Went today. Service was amazing. Offered to vacuum my truck out and washed the windows. All employees were working hard. Extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. Will definitely be back.

We went to Jiffy Lube last Saturday. Not only were they efficient, personable, and professional; they went above and beyond. They did not have my type of air filter in stock, so one of the employees personally drove to Auto Zone, to get one.And they are offering 50% off for essential employees, which I am.Thank you for the great service! I will be back.

These guys were awesome! They listened to my requests and spoke with me about any other concerns they had. They even printed out all the information I needed relating to check engine codes. I appreciate them not trying to screw me over like most places would do.

I love all the staff at my local Jiffy Lube!! I drive a sprinter van which is the vehicle they service. They are always fast, friendly, fun, and go above and beyond for me. They change light bulbs for me at no charge cause I brought my own bulbs and they had to climb on my roof to change them. They always give me a bigger discount then the coupon I find or have as well. Just love them and I’m going to start taking my personal vehicle to them.

The staff was very welcoming. The guy in charge was quick yet very friendly. There were all together 5 cars in front of me and I was still in and out in less than an hour. Couldnt have been more satisfied. I was a first time costumer and ill definitely be returning in the future.

I’ve used Jiffy Lube before, but it was my first time at this location. Even though they had plenty of customers on a Friday around lunch, they still managed to get things done in a timely manner. I was impressed by the service from the managers and the employees.No one enjoys having to take time and dish out money to get an oil change for their car, but the staff here almost made it fun. And the price was manageable. They answered any and all questions and left me smiling when it was all done. I recommend them every time you need an oil change!

This location has got to be the most professional the quickest the most efficient I could go on each member of the staff at Jiffy Lube Fort Wayne on Coliseum was friendly they were attentive Chuck who was the manager who interacted with me the most class at he was friendly he was warm he explained things I didnt feel like I was being pushed in any of the services that they offered great great experience I live an hour away from Fort Wayne and Im more than willing to make the drive up here for further car needs for my car

Pulled in for an oil change. Was quoted $79.95 for a full synthetic change. During change I was told air filter needed replaced. They said they had a $10 off special so my filter would only be $15. After service was completed I was billed $134. I guess Jiffy Lube uses a different math system than I use. I wont be back

My wife has been an essential healthcare worker throughout the WHOLE pandemic putting her health at risk for the benefit of others. She was excited to see that this Jiffy Lube was offering a 50% discount to essential workers. However, when she asked for the discount, they were very unprofessional and not willing to help someone who has constantly been helping others. Never going back.

These guys were awesome! They explained everything that needed to be done and why. Gave me a list of things that need to be done soon...and explained why. No pressure to do anything I didnt need done right now...just the information I needed for reference. I will DEFINITELY be back!

It doesn’t get more convenient than this place. Pull up, get straight into line and wait your turn. The actual oil change itself took less than 10 minutes and I never had to get out of my car. The staff here are super friendly and always explain everything without any signs of being hurried or annoyed. I’ll be going here for oil changes as long as I’m living in Fort Wayne.

Traveling from out of town. I went in to have my fluids topped off. The engine smelled hit, like it was burning oil, and I had check engine lights flashing. They topped off fluids, about a quart low on oil. One staff was sharing jokes with my teenage son! Great staff!

What a happy first experience! I originally stopped at this location to get air in my low tires, but then I also happen to need an oil change and was able to catch them before they closed. Mr. Mays greeted me with a very amusing and kind personality that had me laughing, and the rest of the staff kept that same energy! Service was prompt, prices great, and they even cleaned my windows. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing experience with my unexpected stop!

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. The staff was very pleasant and thorough, without making me feel pressured about anything. I’d highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone and everyone!

I was told to go here from a friend for oil changes and he was right. He said you will enjoy it. Jiffy Lube team are top performers with their communication from up top under your hood down into bay 1 or bay 2 so person down in bay pit knows whats going on up top. Leave your window down to hear their skills. They dont try to sell you a bunch of extra services either. They check alot of items on your vehicle. Their manager, team leader, mechanic, pits crew were all super friendly and honest. I will not go anywhere else. This place is well managed. They believe in the old saying communication is key to success. Try them you will be very pleased. Prices are very reasonable too, much less than dealership.

3/28/2021 They did a good job getting us in and out in a timely manner. Only downside hard to hear inside with all the work going on. Maybe have someone near the customer to help give directions. Customer service during my oil change was great! However, when I left Jiffy Lube, went home, and then went to leave for work an hour later, the “oil drain” fell off of my Jeep in the driveway and was broken in half (only half of the oil drain was present, and was apparently missing the bolt to hold it in place). This is not how it was when I arrived to get my oil changed that morning. I went back to Jiffy Lube after work and had to convince them I’d like the part replaced. The manager said he’d order the part, but made me feel like a huge inconvenience for coming back (I promise I was SUPER nice & understanding!) which was disappointing. He said it could be weeks or months until it arrives and he has no clue when it would be replaced. I totally get things happen, I just wish this would have been handled differently. Unfortunately, I will not come back here for future maintenance, nor recommend. :(

Was helped by Mohamed (sp), very professional and courteous, as was everyone else I interacted with. Felt a bit bad because I showed up about 30 mins before closing time, but they were very quick (like 15 mins or so), and didnt push a bunch of extras on me when I let them know that I was on a bit of a budget. Overall would definitely recommend.

It was fast but my car started asking for an oil change four days after getting it serviced. Small businesses need to be on point if they want to keep business. Bell tire is always on point & I usually go to them but I was in a rush to get it done.

I was in and out in 30 minutes and they were very courteous and professional and I was told up front the cost and I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Customer service is UNMATCHED! I was having a horrible start to the day waking up to a flat but the customer service I received changed my whole mood. Every employee seemed happy to be working. I ended up buying 2 tires and they did a free tire rotation for me, all without me leaving my vehicle. It was the first time ever I was okay and glad to be getting my car fixed lbs. will be back for sure!

I called around in search of an oil change and my 3rd call was here. Everyone beforehand was either smug or just rude. Jonathan right off the bat was helpful and answered my questions with no aggravation in his voice. I arrived and he got me in right away after a funny conversation and a couple laughs. Good times. On top of all that the price couldnt be beat. Got me in and out in about a half hour. People have no idea how first impressions over the phone can affect ones choice in choosing where to take your business and money. Thanks Jonathan. 😉

I am not impressed with the service I received at this location today.I scheduled an appointment for 10AM this morning and dropped my car off to have 4 new tires mounted, air removed from the break lines, and an oil change.When I dropped my car off I was met by a guy who was friendly enough but obviously new. literally every question I asked required him running into the building to ask the manager. After nearly 30 minutes of this I walked in and spoke with the manager myself.When all my questions were answered I left and told that my car would be ready in about an hour. I left the property and came back around an hour and a half later only to be told that it would be another hour to hour and a half before they complete my vehicle.At this point it was nearly noon. I got a ride back home and started driving back at nearly 2PM only to be told by the mechanic that he just took my car in and it would be another hour and a half.In the end I had a 10AM appointment that was supposed to be finished at 11AM. I didnt drive my car off the lot until 3PM. The manager did offer me $50 off my service for the trouble but I would have gladly paid double the price to have my day back.It was my first trip to this store. I wont be back.****EDIT - I have sent my contact information to the owner for follow up regarding this service issue over 2 weeks ago. I have not heard from the owner to date, seems Jiffy Lube is just giving lip service to save face online.

DONT TAKE UR CAR for ANYTHING.NOT EVEN A OIL CHANGE THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARE OF A VEHICLE. I TOOK MY 1997 FORD RANGER XLT PICK-UP FOR A RADIATOR FLUSH AND THEN I GOT IT BACK TO MY HOUSE AND THEN I LOOKED AT IT AFTER IT COOLED DOWN AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING RIGHT. THEY DRAINED IT AND THEN THEY NEVER PUT ANYTHING BACK IN MY RADIATOR, WHICH I AM SURPRISED THAT I DIDNT BLOW IT UP .

Each person that I was introduced to was very professional. They made sure that all my fluids were topped off and tire pressure was good. Showed me the air filter and gave me the choice to change it or keep it. I recommend them to anyone.

When they say they don’t open until 8 they mean that. Being they don’t take appointments and I needed to be first cause I was heading out of town I arrived at 730am. I get 730 was early but what about 755 lol anywho the guy that greeted me was very informative. My issue was I came here for a ten minute oil change that took fourth minutes because they decided to use a new person. I should’ve been giving the choice as they advertise for their quick service! A car came in ten minutes after me and left ten minutes before me!

Man my guy Dillon and his guys did my truck GI right. he has not run like this since I first got him. I love my truck. I dont just let any one work on it. but do to health problems. I had to go out my comfort zone...... Dillon did NOT disappoint I definitely will be back as long as he is there!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think I have ever been somewhere or purchased something from a company, in my entire life, that works as hard as Jiffy Lube does to scam their customers. Theres no question I will never go to another Jiffy Lube for as long as I live. Completely unprofessional, lie to you over the phone, takes 10x as long as they quote you and you spend the entire time their fending off their endless list of minor fixes they want to upcharge you with. Horrible horrible business practices.

Service was excellent, however I gave the lady i paid with a$10 off coupon and she gave me my total with coupon and then still charged my card the full amount, there is no receipt to sign just the paper receipt they give you of work completed so I didnt notice until I got home. Not sure why it’s called “jiffy” lube. Service was super slow, employees were taking smoke/vape breaks during oil changes. Would not recommend this service to anyone. Very expensive.
