Prices seem good, compared to other places for sure. They can do a lot for your bike and seem honest about what your bike needs. Bring it in, theyll take a look at it and their rates are pretty nice. Wait time, in about less than a week I should be able to ride my bike again. They have quite a few bikes for sale as well as other accessories and things necessary for your bike. Customer service was great, they greeted us and helped us out as soon as possible.

Went into the store and right away was greeted by the gentleman up front. He asked me if I needed help and I explained I didnt really know anything about cycling but I was looking for a bike to ride around the trails here. He helped me pick out the right bike for me and answered all my questions. They let me test drive the bike before purchasing and were very pleasant overall to do business with.

Never been to this bike shop before always went to a competitors location this experience was awesome. The two people that work there really know their products. I bought a used bike for my little (from the Big Brothers Big Sisters) which was in need of a lot of TLC. Inrush got it done for me super fast, so this weekend she and I can hit the trails. They saved me some money by fixing what was salvageable rather than having me buy new parts as another shop suggested. When other bike shops told me it would take me a week to have something installed they had it done in a day Mickey and Charles are awesome and despite the fact that the first bike I brought them was a Walmart bike they didnt look at me sideways they really do mean theyll work on any bike as long as it doesnt have a motor not to mention the atmosphere was awesome as a Christian its nice to hear Christian music in a business these days I ride a trek from the 90s and still would take my bike nowhere else

My first time visiting this shop. I thought I needed a tune-up but they were completely honest with me and said it just needed new tubes. The owners are very personable and made me feel good about bringing my bike in to get repaired. The price was great and the turnaround time was not long at all. I will definitely be returning for the tune-up this fall/winter. I will definitely recommend them any time and keep up the good work!

Like so many others have done during this crazy year, I pumped up the tires, oiled the chain, adjusted the cables, and set out on frequent bike rides. My 40+ year old bike is still going strong, but some repairs are above my skill and it patience. Well, a broken spoke led me to this small, neighborhood bike shop. On my first visit I was greeted warmly and was promised my wheel would be ready within the hour. The owner didnt even take my name saying that hed know me when I returned. True to his word, the wheel was done just that fast. On my second visit, I was greeted by the co-owner, which I believe to be his wife, in the same warm and friendly way. I had some other questions which she answered completely. I even opened the door for her to sell me some parts, but she recommended staying with what I already have! When it comes time to buy something new, Ill be at INRUSH, and will continue to use their service in the meantime. Oh how I love to shop and recommend local!

LOVE IT!I purchased a Giant brand 18 speed from INRUSH and LOVE IT! Their service was excellent, quick and they respected social distancing needs at the time. I purchased a helmet as well and was up and running in no time.

First time ever visiting INRUSH and I couldnt be more impressed. I went in to INRUSH looking to buy a BMX race bike. I walked in and they greeted me right away asking what they could help me with. They informed me that they were no longer carrying BMX bikes. Even though they realized they wouldnt be making a sale, they proceeded to help me figure out what size bike would fit me the best and listed out the best brands in various price ranges to fit what I was looking for. Awesome customer service. I have since ordered my bike and plan to take it to Micki and Charles for all future tune ups and maintenence. They were fantastic!

Its such a cool little shop! I was in awe as soon as I walked in the door. I brought my back tire in to be serviced (bearings and such) and was not disappointed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the turn around time was really quick. When I went to pick it up, they even remembered me and exactly which tire was mine. Ill definitely be back to buy my next bike and some more gear!

We bought bikes for my wife and I two years ago and have been very pleased with the performance of the bikes as well as the level of service we received. We came in on Sunday and bought a bicycle for my 14 year old son. They made sure that this bike was just the way he liked it, and that made all the difference. First day coming home from work the kid was out riding and off the video games. Then he rode on a 17 mile ride with us. This is the best bike shop in Fort Wayne! I have a 40-year-old bike that they service a year ago. I took it in today because I heard a clicking noise when pedaling. I though my bottom bracket was shot, it simply need the pedal crank to be tighten. They could have easily said well need to take it apart to make sure. But nope, quick tighten and a few replace spokes later I was on my way. Their service is terrific, theyre honest and have very reasonable prices. No reason to go anywhere else. Love to the new digs too!

I’ve been to inrush three times in one month for my kids bikes. I even called to get advice on purchasing a used bike over the phone. I emailed her the two bikes and she gave me good sound advice on which one to go with. They are extremely nice kind and helpful people. They have great customer service and are very friendly.

Went to this bike shop today to have my blue Mongoose bike serviced for the first time! (since I have not riden it for a long while) They were all happy to check out my bike and maintenance it for me. It was fun talking to them and learning a thing or two and they were not bothered in the questions i had. They were all optimistic, and also sounded friendly when I called them from their shop, which is no surprise why this place has A+ reviews! I wish most places I go to could have people like these! I will definitely be back to get my bike serviced here and will recommend anyone like friends and family to get a bike serviced!! :D
