Pools Patios & Spa did an above excellent jobIn setting up our new Spa at our home. They had to negotiate the spa downhill for about 50 feet and then install it between a brick column and the house leaving 3 to 4 inches on each side. They were able to do this without scratching the hot tub or hitting either side. We have been a customer for over 13 years and it’s because of their great service that we re-ordered a new spa from them. You can’t go wrong with Pools Patios and Spaas they treat you like a family member! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Not entirely satisfied. Be aware if they recommend a pool installer, they do not stand behind their recommendation. Bought a pool there in late 2019, and asked for a recommendation of who could install it. They gave me one name and contact and said they would recommend this person. Its a Doughboy pool that can be installed in the ground. Pool was installed in 2020, and in early 2021 I noticed several places where the pool walls are now being pushed in by the backfill. Was told by Pool Patio the installer didnt follow the correct procedure. I reminded them this was the installer they recommended. They said they didnt recommend (air quotes) this person....they just passed along information. It seems weak to me. If you are going to recommend an installer then stand behind the recommendation. And certainly dont recommend someone who wont follow the instructions. So now I have have to pay another person to come in and re-install in correctly. $3300 down the drain. So just be aware if they offer any recommendations of installers for their products, they wont stand behind it....

Ive been using Pool Patio & Spas for years for my pool. Ive used them for opening and closing, repairs, testing water quality, and buying chemicals. Scott is great, definitely an expert I trust for questions on pumps, maintenance or really anything pool related.

Pools, Patios, and Spas (especially Chris) is amazing. When shopping for a hot tub, everyone said the dealer can make or break your experience, because you will deal with them for service of your hot tub. I am so grateful we chose this business. We had an issue with our tub and Chris came out the same day. Luckily not a single thing was wrong with the tub (it was an electrical issue). Chris examined the tub thoroughly to make sure there were no issues with it. They are always available to answer any questions and don’t pressure you to spend more than you want. They don’t abandon you after the sale is made. Chris has tons of experience and is excellent at what he does. This truly is the best place to buy a spa!

Our Olympic pool is 26 years old. I knew we were in trouble this spring when the water level was below the skimmer. The skimmer and filter were cracked due to improper winterizing. Scott and Spencer came down and assured us it was fixable. They had us up and running again shortly. He made it easy to winterize properly and quick disconnects for future repairs. Very knowledgeable and personable staff. Will use them for future service. The family thanks you for keeping the pool alive a little longer.

We were very pleased with how quick they got us on their busy schedule.Scott and Spencer replaced the skimmer and filter top on our above ground pool that were damaged by ice due to an improper closing from another pool company in Ft. These guys are very good at customer service. Had scheduled some elements to be replaced and the elements had went bad before the scheduled date. Due to the inclement weather that was forecasted, and knowing there was no heat to my spa outside. They took it upon themselves to reschedule me sooner and get me heat before the heavy freeze arrived. I recommend these guys to anyone.

No one was able to get a part in less than 10 days, but Pool Patio got it for me the next day!! When I picked it up, they were very kind and quick with service. Pool Patio & Spas helped out so much. This year when our inground pool was opened, it was very cloudy and the chlorine wasn’t registering although there had been a lot of chlorine put into the pool. We struggled with this problem, multiple water tests and several different things being told to us to put into the pool. Nothing was working and everyone we had talked to was at a loss. We called Pool Patio & Spas. Scott came out. Obviously put the right things in the pool and within a couple of days the pool is perfect. The staff here; Scott and Shanna were very polite, knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend them.

I moved in to a house with an inground pool 2 years ago. Never had a pool before so I had no clue how to maintain it. I overpaid 2 other places first that didnt do great work and were not helpful when I asked them to teach me the basics. 3rd time was the charm when I called this place. Reasonable prices, they do good work, and Scott is the man. Taught me how to take care of it, and takes my calls when I have questions. These are the guys you want.

Troubleshooting is fantastic whenever needed which isn’t often. Warranty is awesome! People are very honest and helpful, it’s more about getting a future customer than a sale. Our tub is 21 yrs. old, just changed the 1/4 hp small pump and was still working just showed it was getting a bit weak. Everyone I know has had nightmare tubs with bad service and pumps going out in a matter of a few yrs. Highly recommend this company, owners and service are just flat out excellent!

The pool was my late fathers he past away 2 years ago. The pool sat for 2 years. It was in bad shape. Bill came out put new walls in. It needed a lot of cement work. Bill & Ron did wonders. They worked very hard. It looked great, even before the liner was installed. After Bill put the liner in. It looked fantastic! Now when old friends ( that saw the pool before ) see it, they say it looks better than it ever did. I AGREE. A BIG THANK- YOU BILL & DONNA. I would do it all over again. I been a customer for over ten years, no problems with my spa whatsoever, but as years go by new models and features are developed which interested me and I traded my hot springs spa for a different model and they treated me great. They gave me a great deal and the service they supplied on the installation was way beyond what was expected. Also it is a comfort if there is ever a problem with the spa they will service it. The staff is outstanding. They make you always feel welcome and they care that you enjoy your spa experience well after your purchase.
