saying anything about it. ive had the car for a year and a half at this point and it is great.
Crystal was best ever.
Great to deal with. Will definitely buy my next car from them.
Very professional, fast service. They have been great from the day we pulled in to look at cars to today with the service they provide.
I took my car in for a warranty repair. At first they tried telling me it wasnt the warranty issue and was a $2,000 fix for something else (it was the free warranty issue after all. Imagine that). It felt extremely tense in there. The first time I went in there some workers were mad at each other and arguing in front of every one and it was extremely awkward. Then when I went to pick up my car they were yelling back and forth plain as day in front of customers. Then some manager got involved and started yelling too. Craziest thing Ive ever seen. Got my car and realized they threw a bunch of stuff around in my car made a mess. Threw my fiancees sunglasses from the front seat area to the back floor board and scratched them, threw some other stuff around. All around wierd/bad experience. They fixed my car though, so I guess thats one plus. If you want that dysfunctional family, tense, yelling vibe.......crain hyundai.
I had some work done under warranty; one repair was completed promptly but the other was a “ghost in the machine” that they spent considerable time and endless patience investigating but were unable to resolve on this visit. The people were all very friendly and helpful
Love my escape we got there. Nice ppl
Double check everything they claim or document they did in the service department because I promise it likely wasnt done
Arthur was the best. He made our car buying experience a great one. He worked with us, and made our experience fantastic.
Seriously, these guys are absolutely terrible. Customer service? Forget about it. Sure the warranties and car care plans are nice, but good luck trying to get them to do maintenance atleast once within 6 months. And dont plan on them fixing your car either, when I bought my car it had 2 dents in the back fender, rim rash, and swirl marks in the paint. Thats fine, its fixable, so I paid them the extra cash to fix it, and all they did is polish it.... like are you Serious? Thanks for making the swirl marks stand out even more now. And the dents and rim rash they never touched. Now every time I call to get the rest that I PAID FOR fixed, its always Oh we are busy today try calling next week. For real i absolutely HATE these guys and will never do bussiness with them again.
No integrity at all.Very bad experience wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.
These people are wonderful. They washed and vacuumed my car during oil change. Very friendly!
They was absolutely amazing helped us get into a car, josh was so nice an did an amazing job. I recommend jodh an crain Hyundai to anyone with bad credit an little down
Quick and efficient and coffee was good. Service is top notch
The best car buying experience Ive had.
Thank you for a great buying experience, and special thanks to Blake Perritt and Mike Salgado.
We purchased our vehicle from here and we were very satisfied. The service department is the only reason for 3 stars instead of 5. An hour and a half to change my oil is ridiculous. Especially when I had an appointment.
Great cars cant say as much for the dealership they dont stand behind there word.would not recommend them.
Say they can work with your credit not true and very underhanded
Add 6000 or 7000 to the online prices. Unless youre a ninja nun cop Dr. U dont get any.
We was able to get a car we feel good about our daughter driving to work
The customer service here is awesome. A great place to buy a car and to get your car serviced.
Spoke with Tim, he left a good impression as he was informative, knowledgeable, and not pushy.
Horrible service. Wont even talk on the phone when Im asking questions about available models and pricing. Dont waste your time.
Smoothest transaction ever...Josh and Gil were outstanding to deal with.
The salesman was helpful and done his very best to accommodate our wish list.
Good people decent prices
They had some good vehicles there but the salesman seem to not know much about them especially what the prices were. That was a little frustrating so we left.
I purchased my 2015 Cadillac SRX from Crain Hyundai here in Fort Smith on 03/29/2018. Everything was going great until I got in it on Thursday, April 19th. Got all loaded up and looked down and noticed it said “service stabilitrak.” Thinking great I’ve only had this vehicle for 3 weeks, haven’t even made the first payment and it is already messing up. Took off, dropped my child off at school, it drove fine, then I took off heading to work. It was driving ok, came around the curve heading to Fort Smith, merged into the lane heading toward Garrison Bridge and all of a sudden the vehicle started swerving a little. Then all of a sudden it started fishtailing and I could hear a popping noise from the rear. It was swerving so bad that I couldn’t control the vehicle. It scared me so bad; all I could think to do was pull over on the side of the road. I sat there for a minute then I took off gradually and when I gave it a little gas it started to sway again, I slowed down and drove really slow to work. Thank God he was watching over me because I knew for sure the vehicle was about to run right into the bridge wall causing a huge pile up as it was a lot of traffic out that morning. Get to work, park it, called the service department at Crain Hyundai a little after 9 am and spoke to Casey. I explained to him what was going on and that I just purchased the vehicle on the 29th of March from them. He said he didn’t think that they could fix the stabilizer. He said the 2 guys there said they couldn’t work on it for sure and that the other guy, who is more knowledgeable, is on vacation and wouldn’t be back until Monday. I explained to him, again what happened and that someone from over there needed to come and pick it up as I couldn’t and wouldn’t drive it. After me saying that again he got really quiet. So I told him again that it wasn’t drivable. He said well it may have to go to the Cadillac place. I said well I do believe that it’s still under the factory warranty. He said oh yea it will have to go over there for sure. Never did he say that he would have his guys come and pick it up for me and take care of it all and never asked once if I needed a loaner vehicle until they could find out what was wrong with mine. It shouldn’t have been my responsibility to have to contact the Cadillac place & they should have offered a loaner vehicle. Orr picked it up, found the problem & fixed it. Guy said that that my back wheel was about to fall off as it was leaning inward and that Crain had sold me a faulty vehicle. Very irritated to say the least, I trusted Crain Hyundai as a dealership to sale me a vehicle that’s in good working condition, one that works properly, one with no major problems but instead they sale me faulty vehicle were the wheels are about to fall off, only 3 weeks after purchase putting my life, my child’s life and everyone around me life in danger. I did receive a call today from the customer relations lady she was very apologetic about the way the folks acted in the service dept. She assured me that I would receive special treatment and all but never once addressed the whole situation about them selling me a faulty vehicle.I trusted my life and my child’s life with them, when I stepped foot on that lot and purchased my vehicle there. I trusted them to be an honest business and to make an honest sell of that vehicle to me and to ensure that it was safe and up to standards. The way that vehicle was out of control that day this could have all ended very tragically for me, my family & the other innocent folks that could have been affected. Im glad they are all about customer relations but just to act like there wasnt any issues with the vehicle isnt acceptable!
Took my wifes car in for her first service. They were very professional and even gave me a ride back to my office so I didnt have to wait.
Great Service, nice and friendly people....
Horrible customer service. I made an appointment with them to get my oil change thinking it would be fast and easy. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected but to my surprise they took almost 4 hour to get my oil change done. I really wasnt expecting to spend the whole afternoon there. The customer waiting area is also horrible. Employees just walking throught there making you feel really uncomfortable. They would even sat down, switched the channels and started watching tv. I didnt spot any sign of professionalism in there. It like before you buy their, they treat you like family but once you sign and look the other way. Not doing bussiness again.
