My technician for today was Robert. He was very professional and on time for the visit. Robert also went above and beyond with his customer service he was dispatched to replace my patio camera. While on-site at my home I asked him to tutor me on resetting my video camera clock for this weekend time change and he was very kind and move the time back one hour. He also walked me through the steps twice on changing the time for the video camera so I should be able to adjust the time myself next spring for daylight savings time.Special Thanks to Robert and Sondra (customer escalation department) for your kindness and GREAT customer service skills.

My old panel malfunctioned consequently I was required to get another panel. IT IS AN INFERIOR CHEAP UNIT!!!! I am so disappointed, the sound quality is AWFUL and it makes an awkward beeping sounds. The speaker has feedback and is horrible! Alert 360, you are about loose a customer of six years!!!!!!

Ive used Alert 360 for 7 years now, and have had them come out to the house once in that time to upgrade my equipment. They are reasonably priced, their tech support has been fast and easy to get to someone. Their techs and their IT seem to really be doing their job to help people and not throw away your money. They have been fast when Ive needed them to call for city services. Ive been really happy with their services.

Sales consultant Josiah is excellent. I reached out in the A.M. he was at my house the same day when he said he would be. The tech was professional fast and informative. He was there to do work the next morning after. All in all a total of 5 hours between consultant and install tech. I highly recommend this team.

They were quick,clean,and efficient. Took just enough time to ensure all sensors were communication which is more than ADT ever did. For first time in 3 years every sensor in my house finally is communicating. Also they cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

Same installer for my region I had six years ago. Very fast but thorough. 360 keeps their rates fairly stable for monitoring. IMO good value for a peace-of-mind business.

Great experience. They have always been quick to call if the alarm is triggered and very helpful. The few technical issues have been handled quickly. After a few years our doorbell camera was giving us issues and they replaced it quickly.

I’m had a small issue with my system and I called the home office and spoke with Steve, one of the managers that over sees the technicians. He said Alert360 would make everyone right.With in a couple of days they sent Brandon out to not only replace all of my window sensors, but replace my old cameras with the latest version for free!!I’m so happy and please with their great customer service I would highly recommend them to all of my friends or to anyone. The customer service is very good and they are always trying to serve you the best way possible. I made a claim and they came and fixed it with not cost whatsoever because I had the insurance. The only downside is that you have to sign a 3 year contract and if you want to cancel it before that time you have to pay the remaining of the months. Also, I have the insurance and they said I can not cancel the insurance because they are not separate, they are part of the same contract (makes no sense to me). So if you want the insurance as well, you will have it during the same time of the contract - 3 years!!!

My experience with my salesman was great Don did an excellent job detailing what equipment I was getting and he explained how the security service worked. Ron my installer was excellent also very professional and he cleaned up after he was done installing and he showed me in detail how to use my new security system. Great Teamwork! I like the fact that real people is monitoring my home and I can contact a real person from my home if needed and not a computer message.

Salesperson very knowledgeable and explained all elements, including a couple different options. Installation crew was very capable, installed exactly as planned and were very careful about letting pets not escape with open doors and gates. Explained arming/disarming and other features well.

The installer kept me informed as to when he would arrive and was very prompt. Installation was very professional and quite quick. The new keypad/screen is very easy to learn. Im very satisfied

So far really good service. Install (or rather changeover) was 3 to 4 weeks ago and sliding door contact was acting up this week, the alert 360 phone service called in very timely manner regarding tamper of device alert. Mario, the serviceman was very courteous and changed out the connection very quickly. I think Alert 360 is going to be a really good service.

Don is the agent that spoke with me. Hes real genuine, honest and listened to my needs. Ron installed the security system and was very personable and thorough. He made sure we were taken care of and that my family will be ultimately safe and secure.

Got locked in a 3 year contract. The system could not be armed EVER. When I had time to report the issues they wanted me to pay for a technician to “troubleshoot” magnets that kept falling off causing windows and doors to appear open when closed.They called and dispatched the police twice with emergency break in. The alarm was not armed and they had notes to not dispatch since system did not work.The police showed up at 5:30 am Guns drawn for a window that had no magnet since two days after install. Thankfully, no one was shot or injured over a dispatch specifically requested not to ever do.I hope no one gets enticed into signing a contract with this company.

Brendon installed CCTV cameras, a doorbell camera, and a fire monitor, tested the system and showed me how to use the apps and the home control box. He was careful in the house and worked quickly. All of it’s running smoothly and I recommend Alert360 without reservation.

I wanted to update my security/fire alarm system. The salesman was on time and professional. Installer was out on the appointed day and did everything the sales guy told me could be done. The old equipment is gone: new keypad displays, new glass break sensors, new brains in the box. The new stuff is much nicer and more convenient.

We had a service tech out to look at our system and he was amazing! Came a bit before the original time window, but called and then texted first to verify if that would be ok. He went through the entire system and rewired a circuit panel that had been causing some issues. Overall fast, super helpful and friendly service!

Very efficient set up. The tech, Brandon, suggested adding smoke detectors. Kelsi got to work and in our case, the insurance discount covered it. Been a 360 customer for about a year. Ive used other alarm services and am aware that systems sometimes fail and need maintenance - especially if more complex, with cameras etc. I find their responsiveness to be exceptional and the system performs as expected, at a reasonable price. Cant ask for more.
