We went in looking for a car for our son. We were greeted quickly by the sales person, Nick Nguyen, who listened to what we’re looking for. Suggested a car they had just gotten in on trade. It was lovely but in the end we found a different car that was perfect for our son. Nick was patient and walked the lot answering all the questions about the differences between the models. The entire experience was great. They stayed late to make sure our son could drive his new to him car off the lot that night. Made a big fuss over him which just made him feel special! I had to have my car towed in on a Saturday due to a dead battery. I know they were busy. So I was not expecting anything too quickly. They got my car in on Tuesday got it running, oil change and the car washed. Thanks for the great service! Your guys ROCK! Also a shout out to my car guy Michael Hayden!
Tom and Dave are one of the best. They helped me and my fiancée get into a great vehicle with low miles and they didn’t sell us junk like these other Fort Wayne dealerships that just want your money. We will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from you guys.
I always went to them for an oil change and tire rotation it was like $42 and it wasnt that long ago(maybe 6 months) I got it done. Today I get the same thing done and it cost me $105!! They didnt tell me that prices increased that much, if they did I would have just left! thats a 150% increase!!!! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!! Thats highway robbery and screwing people over! Be warned people!! The service was great but thats it.
Was at the place over 8 hours buying a car last year. They registered the wrong VIN with the licence branch. Had to go resign contract 2 weeks later. Refinanced in February. I canceled warranty and gap in March. Still fighting to get my warranty refund! No response to voicemail or email. New person every time I go in and talk to some about the warranty. This is a lot of unnecessary hoops to jump to get my money back! Get it together Kia!
Excellent service!!Nicholas Nguyen is the best salesman I known. I recently move to Fort Wayne to study and I was having difficulties to get to school because I had no car. I had no credit experience and low monthly income. They worked with me until the end and ensured that I got the car I wanted. Bought a 2021 Forte GT. Nick Nguyen was our salesman and was extremely patient with us. We had four test drives over three different days and he never got upset at how long it took us. When we informed him we didnt want the additional accessory packages, he understood and didnt push the issue excessively. He was very personable and was able to get us a good price on our Jeep compass trade in.Thanks Nick!

Sales guy took 15min to be found when we had an appointment. He neglected to tell me the hybrid version didnt even exist in the country & gave me a car that was flashing on E to test drive.
Went to look at a Telluride and a Carnival. Joe Grove was the salesperson we talked with. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and was not pushing anything on us or trying to get us to buy while there. I would recommend talking to him if you are in the market for a KIA.
After paying a diagnostic fee, ordered part diagnosed from parts Dept. I was told it was in stock. Dropped car off in the morning of my scheduled appointment only to find out later that day that they didnt have the part in stock. Rescheduled for early the next day after they ordered the part in and after waiting on site from 7:30 am until 9:30 am I was told that the part they diagnosed was not the issue and that the part they needed to fix the issue was again not in stock.
My appointment was spot on!! They were very efficient. I loved the new improvements that Jason has made to the service department. Way to go Jason. It was actually a Please this visit. Andrew was our salesperson, he was great and very informative. When they turn you over to the financial office, watch out. He was very personal until we told him no on the extended warranty, then things really changed. I ask him what was in the long form he wanted us to sign. He said he didnt know, he never read it before, just trust him. And that is why car salesman rate low on the trustworthy scale.
Bought an Optima EX new in 2012. Had several recalls. Seems that every time my wife take the car (its hers) it always takes longer than expected along with various other problems. This time it was taken in to specifically have the steering wheel coupler replaced as there is a TSB out and the steering wheel thumps significantly whenever moved from side to side - very obvious. So after waiting for more than 3 hours, she got the car and discovered the obvious and requested problem wasnt fixed. I would have thought a technician would have at least noticed when pulling it in and out of the garage - apparently not. They took it back in and indicated it would be another 1 1/2 hours. She is not happy with the service department after spending an entire day for an estimated 90 minute appointment and neither am I. The car is 9 years old, has about 90,000 miles on it. Even though its been a pretty good car, I can tell you where we will not be shopping for its replacement. I cannot recommend.

Had a manufactures recall on my Sorento. Brought it here to have it taken care of. Without my permission they performed a 360 walkaround inspection. Coming back and telling me there was almost $1600 worth of repairs that needed immediate attention. I informed them not to touch a thing except the safety recall . Immediately took my car to my mechanic along with the list of needed immediately items and found out that there was absolutely nothing that nothing wrong with any of the items. What would have cost $50 to change license plate bulbs when the bulbs were just fine and working as they should. I would not recommend this joke of a place to anyone!!!
Last summer I purchased a Kia Soul - love it - had a great experience. This spring my husband was having car issues - so the first place we go is Kia - he had a great experience - loves his Sorento. We both had outstanding sales staff. These were not our first Kias - we had purchase a Sedona there in the past. Our daughter has a Sportage that is running on its last leg. We have always had great experiences with the service department.So why 1 star? We rolled over the existing loan into the new loan on April 15th. It is now June 8th - I have had to make 2 payments on a vehicle we no longer own. I have spoken to Kia a couple of times - he has assured me the check has been sent. I was told the bank did not accept it - I spoke to my bank - they have never received it. I spoke to Kia again and was told it would be hand delivered on June 4th. Again - it is June 8th - just spoke to the bank and they have not received the check. When I spoke to the Kia salesman and expressed my frustration and requested ONE oil change to help smooth my ruffled feathers - all I got was a dead air response. It is so disheartening - I hate to have to drive out of Fort Wayne to have work done but I really feel I have to wash my hands of Fort Wayne Kia and move on.
Everything went smooth, apart from they tried selling me different packages which I didnt buy. But people were friendly and worked fast.
STAY AWAY! Run from Kia entirely and never step foot into Kia Fort Wayne. Kia sells lemons and scams you with a “recall letter” to trick you into going to a dealer just to be told whatever is wrong with your vehicle is “customer responsibility”. They will then try to charge you an outrageous “diagnostic service fee” at the dealership just for bringing it in. They won’t tell you about the charge until after they look at the car.Thats just the first time they tried to scam me. Now I’ve had to waste my time with this specific dealership again and the scam artist service manager. My Kia Sportage 2013 engine seized recently and there’s an obvious recall that could have caused it, but they wrote it off as “customer responsibility”. BUT that’s not the worst part. Even though they determined that within a few days of having my vehicle, I did not find that out until a month after I brought the vehicle to kia fw…I had to call corporate 3 different times to finally get a straight answer as to why my car was just sitting at the Kia FW dealership for weeks and weeks with no news and no answers to my questions.I will NEVER buy a Kia again and telling everyone I know not to buy Kia. They make lemons, scam you at their dealerships and don’t honor their recalls or warranty.
I wish I could of given them a negative 10 stars!Beware of the “Fuel System Treatment” they will destroy your vehicle and try to charge you $2,500 plus to repair it. They will never touch my vehicle again not ever for a recall which seems like there is a new recall every other month. I plan to drive out of town to another Kia for the repair.

I bought a used vehicle and it barely had half a quart of oil in it also low on antifreeze. Windshield washer fluid also low which isnt a problem but the other 2 are required for the car to run properly. Theyre car salesman and they just straight up dont care. Cant even do an oil change and top off fluids before they sell a vehicle.

I called in ahead of the service appointment to advise them about 2 issues we were having with our Sorento. I called in advance because I wanted to convey these issues directly with the service advisor. I would not be attendingthe appointment, my wife would. After she got home she showed me the 279.00 service bill and found out that neither issue was addressed. I contacted the service department and spoke with the manager. He only offered to not charge us for the diagnosis when we bring the car in the next time. There wont be a next time. MEN, THIS PLACE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR WOMEN. BE CAREFUL!!!

Great sales person. The only reason it wouldnt get zero stars is because of him. Too bad the General Manager was crooked. We set up an appointment to drive a car we wanted, secured financing during the day, drove over an hour and the 10 minutes before we arrive our sales guy calls us to tell us his GM is showing it and in the process of selling it even though he knew we the car was prepd for us and we were serious buyers. Talk about horrible customer service and business practices. What I found out when I got there was the other party that walked in a few minutes in front of us had a trade in so the GM was going to get a decent trade in and sell a used car$$. --- Greed pays. We spent over 3 hours of our time between traveling and sitting on site because they GM railroaded us and we werent allowed to go through with our appt. to buy the car. Could we have not wanted to car after reviewing it? Absolutely but its the principle of good customer service that is wrong. I would suggest NEVER visiting this dealership or considering a purchase from them. They will not look out for the customer only their bottom$ line. I also feel bad for the guy who went out of his way to set us up for our anticipated visit. He lost a sale due to the GMs greed and lack of common courtesy. You know what would have been nice to do even though he screwed us....simply walk over an apologize. I would have accepted that to be honest but nope....Then the other [nice] manager asked why wouldnt consider another car [?!]. After that?
Sold me a car that needed thousands in repairs. They intentionally hid the problems from me by running the car before I got there so you couldn’t hear the rattles from a cold start. They heavily took advantage of me, this dealer is not to be trusted.
I took my vehicle there for recall work, and all they did was try to charge me over $2000 for work I never asked them to look at. I wouldn’t recommend this service department to my worst enemy. Looks like I’ll be finding another Kia dealer to take my car to.
Unprofessional to say the least. Went there to test drive a Kia and one of the car sales guy just hopped in before my PERSONAL test drive and and the entire time he was taking calls and knew nothing about the car. Then I went to get lunch after negotiating. After I got back, It took the guy 10 minutes to talk about their protections/ extra warranty. Just for me to say no!!We didn’t even do the closing deal in an office. Major face palm.Before getting into me signing contracts, one of the car sales man was so awesome and good energy! He wanted to show me the car cleaned up with all that they’d promise to do....but the guy in charge of signing the documents stopped this moment immediately saying how I need to sign the contracts first.Completely ruined the experience of buying a nice Kia. Customer service skills were embarrassing and completely lacking professionalism.

I came her to have recall work on my Kia. The service professionals were all very cordial. The work was completed in an adequate amount of time. The price was reasonable. The customer lounge had a number of amenities, but it felt a little tight. This is also a very busy location, which added to the feeling of being cramped. But as far as the important stuff (price and quality of work), I have no complaints.
If -5 was a rating I would be leaving that. This place is an absolute joke . ABSOLUTELY JOKE. We bought a 2016 kia seoul not even two years ago and the check engine light has come on 6 times. We bought the extended warranty and it has literally covered nothing. They tell us every time that something happens that is just regular wear and tear. The most recent was the catalytic converter is going out and they cant even fit us in for diagnostic testing until Nov 11 . What kind of service is that? I would never recommend this kia dealership to anyone .
Ive taken our Sedona here a good few times for service and its always a positive experience. Knowledgeable friendly staff, and quick expert service to solve your issues easily. They even took care of a few recalls they saw hadnt been taken care of. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here when any issues arise, or just for routine maintenance.
Andrew (our salesman) was friendly and not pushy. He answered our questions as best as he could, asked when he wasn’t sure and gave us the time we needed to make our decision. I especially appreciated that he wasn’t overbearing. Rob (our sales manager) was also super friendly, respectful and not overbearing. Again, he was incredibly knowledgeable and knew who to ask if he wasn’t sure of an answer. Finally, Gary (from the finance department) was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. All of the employees we interacted with were genuine, friendly, respectful and kind.We had to wait an unusually long time to sign the paperwork before we could leave with our new vehicle. Everyone was kind and apologetic, offered beverages, but it was a very, very long wait. Also, the facilities lack polish, style and “sheen” - I imagine they’ve worked in the building so long they are blind to the clutter, office furniture coming apart and cramped feel of the dealership. Finally, in spite of our ridiculously long wait, our vehicle wasn’t clean. I personally finished vacuuming the third row and cleaned items out of the door storage areas.However, because of the great service from Andrew, Rob and Gary, and the generous deal I got on my Kia Sorento, I will recommend Fort Wayne Kia to my friends and family. I’m incredibly happy with our purchase!
I bought a 2019 Kia Rio and they ensured I knew how to work the car before I left. They made sure there was nothing wrong with the car and filled up the gas tank. I visited other dealerships and Kia was by far the most courteous and helpful staff. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle at a reasonable price to check out Fort Wayne Kia. The place was very cluttered and noisy. No real indication of where to go to schedule a service. We scheduled an appointment over the phone and he never told me his name or asked what the service was. He only took down my first name and phone #. Then when we arrived we were not scheduled. They fit us in but did not tell the price. The ceiling was leaking and has water spots everywhere. 1 person bathrooms which are shared by customers and employees. We got our car back and the passenger dash was filthy and the license plate was bent along with our rear wiper sticking out. (Car wash im assuming.) we are very unsatisfied. Will not be returning.
Very friendly and helpful staff! They helped me find a good affordable vehicle and helped me get out of my gas guzzler and negative equity I had on it and got me into a brand new car. I would recommend kia or Toyota for anyone needed to get a new vehicles!

From my initial greeting, to being walked over to the correct building by Erlinda Wall, my original contact person, to Kristen, my sales person, to Greg, who did all the paperwork, I was treated with respect. I know it is their job, but I really felt as if I was the most important person they had seen all day.I would certainly recommend this dealership.And I love my new Accord.

Great service experience! Drive-in service department; dont have to get out in the weather. Kory was courteous and considerate. Gave me time and repair cost estimates (while you wait service). Lounge was comfortable with complimentary cold water, coffee, and snacks that included fresh fruit and breakfast bars. Restrooms were clean. The lounge and showroom smelled and looked clean. Kory gave me an update midway through my wait. My car was done 10 minutes early and delivered to me freshly vacuumed and washed. This was my first Ft. Wayne Kia experience and I will definitely give them my return business.

My story, dream come true.saw a van online I wanted. Went to Fort Wayne Kia, test drove it, the price was right, had all the bells and whistles, Who could ask for more? I signed papers and was out the door. I DID NOT take it to my mechanic before signing as it was after hours when I did the test drive...The next morning, I scheduled an appointment with my mechanic, Cat from Love Auto Repair for the following Monday, took my title for my trade in to Fort Wayne Kia later that day and discovered a few things that needed repaired/replaced, as you would on any new to you vehicle. I saw on the dashboard that I needed an oil change and the tpms (tire pressure monitor sensor) was also illuminated and the rear window wiper arm was in need of repair. I pointed that out to Herb of FWKia, who knew about my scheduled appt with the mechanic and after his service tech took a quick look, recommended I have my mechanic take a look at it.This is when my dream come true evolved to a nightmare, as I had waited till Monday to see my mechanic, who very gently informed me that I had a rod knocking in the engine and my recourse was to have it opened and inspected and from there this became a Horror story for me.After having spent an additional $250 in repairs, inspection and oil change etc, I was now facing huge expenses to stay in this vehicle.I called my salesman, Jerome Dowdell and told him what had taken place, even went as far as to tell him, I feel like yall saw me coming He was quick to tell me that he would talk to his manager and someone would call me back. I spent what felt like hours and no call. My mechanic finished up with the inspection and all the work that had to be done then, We talked about my options and with a tear stained face I returned to FWKia. JJ (Jerome) was the first person I saw, He went directly to management.My nightmare transformed into a Fairy tale...Rob jumped into immediate action, sought vehicles on the lot that would meet my needs and preference, sent me on a test drive, I had my mechanic inspect two out of three test drives, I was even allowed to take one home overnight so my mechanic could evaluate it at the start of business the next morning and Before I knew it,..I HAD A MUCH NICER THAN I ALREADY OWNED VEHICLE IN EXCELLENT RUNNING CONDITION, PAPERWORK REDONE FOR THE NEW PURCHASE AND BOOM, BOTTA BING, I AM IN MY NEW TO ME CAR.I cannot praise this crew enough for their integrity and professionalism.From JJ,Dowdell (exceptional salesman), Rob (one incredible Manager), Bryce, Nicholas, Jay, to Eathan (the porter who detailed the car). I had a great experience when purchasing my vehicle, the salespeople were a pleasure to work with. My issue with this place is their service department. The communication - both with customers and among employees - is absolutely horrible. They never answer the phone, so its nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone to get service scheduled. I was told when dropping off my car that theyll have it taken care of the next day. I understand that there was an issue that I wasnt aware of at the time of drop-off that is causing it to take longer, but no one called to inform me of that. Ive had to call every day and ask for an update, and every day Ive been told it will be ready the next day. If it werent for my warranty, I would honestly take it somewhere else.
Ed was very friendly and patient with my desire to test drive 3 different cars. If he couldn’t answer my questions, he found others who could help me and several people got involved in showing me how the Apple play feature worked with a phone.
I always love my experiences at Fort Wayne Kia. I first became a customer in 2014 when I bought my first KIA Forte. They take time to explain services and answer any questions that I have. They are very accommodating when it comes to pick up and drop off times, which is great for my busy schedule. Work done is excellent. Would highly recommend to friends. The only reason for the fourth star was because when they were fixing recall, they forgot to clean up oily hand prints off the glove compartment.I will definitely be back, thanks guys!S. Good-Handley

I bought a 2019 Forte last October and should have walked away from the start, but I didnt. The salesman that we had was awesome, no pressure, very helpful. When it came time for paperwork, the sales manager took over and was immediately combative, refusing to offer rebates that I knew I qualified for, etc. He re raised his voice several times in anger, which is when I politely got up and walked away. He calmed down a bit and I re entered negotiations and got the agreed upon rebates. When I sat down with the financing dept, they not only left the rebates off the deal sheet, but they added several things I did not want or ask for. After being interrogated about the price that was agreed upon, I bought the car.Fast forward to July 1st. I took the car in for a scheduled service and told the service department that I had no ABS and had a warning light. Sales staff wouldnt confirm the if the repair would be under warranty (even though I have less than 15k on odo). Said he couldnt get parts for at least a week, and when I asked if there was anywhere else that might have the part, as I need my car, and they became rude and unhelpful.I will NOT recommend anyone go to this dealership. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Common decency goes a long way. Ill find somewhere else to spend my money at. I recommend you do the same.
Polite, courteous, and fast! I was in and out for an oil change on less than an hour and even made the appointment same day. I appreciate the great service!

I can not be more annoyed with this place. They emailed me a coupon for The Work service ($39.99 vs $54reg price). I schedule an appointment online going through that email. All went smooth there. It wasnt until I get to the service area that they tell me oh that was a misprint. It is a $65 reg. price and the coupon was suppose to be for $10 off. And they can not honor that coupon. What?!?! I couldnt have gotten an email about that mistake before? Or a call??? So I canceled. I did have a recall that I had them do. I will not be back. This is the second time they would not take a coupon THEY sent me.

3 months after buying car, I noticed orange pin hole size dots. I called to ask about it being rust. They told me no but to bring down my car to be buffed out and waxed. Tiday took it in and got the run around. Flat out lied to from service manager.
After learning of my special circumstance they were able to help take care of me. Their service department is great. All of my questions were answered. They even helped me arrange a vehicle while my car gets fixed. The were a big help, and they stay in contact with you the whole time. I’ve receive status phone calls and more. (Literally the only reason I didn’t give them five stars right now is because I can’t afford a new car. That damn Kia Cadenza, flawless. New Optima and K900, freaking amazing)
I have a 2019 Kia Sportage I bought new at Fort Wayne Kia With 48000 miles on it now, got a check engine light come on, took it back to Kia and they fixed the problem but was charged $120, warranty did not cover they said it had spider web in a hose.sounds ridiculous to me but how can you argue with the dealer.
