I would not recommend a Master Spa hot tub. We have had a horrible time with this spa. It constantly foams and makes it very unpleasant to use. We have the chemicals correct, changed the filters 3 times, and we have only had this hot tub for 5 months. The cover is starting to rust and its not warrantied.

We absolutely LOVE our hot tub. It is the best investment we have made to date in our new home. It is incredibly relaxing and the Master Spa jets are just AMAZING and powerful! We upgraded to the WiFi module and absolutely love it!!! It’s great to adjust our spa from our phone. Their service is also incredible!!! We received our hot tub before our target date and we’re so happy!! The Facebook loves are also incredibly informative!

We purchased our spa in 2019 from Master Spas during a State Fair visit. We absolutely love this spa. We had only one issue with it not heating properly about a year into having it. We called out Master Spas to check it. The service technician was ABSOLUTELY amazing! He at the time could not figure why it was not heating properly so he replaced the heating unit. Well a couple days later, the same thing happened. We called them back out and the same technician came which always help having the same person come out. He reset the entire unit and we have been extremely happy every since. We visited several in town spa dealer and we were told not to use Master Spas because they were not local. We could not have chosen a better deal and I highly recommend them. So professional and so kind, I could not have ask for better service from day one with Shane Fessenden during the purchase to our repair needs. Thank you Master Spas, and Thank you Shane!

Master spas is unresponsive to my complaints, even formal written letters to the company go without acknowledgement or response. Master spas doesn’t meet delivery expectations and seems to work exclusively with dealers who use questionable sales practices and are well known in their respective geographic service areas for their customer service problems, likely in order to pass blame for quality issues in their own products onto an unresponsive dealer leading customers to a dead end in resolving problems. But don’t take my word for it, read the negative reviews here on google, but also take note of master spas classic response where the blame the owner, dealer, or even their own pump manufacturer for quality issues, all while refusing to take any responsibility or even consider the possibility of manufacturing issues. If you’re looking for a hot tub or swim spa, and you’re considering master spas, save yourself years of headaches, and tears of regret. Choose another company for your business. Trust me you’ll be glad you did! There are lots of great hot tub and swim spa manufacturers out there . Master spas is not one.

Do yourself a favor and go with a different hot tub company, I sure wish I did. We waited 8 months to have it manufactured and delivered only to have it start leaking the day we fill it and the store location initially told us it would take 12 days to have someone come out until I raised hell. If I could rate this a 0 star I would!

We purchased our swim spa in Jan and we have enjoyed it, we are in it 2 to 3 times a week. The staff has been helpful and very informative. They made the purchasing process easy and stress-free. We have greatly appreciated their friendliness and availability to answer any questions we had and their willingness to take the time to see what our needs (and my wants) were to match us with the best swim spa for us. We love it!

This is our first spa purchase and we chose Master Spas because it was a local company in Fort Wayne and we were impressed with the look of the spa in the showroom and the power of the jets. We bought the 8 x 8 Legend Series Michael Phelps version and there are 2 seating positions we hardly use--1 is the lounger, and we dont use it often because its designed for someone 66 or taller to be able to sit back and not try to support yourself without floating away with the jets on, the 2nd is the seating position next to the lounger because it only has 3 small jets and doesnt really do anything. We pretty much only use 1/2 of the hot tub 95% of the time.Fast forward 3 years later and were starting to have some issues. Weve replaced all the head rests because the material disintegrated after 2 years--not bad I guess, but they charge $20 per headrest and there are 4 of them. Each one should cost 1/2 that much and they would still make $8 on each one. Weve also had at least 5 of the handles on top that needed to be replaced because they either just fell apart or broke when you turn them. This week, I just spent $50 on replacing 2 of the speakers on top because water leaked around the waterproof speaker and corroded the contacts. Today, during the speaker replacement, we noticed some water leaking in an area near the controls behind the cover. After some searching for where the leak was coming from, we tracked it back to a large diameter PVC fitting that attaches to one of the pumps. The bolts at the end of the pump are very corroded and there is a lot of buildup of material around it as well. The only reason I had the front cover off was because I was searching for the subwoofer because I noticed I didnt hear the low-end thump from the subwoofer like I used to...so that is something else that Ill have to repair Im sure.My wife just reminded me that shortly after we purchased the spa, we were hooking up the hose to drain the water and noticed the fitting for hooking up the hose leaked with a hose attached. We called customer service and they had us bring in the fitting for replacement. They said theyve never seen that before and accused my wife of breaking it when attaching the hose and initially werent going to replace it. I guess you dont expect to be treated that way after driving an hour one-way to swap out a cheap plastic $3 part.Since this is my first hot tub, I dont have anything else to compare it to, but when you spend $12k on a hot tub, youd expect a little more on the quality. In the mean time, well keep using it until the next repair pops up. Please, just do your research before you buy a hot tub. This is real world experience with one so take it as such. Disclaimer...we do use it every day and sometimes twice a day year round so maybe were overusing it also. Good Luck!

Master Spa as well as their dealer are all about making money really dont care about their customers. HotTubs Inc. out of Owings Mill MD sold me the Swim Spa. The problem started from the time of the delivery. The dealer sent 2 contractors from Florida delivered the Swim Spa.1) The delivery person wanted to drive the truck through the backyard. After our insistence, he drove it partially to the yard and is destroyed (see attached photo).2) While they were moving it to the backyard the swim spa got stuck. I spent from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm helping move it into place.3) There is cosmetic damage to both the front and back including one of the channels (see attached photo).4) After filling up the water and turning it on, the Swim spa was losing water. The service tech arrived this morning and found a massive leak inside the swim spa. (See attached video).5) He did not have the broken part and will come back to fix it. Not sure when?Per the service technician, we have to drain all the water out (2,300 Gallons) and re-heat the swim spa. I am looking at additional cost water 2300 gallons of water and electricity (42 hours to heat it).I spend 6 hours helping them move the swim spa to the backyard because Hot Tubs Inc did not send enough manpower.This product has cost me over $30k, and from the day of delivery have been experiencing issues.Called and emailed HotTubs Inc and nothing from the delivery person on the cosmetic damages and damage to the yard.Called Master Spa for Help. They assured me they would call HotTubs Inc. Nothing... Only thing they could offer was a set of filters.Asked for supervisor to call. Nothing.Very disappointing.

We have a Trainer 15D and love it. Master Spas did a great job with everything, except communication. It took a while and several phone calls and emails to dig deep enough to get real answers to my questions. Dallas is a huge help and made sure I had the information I needed. After this line of communication was opened everything went great.

My hot tub had went “bad”. I wanted to keep it so I bought parts for it. I’m fairly handy so I attempted to do it myself. It wasn’t going as well as it should have so I called the professionals. The service guy was amazing. We communicated through phone and text and he walked me through it. It was the best experience with a technician that I have ever had. I also live an hour away from their shop. Thank you master spa!

Got termites! Careful who you buy from. I got my spa delivered last Wednesday, 10 minutes after the driver departed I was able get a closer look at this awesome spa but excitement quickly changed to concern as I saw two dead termites inside the tub area. Where there’s one, there could be many. I alerted my sales guy if the issue immediately. I later took off the panels to get a closer look, and found a live termite!!! OMG. Now I MasterSpas saying it’s an issue for the dealer, not MasterSpas. Spa Outlet says it’s a MasterSpas issue. I’m now in dispute with Hot Tub and Swim Spa Outlet in Brea California… what a headache.

Our experience began with a very quick reply from Shane from an online inquiry. The expertise and knowledge we received while making the decision at to which swim spa would suit us best was top notch! Shane was always there to answer our questions and even came out to look at our property to help make a decision as to best placement! Master spas has been a great company to work with and Shane is the icing on the cake! As far as delivery and set up the crew was GREAT! They were very careful about our landscaping and sprinkler systems and put the utmost care into the install! Purchased our spa 2 years ago when Master Spas was holding a local Spa event. I wish I had known then what I know now and would never have purchased a spa from a company that was not local. Even with my spa still being under warranty, we had to pay a $200 service fee because they send a technician from another state to service the spa!! That is totally ridiculous and had I known that every time their product failed under warranty I have to pay $200 a pop I would have never purchased it.

If you want anxiety, a whole lot of headaches, a terrible product and zero communication from anyone in the organization, by all means, give these people your money.***UPDATE***For some reason it wont let me respond to Master Spas comments in my initial review. As I stated in my previous review, the issues with my swim spa are due to a manufacturing defect that, as Im told, are ongoing with ALL of the other models of this particular swim spa. The exterior cabinet panels warp and bow out and no matter how many times they come out to repair them / replace them, within a DAY the panels have once again warped and exposed the interior guts. Putting a band-aide on this issue is not going to resolve it, there needs to be a permanent solution, i.e. switching out all the panels for something more durable.I was offered the above solution by Aqua Spas and was informed that Master Spas agreed to send out the necessary panels to do so, however they weren’t going to go out of their way to accommodate an upset customer, oh no. Since they missed the truck with the regular shipment to Aqua Spas, the rep there requested they send the pieces Fedex so they would arrive sooner and not leave the inner workings of my spa exposed to the elements. Master Spas flat refused and decided to wait until the next truck, which is two weeks out! I am flabbergasted at the audacity of these people!! So now I am waiting another two weeks with the guts of my swim spa hanging out, just so they can save a few bucks on shipping! When I was informed that was the case, I let Aqua spas rep know that they will probably be replacing the control panels, once again, because of exposure to the elements. She responded that she understood and would be making a note of it. So, to say the least, I am not impressed with the customer service at Master Spas, all bluster and no actual recompense.

Just want to say that I think Masterspa service is fantastic. I have had my spa for 15 months. Yesterday I had a problem I could not resolve with my hot tub. I emailed Master spa about the issue because the service department was closed for the weekend. Monday by mid day, a service technician had already been out and resolved the issue. All was covered under warranty and I am looking forward to a nice dip this evening. I dont know how they could have made things any easier. Thank you Master Spa!

Buyer be informed before buying!My background, I Bought my first spa over 30 years ago, it was a Hot Springs brand, that I used for 25 years. In that time, I only experienced one problem, the problem was a pump failure and required a pump change after the 20 years of daily use. I sold the spa after 25 years of use as I purchased a new home that had a built in pool/spa combination at that time the spa was still going strong for the new owners.Fast forward, I retired and relocated and now needed a new spa. Although I had a very good experience with the Hot Springs brand, as the industry and the players in it change over time I decided to research spas before purchasing a new one. I watched several YouTube reviews of multiple spa brands and one guy in particular was very convincing in regards to the Master Spa brand, I had never heard of the Master Spa brand before but was convinced by this individuals videos. Although, the reviewer admitted he owned a spa business he explained why he believed Master Spa’s were superior to other brands. As it turns out, I now believe he was just a really good salesman.My experience with my Twilight spa. There were no dealers in my state but considering the lack of service needed on my previous Hot Springs spa and how much superior I expected the Master Spa to be, the need for service seemed very unlikely, so I decided to purchase a spa from from the nearest dealer, which was 3 hours away. After less than 4 months of daily use the overlay on the control panel, a cosmetic part, began to bubble up and peel away. I contacted the dealer I purchased from, I provided pictures of the issue for evidence. I was quickly accused of using too much chlorine which was explained to me as the cause of this issue. The dealer in Chattanooga, did mail me a replacement part even though they felt it was not a warranty covered issue. Additionally, the dealer sent me directions for chlorinating my spa correctly. As I reviewed the chlorinating directions I found I was already compliant with the directions using only enough chlorine to register the minimum reading on the test strips. In any event, I decided to reduce the chlorine levels further. I replaced the overlay and crossed my fingers. 2 months into the new overlay and the bubbles are starting again... I contacted the dealer again and was informed they were aware this was a common problem and they had contacted the factory only to be told it’s not a warranty issue and that all the users having these problems are using too much chlorine. The dealer and the factory have refused to replace the part under warranty. It seems to me, it’s much more likely to be a design flaw vs all users over chlorinating. The part is only a $20 part but I will be faced with changing it 2 to 3 times per year to keep my spa looking good. Additionally, I now wonder if this part was poorly designed are there other parts that were also poorly designed that I’m not aware of yet and if so is the manufacturer going to ignore their warranty /design responsibility as they have with this simple inexpensive cosmetic part...

This has been one of the more expensive disappointments of my life. What I wanted to accomplish made this process complex from the very beginning. We wanted to build a brand new home with this in our 1st floor walk out. In short, we laid the foundation, placed the Swim Spa 19D in its room, and built the house around it. From purchase to actual filling/using the spa, it was about 18 months. In that time, our relationship with the seller (located two states away in TN) evaporated. The actual salesman went MIA and the regional manager only occasionally answers calls/texts. You know what I am going to say next: we are on our own. This massive, 2000 gallon spa is ours to figure out on our own. Yes, videos, blogs, etc can help, but when you really want to ask the people who sold you this, how come it cannot/does not do XYZ? all you will hear is crickets. Im talking to you Masterspas Inc: your customer service sucks and I will shout this from rooftops for all to hear. People: you can get a swim spa from several different manufacturers. I would AVOID MASTERSPAS Inc. like COVID. We are going to have to salvage this massive spend somehow and it is going to take a boat load of cash just to get us up and running. Oh yes, I forgot to mention the leak that went undiagnosed and unfixed for weeks after its 1st fill and the maniacal tail-chasing involved in balancing the chemicals. So, bottom line: the concept of a swim spa is fantastic, but it is the customer service that will make or break your experience. I regret writing that check to them.

Warning buyers beware! Don’t trust me or any other consumer reviews, call local spa repair and service companies. They will tell you the truth about Master Spas customer service values. I question reviews and their validity just like you. I should have gone deeper before purchasing a Master Spa.My issue involved warranty service, the whole experience was rotten. Wrote the CEO, tried all the normal routes for resolution. This company culture which starts at the top, is all dollar driven. Service personnel excel at avoiding, or minimizing costs to their bottom line. They are I’m sure very successful.Cold and calculated are the words that come to mind as I recall my experience. Never been to court or gone to this extreme in my 62 years. Thought a warning others was the best response, to help other avoid the same regret.Like I say, don’t believe me call local service companies, they will confirm my statements.$35,000 spa with 2 of cents service!

It has now been 10 months since I purchased The Twilight 7.2 series and I use it almost every night.Still running like a champ!The dual jets are more powerful than other brands and I really enjoy the foot jets after being on my feet all day.It is my little slice of heaven and cant imagine life without it.Any time I have had a question, I have always been greeted with friendly helpful staff.I am very happy with my purchase.

Initially, I was surprised that a quality Hot Tub could cost so much but with the features I was looking for, all the good ones were in the same range. I am a frugal shopper, but want value in the product I buy. I compared every major brand and found the most features for the money in the Legend Series Master Spa I bought. I have not been disappointed! I have had my spa for almost a year now and use it on average, every single day.The chemicals were a little daunting to begin with, but once I got the hang of it, pretty simple. My chlorine is kept low, so there is no smell and my water is crystal clear.The secondary circular pump not only cleans the water constantly but also lets my wife and I soak the day away and converse without any noise.When we are ready to get a little massage, we start the engines. On low, they are soothing like Swedish, turn on the power and they are Deep Tissue. With very little effort, the flexibility to change the jet power has lead us to series of jets in each corner that give us a full body experience every time. In about 15-20 minutes we feel like we just woke after an incredible nights sleep.Unfortunately, (or fortunately) we havent had a reason to call for service, so I cant speak of their normal response etc. However, when I bought my spa it came with a five year parts and labor warrantee, best I could find. Ask your dealer, but if the Michael Phelps Legend is still available with the features that came with mine, buy it.

Weve had a Trainer 12 for a little over four years now. Its been great! We use it several times a week regardless of the weather. I usually go in for about a half hour or so when I first get up. Great way to start the day. Much better than having an in ground pool. Maintenance is minimal. The water is always just right due to the very clever cover design.

Warning to others buying Master Spas from their dealer/retailer doing the Roadshows around the US. They over sell the on-hand inventory and then tell you things like, your tub was damaged, or a truck didnt make it with your tub. Sorry, yours will come from the factory sometime in the next few months! Be warned and dont count on getting yours when promised. The retailer who puts this on is out of St. Louis Park, MN 6415 Wayzata Blvd.

Weve had our Precision 7 spa for nearly 2 years now and we love it. Nothing helps get the kinks and stiffness out of sore muscles like the soothing jets of warm water in our spa. The grand kids just love all the bubbles it makes.Our spa is the one few places where my family and I can sit, relax, and converse the old fashion way.... face to face.

I tried to cll thm today 11/13/20, and the message on the phone was they were only open frm 8-12 on fridays but the internet said they opened @ 10. I live almost to the ohio line and its a long drive to the showroom which I made today n couldnt even get to the showroom do to road closing. I wasnt very happy at all, they should have updated the phone system . This is not good customer service.i recieved a response this morning by telling me the number on the internet is for their corporate offices . There should be a local number on the internet for customers to cll.

We have had our Master Spa swim spa for 4 years. We love it. We have had 2 under warranty repairs, and Dan came out for both of them. One time it was freezing cold and blowing snow. He did a great job, and is very friendly. Very happy with the quick service too!

Tremendous buying experience! Our sales representative was Shane. He was awesome to work with. Not pushy at all, but very knowledgeable and a great communicator. My entire family felt comfortable working with him and buying from him. From there, we had great communication In terms of setting up the delivery, the delivery itself, and then any questions that we had following the delivery. These people are awesome when it comes to customer service and following up on exactly what they tell you that they will do. I would not hesitate to buy from Shane and Master Spas again in the future and will recommend many friends to do the same. We felt like everyone that we interacted with during our entire process was ethical and show that they care about their customers. We have owned our 12 ft. Swim Spa for 7 months and LOVE IT! The guys that delivered it were fantastic. The controls have been a bit of a challenge to learn, but the folks at MasterSpas have been very helpful in helping out. Whatever problems I have had have had more to do with the cover and cover lifters, and again, the guys at the store have been Very Helpful...above & beyond the call of duty !

I spoke with Alex on the phone a few days ago to set up a time to visit the Master Spas showroom. Alex and Shane offered to come in an hour early to accommodate my busy Saturday hockey schedule. We live a few hours away and for someone to commit to arriving before a scheduled shift shows their commitment to excellence. Once we arrived, Alex and Shane welcomed us to Master Spas and began showing us around. I am a Top Line Operations Manager of a 100 million dollar a year organization and I can say Alex and Shane are top notch talent. No surprise to hear they have been team members of Master Spas for many years. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE - Our coverlifter (the mechanism that’s supposed to keep the lid shut, not the lid itself) routinely (Twice in 3 months) breaks anytime mild wind comes through. They tried to charge me $300 to replace a simple plastic mechanism TWICE. This all happened within a year of buying the product. Do the math and they expect to have you to spend $1200 A YEAR on a plastic cover lifter mechanism. They tried to blame the company they by it from (another red flag on this company). Extremely disappointed, considering seeking a refund and purchasing from any other company. WOULD NOT SUGGEST BUYING FROM THEM.

So we just need to shout out to Shane, the absolute best there is in the master spas selling force!!!! Seriously tho if you are in the market for a spa, sauna or swim spa you will not find a better local spot. There are no gimmicks here. You get an amazing spa at usually reduced prices. They have the ability to sell blemish and demo models all the time. The price you pay for the tub is the last thing you pay. There are no other fees for delivery, steps, or cover. Good luck finding that anywhere else in the Fort Wayne area. And quality speaking they are the best looking and functioning tubs period. Please go down and see these guys!!!!!

Customer service not goodWe had a wonderful time purchasing the spa. Everybody was super Duper nice. Then they dumped the spa on the front yard and took days and days and 30 phone calls to finally get it put in the backyard. We have a challenging spot in the backyard so we understand why it was hard, but we fully explained the difficulties when we purchased and showed them pictures of our backyard and actually took a video of the route they would have to take & everybody said it would be no problem whatsoever . The two guys that finally installed it were very nice. Some panels were broken and a button doesn’t work . They said that Kelsey and her company would have it fixed very soon. Well, it’s been two months and we can’t get anybody out here. Panels are broken from the move, a button on the spa doesn’t work, we are still waiting on the hinges for one side of the cover. We are promised a bag of goodies for all the trouble we went through we still have not seen that. Several other things as well, but the point is it has been two months and nothing has happened ! The recording says we will call you back by the end of the day. That is not true. After the spa was delivered we have talked to someone once or twice and both times they made us feel like we were a bother. We spent a ton of money and all we are asking is if they follow through on what they said they would do.Follow up:I sent this review to their website and they would not post it. They said it did not meet their needs at the time !Really? How can anyone know the truth ?

Very Happy with Master Spas! We just bought our second spa from them. Our first spa was almost 8 years old and worked great! We decided to upgrade to the swim spa. It is fantastic! What a great swim and workout you can get by using this spa. Everyone at Master Spa was very professional and nice to work with. From the sales staff, the delivery, and the follow up. Shane worked with us from the beginning to not sell us a spa but to find a spa that worked best for us. He was patient and spent time with us on several visits and the home and garden show to find the perfect spa for us. The spa has operates and performed as advertised. I haven’t seen a spa brand come close to the what we have in the twilight series for price and performance. Post sale is why I rate them 5 stars, as Shane has given us the same attention/effort when buying supplies and when service was needed. I would and do recommend Master Spa to anyone looking for one without hesitation as they are a top of the line spa and made in our home town.

We have had our hot tub for only 4 months and it has quit working twice now. We paid way to much money for something like to keep happening. Even though it is under warranty now, I’m worried what the cost will be for us when it is not under warranty, and this keeps happening.

We attend the Fort Wayne Home & Garden Show every year and this is where we first saw the Master Spas tubs and met Shane. We instantly felt comfortable working with him. Even though we weren’t in the market to buy that first and even second year, due to other home projects higher on the to-do list, he took the time to go over the features, benefits, craftmanship, and comparison with other hot tub manufacturers. He was interested in getting to know us, developing that relationship, and didn’t rush through because we weren’t going to be a sale at the show. After a couple of years we decided to purchase a tub at the show after going over options with Shane. Master Spas staff were kind enough to hold on to our tub for almost half a year while we completely remodeled our deck. The men that delivered our tub were able to go get through our maze of flowerbeds and set it on the deck with ease. They were very polite and again, took the extra time to go over all of the setup instructions with us and show us how to use the chemicals, upkeep, and future maintenance to ensure we’d get many years out of it. The day after our tub was delivered we discovered that one of the screws had popped off of the heating element when we were hooking it up to power. We called, were able to talk to a representative right away, and they scheduled a tech over same day to replace our entire element just two days before the 4th of July holiday. Every experience with any Master Spas staff person is pleasant and helpful. We continue to have an excellent relationship with Shane and he personally reaches out to let us know about chemical and filter sales. Whenever the time comes for an upgrade we will not hesitate to purchase from Master Spas. Thank you Shane and thank you Master Spas for your superior service and quality product.

We bought our spa and have nothing but trouble. We have had a spa for 25. Years and never ha ve had trouble like this . I am allergic to chlorine and bromide so I used leisure time and it worked great. Water was clear and no scum. Got our new spa and it makes you sick to get into it. There. Is a yellow,brown ring at the water line and it is very sticky. We have done what they told us to do,we have drained it cleaned it put the right amount of chemicals in it and used spa perfect and nothing and the ring is back again pulse scum on top of the water.. I am real close to having them pick it up. I would tell everyone NOT to buy this name brand hot tub.....

Bought my tub on 8/13/19, overall had a good experience at the Hot Tub Swim Spa Show. Filled it up for the first time yesterday and it started leaking out of the bottom. Called and texted the sales rep, no response. Very frustrated with my experience so far.Update on 10/8/19 - Master Spas has resolved my concerns. We had been planning for our Legend Series Spa for over a year, with a number of starts and stops on our end. Shane and Jeremy, were very patient and answered all of our questions during planning in a thoughtful and timely manner. The whole experience up to delivery was fantastic.After delivery, the experience did not change. After only having our Spa for for a couple of weeks we had a mishap, due to a recent wind storm. Again, Shane and Jeremy, handled it all for us and we were well taken care of. You dont find this level of service very often anymore. In my opinion, theyve gone above and beyond to make sure were happy with both Master Spas, as a company, and most importantly the product.Highly Recommended!

I purchased a twilight series spa it has been awesome, a few plastic valve parts have cracked but I think its from operator error due to the kids. Customer service is awesome to get my replacement parts but Ive never been down one day with out it.

I like the tub. The salesman will tell you that it will add 20-25 dollars tops to your electric bill. It actually is about 50 to almost 75 more, especially in the winter. The cover will last about three years. Believe me, I’ve had a few.

Ive had a Sundance spa for 20yrs fixed it about 4x with replacement parts. Finally we decided to get a new tub and went to an event at Oakdale sep 2018. Since then, this spa has failed so many times. Filters are so sensitive, it shuts down the spa every 30d. Now heater element out. We had to pay ourselves because their spa people were closed for 3wks abd they wouldnt honor our repair with a different person despite subzero weather and obviously we couldnt wait. What a RIP off of a company. DONT BUY THIS BRAND.And the headrest disintegrated in a yr. Had to remove it.

Attended a “factory” discount sale in Belton, TX on 10/25/19. Salesman refused to tell me prices. He kept insisting I get in one of the tubs. After I told him no after the 5th time, he snarked that I wasn’t serious about spending $5,000 if I wouldn’t even sit in it. I didn’t even know up to that point it was $5000 because the genius wouldn’t tell me. He then stormed off. Master spa could be the best tub ever built and I would never spend a dime on one after their representative acted that way. The construction looked cheap anyway, so I guess I should thank their jackass. When a salesman gives that kind of service, what should one expect from Their warranty and other customer service? Probably not much.
