Maybe not even one star. I called to inquire about back support, and the guy had a sharp tone, We dont handle back support, we are mobility, we handle wheelchairs and scooters. Could help just said, No, we dont handle back support. I guess it aint so much word choice, but more tone.
If its possible to give this so called company a zero--we would! We used them on recommendation from r insurance carrier. Medicare related purchases r never easy but this place took 6 months from start to finish to provide a wheel chair. We purchased one on Amazon in the interim r the client would hav been crawling fr months. No one ever answers the phone & from reading previous reviews I can see why!
I called these people twice the first time they told me that I needed insurance in order to repair a chair the second time I told him I had a tire they just needed to be popped back on the rim referred me to customer service, customer service hung up on me !! Do not deal with these people!!!
This company and staff are worthless!! Don’t even deserve 1 star! Waiting for months for a chair and no one returns calls - the processor Christina Booth is the rudest person I have ever spoken to! Run away from this company and look elsewhere for your wheelchair needs! 12/17 Just had another run in with this company as they keep calling to try and gain the business through the back door. Again with Christina Booth who should be fired. Elaine Stewart the salesperson is useless also. Since I told them no they have tried to backdoor the order by contacting the nursing home and the patient who has had a stroke. Nursing home is aware of the situation and will do no business with them.
This company SUCKS I’ve been trying to get my wheelchair modified since Oct 2018 & its now June 2019 & they haven’t got anywhere. They still on step 1. I’m lucky if I catch them answering the phone because they NEVER answer. I just told them to forget it & I’ll find another company. ZERO STARS 😡😡😡
Worst customer service ever. I was told the chair would take between 6-8 weeks. It has now been about 4 months. I call several times per week for an update. Get voicemail. I have left messages for my rep to call. No reply. I have asked his supervisor and their supervisor to help and cakl me. Still waiting. Exhausting!! This is NOT customer service
I have been working with this company since April 2017 to get a wheelchair for my disabled husband. I understand there is a lot of paperwork that needs to processed from providers and funding must be approved but phone calls and emails were not answered to keep me apprised of progress in obtaining this info. The chair was finally approved and ordered last October and chair was delivered in November, only to find out it was not a chair that would fit in the trunk of my car as the salesperson and I had discussed. I refused to accept the chair and was promised they correct the problem and order the necessary parts. It is now February and I still dont have the chair. When I call the office, IF someones answers the phone, I am told I will get a call back about when I can expect to get the chair and NO ONE returns my calls. If I wasnt so far into the process with this company, I would cancel my order.
