Staff is always friendly and courteous. Getting an appointment time that fits my schedule has never been an issue. Resolution of any issues with my hearing aids are done quickly and affordably.

Ive had wonderful experiences with Dr. Burkle and the staff at Lowe Audiology. I have recent hearing loss and am a new hearing aid user. Dr. Burkle answered my (numerous) questions about causes, treatment, financials, hearing progression, hearing aid use, etc and worked with me to create a plan that was right for me. Patient care goes a long way which is what I love about Lowe Audiology. Five stars!!

Took my friend Martha, who is 90, to Lowe Audiology because of her growing issues with hearing loss. Dr. Burkle, who took over the practice, was amazing, as was his staff. He did a thorough exam, a complete mapping of the levels of hearing loss, and provided input on possible remedies. When he found out that the company recommended by her insurance was trying to rip her off, he gave her guidance and assistance in getting her the correct hearing aids (with the maximum coverage allowance from her insurer) at more than HALF the price that other company was trying to push. She just received her hearing aids four days ago, and she is amazed at the difference. Cant speak highly enough about Dr. Burkle or his team.

I have been very please with my new hearing aids. They are wonderful and I can control them with my cellphone when I am in a noisy environment and checking on the battery life. The people in the office were very helpful when I was experiencing problems with my old hearing aids.

Dr. Burkle is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The fitting session went well and all subsequent visits to make adjustments have been satisfactory. He told me that getting used to hearing aids would be very difficult for me, especially with the severe hearing loss that I suffered in my right ear. He was right but, I have managed to learn to live with them. I dont know that another doctor could have been any more helpful. I would recommend Dr. Burkle to anyone with hearing issues.

Ive been a hearing aid user since I was in my 40s, and found Dr Berkle after I moved to Fort Wayne. To say the least, Im very pleased with my experience, and found him to be kind and considerate, and well informed in the various options available in hearing aid technology.

Lowe Audiology is a great place to go for hearing care. The office is comfortable and easy to access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Burkle is thorough, careful, and focused on the patient. He keeps current with hearing technology advances, listens to my description of any hearing issues, works to resolve those issues, and helps me protect my hearing going forward. I got my first Siemens hearing devices--purchased through Lowe Audiology about six years ago--and I love them. They are nearly invisible, and they keep me confident in my hearing ability at home, in the car, and in any public situation. Plus they help me hear soft nature sounds when I am outdoors. Dr. Burkle always checks them and helps me keep them in excellent working condition. I highly recommend Dr. Burkle and the staff at Lowe Audiology. If you have hearing issues or questions, dont wait.
