I’ve gone from strictly buying everything I use from RDA, to switching over product lines so I can avoid RDA as much as possible. I’ve gotten to where I only have to come here every couple of months thankfully. A lot of times they are out of what I’m looking for, but my main issue is the employees are always very rude here. This has been an issue for the past three years that I’ve been doing hair in Fort Worth. It’s such an issue that everyone at my salon has talked about it because it is wildly known. I am very grateful to have found princess down the road because I have not once come across supply issues or attitude issues there.

Ladies were very helpful. Went specifically for norvell products but they only had 2 items and neither what I was looking for. Wish they carried more. The only real complaint is there is NO pricing, you have to ask price. I may have bought more if I could have seen price on shelf.

They have what we need.Workers are always cordial.

They miss one vital information on the web and thats they only sell to license hair professionals. They have it written on the door.

The associates didnt even acknowledge me. Here I am a licensed cosmetologist and couldnt get any attention. You cant put a store on the outskirts of como and be afraid of the people in the neighborhood.

I really enjoy coming to this store. Tachina and Adela are the kindest people I’ve ever met at any store. They are always so helpful and give me tips for my hair that are amazing. I will always pick this store over any other store for my products.

Love it! Great for all of my professional needs. I also love that I call and tell them what I need and they will bag it for me and charge my account (because i have my company card on file). All I have to do is walk in and grab my stuff. Love it!

I went in there a week ago to get some hair stuff for my client and I’m still in school so I was a little confused on what to get and the girl was absolutely rude and seemed like she didn’t really want to help me.The store itself was very nice and clean and I found my products easily.

Love products, some of the employees are extremely rude and act better than you...if there was a closer one i would go hands down

Rda is a great store. Very helpful and always make sure that you leave happy with your choices.

Its okay the staff is awesome but it wouldnt hurt to post prices on items and they dont always have everything. The one in NRH usually does tho.
