Honest expectations of the hearing aids. During the initial interview I explained my main problem was understanding people with heavy accents and my grandchildren who tend to mubble and at the same time be looking away from me.After taking the hearing test, she explained to me I had some hearing loss but my main complains would not be resolved by hearing aids.I appreciated the honest of what help hearing aids would give me.
