This Beauty supply store is great, they have a ton of products to choose from, the staff is very friendly. The store still requires face mask which is a great thing. Prices very, depending on what brand you choose to purchase. Either way if your coming for hair conditioner or a hair brush, you definitely will find what your looking for.

I visit this store quite often and yesterday I was not pleased with customer service. I usually mind my business but an employee was going off on someone on her phone to the point she had an whole attitude and couldnt assist a waiting customer (me) properly. I needed help with a wig and the gentleman that was stocking shelves went to get her for help, when he called her name she replied with What?! So as Im standing there waiting, she casually strolls pass me and started doing other stuff, the gentleman seeing I still hadnt been helped, goes to her again and tells her where I am, again Im waiting, again she just strolls on by doing whatever she wanted. I had to seek help from someone else, since she didnt want to do her job cause someone made her upset. Then I was charged full price for a wig that was the last in that particular color on the the mannequin head, everyone knows youre supposed to get a percentage off if youre buying the wig off the mannequin, cause its been out and touched on by people.

The only reason why they got one star is because you cant put a review on without it. The two ladies which I can say the lease was not helpful at all. I asked twice can you SHOW ME where drawstring ponytails are at? They refuse to come down off the cashier for me. But for there homegirl they was all in the aisles laughing and talking about there no existing edges. They had more hair on their lashes then on there head. Save the time ladies. Go somewhere else

They always have everything that I need. Check out is always fast and friendly. They have very strict Covid-19 precautions. You have access to a free mask and sanitizer when you walk in.

I found everything I need at a great price. The store is very clean and organised and the Employees are very nice and friendly. Its a great ambience with relaxed shopping. No high pressure sales people or anything like that period just a lovely experience.

Went to this store to look for a specific kind of hair. I’ve never been here so I was looking around for a while trying to find what I needed. nobody once asked me if I needed help, just stared. In the middle of me being there, their power went out and I was using my flashlight from my phone. I didn’t find what I was looking for so I just decided to grab a few other essentials and while doing so, the co workers started to talk about me. Very loudly and rude! “Wondering why I was still there and that they “should have kicked me out!” I set my stuff down and left. Very unprofessional and GHETTO!!!!! Spend your money at Kiss Beauty Supply!! It’s only about 5 minutes away and way better atmosphere!!

I went to this store because I like using Jamaican castor oil for my hair and bc I used to like the girl who goes live on tic tok. Her and shonda are very rude. Making fun of customers appearances. Bluntly being rude to customers then laughing. I walked in and walked right back out once I heard how they were speaking on people. Ugly attitudes. Honestly I don’t know how people can support a store with such horrible attitudes working there.

The clerks were very nice, and answered questions professionally. When you walk in, you must sanitize your hands according to Covid protocol. The Covid protocol is followed. No mask, no entrance.

This is my 2nd time in this store and both times the customer service has been lacking. I only came initially because the store I usually go to had run out of what I wanted. This store had it and I realized had a larger selection so I decided to try it again today. Both times, the ladies at the cashier area were loud and unprofessional. You can hear the conversation throughout the entire store. Today I went to check out and the two cashiers with no line looked very hesitant to ring me up. Then the one I went to never spoke to me and when the total showed up, she just looked at me. She continued to talk across the way to other cashiers, again never interacting with me, the paying customer. At the end I said thank you and she looked at me, then looked away. I dont know what the standard is here, but customer service doesnt seem to be priority. The other two stores I go to usually has someone greeting when you walk in and the staff actually speaks to you. But over here, both times Ive come, it appears if a paying customer interrupts their conversation, theyre inconvenienced and service declines. I appreciate the variety in products here, but nothing trumps basic customer service skills.

Found what I was looking for with the help of a very helpful staff member.

I received the wrong wig. When I went to the counter I asked if it was the correct one and the lady at the. Counter didn’t even bother to check. Went to my truck and took the wig out and sure enough I was right. Went back in to let them know and I got the the correct one. I got the one off the manican because it was the last one. Got home and was going to put the wig on and noticed that the security tag was still in it. I never have a good experience when I’m there!

Very unprofessional I went at 5:30 and I was rushed out the store... I was told the register close in 2 min she counted 1 and 2 all the staff laughed thought it was funny. I understand you close at 6 but why be rude. And the lady proceeded to say. They dont understand (as in the customers dont understand) we understand but do they not know we customers are the reason they have a job.

The staff at super beauty is a lovely ensemble of beautiful women who are knowledgeable about HAIR. It doesnt matter your ethnicity they know HAIR! With that said, as a man I require very few products as I maintain a short hair style. However, my wife and daughter and purchasing things on their behalf has made me keenly aware of how pricey some products are. Super Beauty thus far keeps the best prices and a great assortment. So, if you need it? They probably have it!

I love this place. This beauty supply store has an extensive selection of hair care products, cosmetics, accessories, fashion jewelry, wigs, and other cool items. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable and they appear to hire people from the local neighborhoods surrounding the store.

So many hair and beauty products for black women and men. All of the hair products and hair extensions and braids were purchased at this location. Employees are very knowledgeable and courteous.

This is the only place my fiancé will go to to buy her hair. I go here to get dread products every once in a while, but I know for sure they have some of the to best weave that money can buy. If you need that and ain’t got time for your online provider to get it in, go here on this side of Fort Worth.

If I could make this a negative experience and make it a negative hundred I would. The wigs the hair is beautiful but the lady in the wigs section make you feel so uncomfortable and make you feel like youre doing wrong things you dont even want to stay to even buy from these people. They need to change their employees and Im not talking about the Asians or the white people Im just not even going to say but you know the person who lives in the which section is rude.

There are so many good well known products there. Sometimes it can be overwhelming because you dont know what product to choose from lol. A lot better and cheaper than Sallys Beauty supply. Also some of the products are for any hair type but most products from what Ive seen are for women of color.

Look for a 5 ft tall, fair-skinned woman with dark-framed glasses named Porshia. She is so helpful, she answers all of your questions and takes her time to help you find just what you need. I hope the managers treat her right so that she stays and keeps delivering wonderful customer service. I also recommend you looking for one of the managers named Dee. She went above and beyond to help me out.

They are very knowledgeable of the location of the products and will give a refund if you purchase too much hair, but you must have the original receipt. Prices were somewhat reasonable that’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I haven’t really compared beauty supply stores here in Fort Worth. In comparison to other states such as Florida and Georgia they seem a lil bit overpriced by $2.
