I am absolutely impressed with Carter Hearing Clinics. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to ensure your experience is great and your expectations are met. Jennifer truly cares about my hearing health and having my hearing aids fit into my lifestyle, and not about selling the most expensive product. I’m so happy I picked them. I would highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could.

Ive been with Carter Hearing Clinics for over 10 years now.Ive worn hearing aids since I was 4 years old, and I have been to many, many different hearing centers. Carter Hearing Clinics is by far the best Ive ever been to. The people there go above and beyond to get you what you need.Whenever I have had emergencies(like hearing aid breaking) They have always found a way to squeeze me in to see me, even if it wasnt convenient work hours for them. This place is one of the rare places where you arent just a number, or just a means to a paycheck. They really care about their patients!

Carter Hearing was the one office that was professional. All other hearing clinics wanted to take money from my pocket that insurance would pay. Carter billed insurance company. Others were lazy and would not. Needless to say, I got my hearing aid from Carter
