I just had the absolute best experience at this bath and body works location. Mark helped me out so much picking scents I’d like and telling me all of the different things about the and new scents and body scrubs in the store. All of the sales associates here today were so pleasant and I will for sure be returning!!

Got a gift card from Raven and Donnell for my 57th birthday and purchased Eucalyptus Spearmint Body Lotion and body spray. Enjoying the fragrance very much!

I love this store! When they are super busy with the awesome sales they have, they follow all CDC recommendations to keep us safe and shop comfortably inside. The employees are super helpful and always nice when we cant find certain items.

Lisa at this store is AMAZING! I called because I had a candle issue, and she was very friendly - explained what I needed to do and got me taken care of! Will be visiting this location from now on.

Krystal/Crystal (I didn’t get the correct spelling) is so amazing. The customer service she provided would make any individual feel valuable. I enjoyed Mark as well....he shared some statistics with me and thank me for being a customer. This location had ordered great customer service and good deals. (I recognized Krystal front facing and replenishing products throughout the whole time I was shopping but still managed to follow up with me and make suggestions and she put in effort to make sure I received the best deal). This encounter alone made my day.

Extremely disappointed after leaving this store. The man at the front (Mark, I believe) is very pushy and follows you everywhere. He looked in my bag as I was shopping and said “you have room for more”. Then, one of the other workers told me to go to the card only register to the far left. He snatched the bag off the counter and said “there’s a line” as he walked away with my bag and set it on the side. There was absolutely no line and the lady TOLD ME to go there. Then he was very rude to the cashier and told her “you didn’t even have time to sanitize”. I get it, but no need to be unnecessarily rude. Giving it two stars because the other workers were very helpful. I will not be back to this location after feeling uncomfortable.

This is by far one of the best locations Ive ever visited. The manager, Mark, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Theyre going to help you find the best deals and ways to save too! The store is clean and well stocked. if the weather is nice, theyll open the doors, its great. I always enjoy shopping here for gifts for friends, family, (and myself).

This store andmost stores in TX had most of the things I wanted but they dont accept Bath & Body Works rewards. I found that to be strange considering that I dont have any problem catching in on my rewards on IL. Shame to Bath & Body Works of TX. I wish I could give a zero star. Never shopping in any Bath & Body Works stores in the TX. #StoptheFraud.

If unsatisfied with a product just bring it back (with or without a receipt for exchange, no questions asked). Friendly, helpful service. Rarely a wait even if busy. Handicap accessible. Staff willing to carry out purchases for handicapped shoppers.

I love the new aromatherapy body lotions and creams. My favorite is the orange and ginger....great fragrance and energizing!

I went on 10/24 the day after my birthday to get me a bday treat.from the time i came in i was bombarded by three females associates who wouldnt even let me look around while other customers were needing assistance.i felt like they were trying to make sure i wasnt taking anything cause how they would eye me and follow me every section i go.i couldnt shop in peace i felt scared and overwhelmed i just bought some things and went to Victoria secret where i was treated equally with respect.never will come back again and have been shopping at bath and body works for years

The store manager talk way to much. He make deals so you can purchase. One day I was just waiting on apple store so I decided to waste time and go smell he was all over me and I said we were just looking he says then why come in if you not gone buy anything. Everyone dont have money he ask the same question over and over he just horrible. I told all my friends not to shop there when he there he makes it very uncomfortable. He forced my mom to do different purchases she didnt save nothing by doing all those purchases she paid more

They had a simi annul sale going on, and we brought 8 things for only 35 dollars. Everything was 75% off. Had fun shopping there.

Just when you thought bath and body works couldn’t get any better, it does. Go there on any given Saturday and Mark is there wheeling and dealing candles like you wouldn’t believe. The whole staff is so nice and helpful.
