Half empty bowl, eggs were rubbery, one piece of bacon, I paid $5 for a breakfast bowl that was maybe 4 bites. Could of gone to sonic for better breakfast. The burrito my husband ordered was just about the same way. Won’t go back. $25 purchase wasn’t worth it

LOVE studying here!! It’s close to campus. They have wall plugs next to most of their seating areas! Studying outside when it’s cooler is so fun too! The tiramisu is amazing!

This coffee shop would be a favorite hangout if I lived closer. The heavenly aroma of coffee and sweet rolls envelope your being the moment you step inside. But this day was devoted to honoring a veteran and presenting him with a Quilt of Valor. The quilt was made and presented by River Valley Stars Quilt of Valor group. What an awesome morning. Next time Im in the area Ill have the coffee!

Iced Vanilla Chai and a Chicken Guacamole Panini were both delicious. The building is nice and spacious. There are three sections. We ate outside on the patio. It was closed off and the perfect spot to enjoy the meal. Shaded and very clean. The staff are very nice and work very quickly despite being busy.

One of my frequent stops. I am guilty of using their many locations as a mobile office when I need to make calls or jump on the computer for a bit. They have great wifi, cozy quiet spots and open areas to visit. Its great for breakfast, a warm up snack or lunch. They have a variety sure to fit everyone.

Coffee was ok, but my family and I waited 10 minutes before someone came out to the front to take our order. The drive thru was full perhaps thats why.

The croissant breakfast sandwich is good. Cold brew is tasty as well as the everything bagel. Wish they offered coconut milk and another stevia type sweetener but overall will be back.

You can never go wrong getting a turkey Cuban for lunch.

Always love stopping by the sweet bay near Creekmore Park to see my favorite baristas in the afternoon and order a no water vanilla chai. Food is so so. The day we were there they had 4 kinds of bagels. Seems this is where people go to drink coffee with friends and read the newspaper or study.

Me and my fiancé went here and the girl working the drive thru had an attitude. When I asked if they had certain flavorings she wouldnt give me a straight answer. I also ordered a salad and it was warm and the lettuce and vegetables were brown and wilted.I feel like they dont care about their customers. My fiancé had to take his coffee back inside because they gave them the wrong thing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best breakfast sandwich and waffles Ive ever had

The door clearly says closes at 9pm on this specific day. But the doors were locked at 7:15 and all the employees were inside just walking around. I guess its ok since the place is run by kids just to shut down whenever they want. Kinda sucks you loose a returning customer because your employees want to close almost 2 hours early.

I usually get a Red Bull chill here with no ice and Ive never had a problem with it but today they gave me ice so we let her know we asked for no ice and they just scooped it out and there was still ice in my drink. Not even that, it wasnt even at the proper fill line.

The only good employee at this place is the manager. Ive had nothing but terrible experiences there. From rude employee giving me and my sister attitude for asking a simple question to me waiting for them to ask me what I want to order for 10 minutes while theyre counting tips. Never going to the Sweet Bay again. However all the other ones are great .

This is a pretty popular place. There is plenty of seating & free wifi. But the truth is that the coffee & food are not impressive at all. You can get a better product at Starbucks. Its not bad, but its nothing special either.

I visited here to meet with a friend, and was impressed. The service was great, and the atmosphere was just right for a coffee shop. There was plenty of room inside, lit, but not too bright, and even though there were many groups of people talking and enjoying time together, it didnt feel crowded at all, and the folks sitting by themselves on their laptops didnt seem to mind at all. My fried and u stayed for a long time, and we werent rushed. There were still plenty of open tables. For a great place to meet up with friends or to study or grab a cup of coffee, its a great choice.

Never had an issue with the one by barking. The one by harbor freight has been hit and miss each time. There is a difference between a shake and a smoothie. If they can get that right Id come back weekly. Tired of having to turn around to get a refund...

This store lacks the consistency that i have found at the store across from Lowes. I just let it slide but, when you make me sit in the drive through, just to let me know the damn grill isnt ready yet!? I wont return. Ill drive the extra mile to the next one and spend my money there.

Im usually a fan of their iced coffee drinks. A bit sweeter than I typically prefer, but they still taste good. I love the quiches and the atmosphere is pretty nice too. They offer the usual but ten get one free cards, which are nice to have if you start visiting it more often, or buy for more than one person at a time.

I’m new in town and this is one of my first places- and I’m a repeat visitor already. I’ve only had the drive-they due to the times but the sandwiches are excellent- the grilled cheese selections are bomb and I’ve had several. The RedBull Smoothies are good but I prefer the Piña Colada. This place will be my go-to for starters.

The one by Creekmore Park is my favorite. You can sit on the patio and drink your coffee with a great view. And they make a mean grilled cheese!

Sweet Bay offers great low-sugar/sugar-free/low-fat mochas that really help if youre diabetic or just eating healthier! My favorite drink is a Skinny Sugar-Free Milky Way, its delicious! And it goes great with a heated Cinnamon Scone (yummy!) The employees arent always talkative but thats because theyre always usually busy. Nice, clean atmosphere too.

Having gone to college in the Pacific Northwest, I never imagined finding a coffee place that met my standards in the South. Sweet Bay Coffee Co. has for months provided exceptional coffee and food with quality service. I cant think of a single complaint about them at any of their three locations in town.My highest recommendation for coffee in Fort Smith.

I took my Marketing class to Sweet Bay for lunch not only because they have excellent coffee and fantastic wraps but Sweet Bay supports local businesses, just like me. Next time you are in Fort Smith, skip the national chain and come for local flavors and personal service. You won’t regret it!

Took a trip from California to Arkansas to see my aunt and was in dire need of coffee, sweet bay was closer then Starbucks so we stopped there and boy am I glad we did! The coffee was amazing, the price was awesome, and the egg&cheese crissont was wonderful. I am a total Starbucks girl but sweet bay beats Starbucks by far. I wish we had one out here in San Diego, cant wait to go back for this coffee!

I visit Sweet Bay every time Im in town. I always get the veggie wrap and a spiced chai. Yum!! I really like the atmosphere and the all window back room! They always give my dogs love and treats, too :-)

We ABSOLUTELY love the staff at the Sweet Bay next to the park !!!! It is so much better than the other one, the staff know us by name and most of the time we dont even have to give them our order, they just remember who we are and what we want. This is a favorite place to hang out. Like the staff and service. They have a patio area where you can open up the garage type doors to get that fresh air, a small room off to the side with fireplace, a larger rooms for small groups, wi-fi, etc. I have seen bridal showers, birthday parties, chess teams, marjong groups plus various other groups enjoy this area. Our retired work group meets once a month here.
