Yum! Yum! Yum! Zesto never disappoints! It has been a favorite of my family for a long time, and I, personally, consider it the best ice cream place in Ft. Wayne! I would recommend their vanilla and twist cones, along with their hot fudge sundae and dipped chocolate cones! Whether a Fort Wayne visitor, a long-term resident, or even a newcomer you MUST visit Zesto if you want a Sweet Treat! I rate a must visit.

Whenever visiting Ft.Wayne you have to come by Zesto Ice Cream. Gotta have the banana split Sunday in a cup. One of my favorites with pecans. We will continue to coming back every year to visit family. We will surely be coming back again and again. Thanks Zesto Ice Cream employees for the great customer service and great ice cream.

Love zestos. Its been a summertime tradition in my family for over 20 years. They have great flavors other ice cream places dont carry and everything Ive tried there is delicious. Wouldve given 5 stars but it is a little pricey.

Not even 95* heat could beat my 4 year old sons attack on the chocolate ice cream cone. Wife love the spot too. My Blue slushy was destroyed by the heat, but non-the-less, its a great spot to hang out in the parking lot and get some refreshment.

I would honestly give zero stars if it was possible. This place was HORRIBLE. the staff was not polite, they got literally everything wrong and over charged me. I will never go here again. Dairy Queen gives pup cups away and here I was charged 1.69 each! They dont have everything on the menu at other locations, so I asked to just make it as a sundae because thats basically all it was and she said okay but made it wrong and charged me extra for toppings 🤦‍♀️ we ordered 8 things in total (4 pup cups) and literally all of it was wrong or made terribly (the malt was not mixed well so all the syrup was at the bottom. Same thing with my hot fudge being all at the bottom.)They also handed out everyones things in mixed order which made it very confusing and also led to everyones ice cream being melted before we got our full order. They made sundaes first then shake/malts, so your ice cream was melting while you waited for others ice cream to be finished to take with you to your car.

My husband went to get me a strawberry sundae with peanuts and whipped cream added when he got home I took a bite and I am highly deadly allergic to peacans and thats what was on it. Im sitting in the hospital as Im writing this. Please train your people to pay close attention I could have died.

This establishment is a long standing family favorite of mine since the early 70s. It continues to be a tradition with my family to this day. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The atmosphere hasnt changed.

Yummy as always . Only issue i had was there was another customers shake or smoothie all over mine. I had a raspberry and banana and im guessing they had something peanut butter and jelly thank goodness I dont have an allergy.

Worst service Ive had in a while. The second window was only closed long enough for me to go through the line twice. Then my ice cream sat on the counter while the guy behind perused the menu.

The pure nostalgia of how good this place was is all that saves it from a 1 star. I’m really disappointed in this locations performance this summer and even sadder to say I don’t plan on coming back before they close.First off- I don’t know if it’s just the change of staff or a change in procedure, but this is definitely not the Zestos I grew up on. The portions for sundae building, and cones has dropped, I don’t feel like I’m getting my moneys worth anymore.Second thing- The ice cream is soft serve and I get it melts fast but it should NEVER be in a puddle from the window! This entire summer the ice cream has been liquidity and messy, I don’t live that far at all, within walking distance and my ice cream is a puddle by the time I leave the parking lot? Unacceptable. If cheap store ice cream presents better quality, you’ve got a problem.Third- This might be the crowds, or how crowded it gets inside, but the staff are really fast and it’s irritating. They tend to rush you through at the expense of your experience, give you a half melted cone, and move you on through the line.Fourth and Finale thing- The.Orders.Are.Wrong! Fourth time we’ve gone and the order has been wrong, maybe it’s the lines or the amount of staff moving around each other? But it makes no sense to me.

A great local spot with amazing ice cream, at a reasonable price. This location in piticular does not have much for seating but its still a great spot to go to especially if you are grabbing and going. Staff is almost always good as well.

I am at Zesto right now. I dont like what I got. I ordered banana boat with pecans. I must be going blind cause I ate two bites before I realized I got peanuts. And worse yet the toppings were slim and thin. I wont be back to the original Zesto any time soon.

With Zestos season soon coming to an end I decided to pull into the the lot as I was about to drive by excited because there was no one at any of the service windows and the parking lot lacked any movement. I figured Id be the next person to order. With in 1 minute of me attempting to send a quick text off before I got out of the car all of a sudden I was sixth in line. Enjoyed a strawberry and chocolate shake size medium. Service was prompt and very kind.

I order to large oreo Ice creams. My total was just over $12. I received 2 cups equivalent to small water cups at arbys half full of ice cream with oreos on top. The bottom of the cup was completely unmixed. The cream was void of flavor. Definitely not the zesto from the past.

Always delicious speedy service. Just watch out on a hot summer day its bound to be packed. This location is seasonal so shuts down around beginning of October. Highly recommend visiting though.

I guess Im bias because I always get the same thing, the Banana Split in a cup with Pecans and Whip Cream and it is sooo good the ice cream the salty pecans it has chocolate, pineapple, and strawberries as well . The service to me is pretty fast considering the lines that are usually there. I guess my only complaint is the parking its small area and hard to get in and out sometimes and sometimes its hard to find parking at all but I guess that just tells u how good they really are.

My childhood memories are here. As a kid, my parents took me to this Zesto. We all loved malts. Im 63 now and my parents are no longer here. I went today and had a malt. Got a small cone for my dog. It made me smile watching other parents and their kids. Memories in the making.

They give the correct orders and have had delicious ice cream each time that I have gone.

Love the fact that they have cherry compote for sundaes, as some of their competitors do not offer this option. Their slushes and shakes are awesome too! Gotta love banana splits, and having an option of a to-go option for this classic treat takes the convenience to the next level. Love the atmosphere of this place here as well, because it really seems to bring the community together, as people sit around the edges of the parking lot chatting and enjoying their tasty treats.

A summer staple for my family a few times a month. They have just about any frozen treat you could want. And I appreciate the fact that this business has been loyal to Fort Wayne for many many years.

A Fort Wayne tradition. I stood in line shivering on my visit on the opening week this year, and loved every minute of it ! My girlfriend asked me if we could stop there on our trip home. It reminded me of decades before when my daughter would ask me to take her there. I couldnt say no to either. Great memories, yummy treats. A Fort Wayne tradition !...five stars isnt enough !

Over 50 years serving Ice cream to the people of Fort Wayne. No indoor seating, only a couple or benches outside, only open for a few months of the year, and there is always a line. You know they are doing something right!I remember my grandfather bringing me here for ice cream. I am looking forward to bringing my grandson here for ice cream some day.

Got a strawberry frozen yogurt shake. It tasted like a cheap soft serve made with strawberry syrup. I even specifically asked the girl what was the best way to get actual fruit in it. It was fine, a little on the sweet side, but way over priced in my opinion.

Its soft serve. The prices arent great, and the portions arent extremely generous, but they do have a lot of options. My wife got a Razzle (like a blizzard) and it did have plenty of fillings, so that was good. Not a bad place to stop on a hot day.
