The tech, Dre.(I dont know how to pronounce his real name so thats his nickname I had given him.)Was referred to me was awesome. He installed everything to how I wanted it and walk me through step by step explaining everything how to work the system. He went out of his way to make sure everything was to my happiness and so far out of the three security companies I have had, he was so far the best tech I have ever experienced!! I would highly recommend him and ADT to my friends and family😁

ADT technician Scott did a wonderful job and was really professional. The problem was the schedule time promised for service. They told me between 8am and 12 noon for my install, but didnt show till 430pm, and ADT technician Scott came to cover for someone else. I was about to cancel, and Scott convinced me with his concern and service to help me make a decision to stay with ADT.

Had a doorbell issue and thought it was me not being able to fix it, I called a tech to fix.Adt sent Oscar out and he found that there was an issue and replaced it. Showed me how to add it to my adt control.He was respectful, patient, professional.The customer service people were very professional and went out of there way to help many times before I gave up and asked for a tech.

Scott, the technician was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He answered the questions thoroughly and did not rush the conversation. I appreciated his input and providing the space and time for me to consider the information he shared as I made a final decision about where to place the carbon monoxide detector.

The telephone representative are the rudest, laziest unprofessional, none trained people I spoken to. The technicians that come to your home are great, but cant solve problems because the telephone representative dont want to help. Your better off getting Ring or something else.

We have been an ADT customer for several years and we have never had a knowledgeable and customer-centric technician such as Mike. Mike made us feel (without ever verbalizing) that he cared about our safety. He cared that we understood the type of products he had installed for us and how to use them. We personally believe Mike should be in a leadership position to train other technicians soft skills in addition to the hardware skills he possessed that would further advance the ADT brand. We were impressed.

I have had ADT at this location since May of 2018 without issues. Now, they are telling me that my issues are due to the cell towers and may require a new control panel. Why, after two service calls have you not made the necessary corrections?

My experience with this company have caused me not to give good recommendations to anyone. I have had so many issues with the communication their. I was never notified about the change that took place with Amazon and Google. I could not utilize the Alexa system in my home because no one contacted me through email, phone, or mail. I had a technician to check the Alexa but later found out that the system was obsolete.

I just want to let you know that I really appreciated the help of your ADT Tech Kevin Meadows thank you so much for the super job he did in setting up and upgrading my system along with putting sensors on all of my windows and adding a smoke detector for me for added protection.I am grateful to Kevin and all of the Customer Service Team that helped me during this process.

James was a very knowledgeable technician. He got my cameras back online and I watched how he did it so I can do it next time. He also replaced the battery in my garage door controller tilt sensor. He is a hard worker with a great attitude. Thanks James! 🙂

I believe in service after the sale. The ADT install technician fell through my attic and put a huge hole in my kitchen ceiling. When I try to contact ADT about getting the repair paid for, all I get is the run around. They were happy to get my account, but not so accommodating when it comes to follow through. At this point, that experience is enough to make me say steer clear. If they step up, I may feel otherwise!

I recently moved into the Willow Ridge housing area and have 2 bad experiences with ADT employees. After telling a salesman I wasnt interested in ADT service he was insistent on entering my home and performing a security inspection. I told the individual your not hearing me I am not interested, he than said, why are you wasting my time The next ADT encounter was a week ago when 2 sales people a women and gentleman wanted to perform a security inspection, I told them that they were the second ADT people to come to my house and that I was not interested. Last night at 8:15 p.m. the same 2 individuals came to my house, ringing the doorbell and then banging on the door. I told them you guys have already been here and the female wanted to argue with me and say no we havent. The male then said, you look familiar. I would be very careful with this company, no company needs to enter your home.

I continuously had a yellow triangle on my alarm panel and for the life of me could not resolve the issue, as I kept receiving a message that I had a low battery. I notified and scheduled an appt w/ ADT as a tech promptly arrived and was able to address and resolve my issue in less than 30 min. ADT is Awesome security company, I would not go anywhere else.

Awful company to work for! Undervalue their employees! Cram weeks of information in three days then they throw you too the wolves! Managers only care about how many sales you get because of their bonus! When it comes to supporting their employees, they get very careless! Don’t care about personal life issues. Assistant Managers abuse power by talking to you any sort of way, then snitch on you too the managers!

I had a very bad experience with this company. I entered into a contract with them for 36 months (3 years) which was ended on February 22, 2020. This company continued to charge my account $57.13 until June 8, when I found out that I was being charged, I called them for a refund but the disrepectful and untrained black female representative started yelling at me. I got angry and canceled my account immediately. I will never want to have anything to do with ADT. Im done with them!

THEY WERE RUDE AND LAUGHED AS THEY WALKED AWAY. THEY WALKED THROUGH MY GRASS AND HONKED THEIR ALARM ON THERE VEHICLE. GOING GIVE US A FREE SYSTEM IF I DISPLAY THEIR SIGNS FOR 3 MONTHS. THEY POPPED A JOKE/LAUGHED AFTER I SAID I DONT BELIEVE YOU.

Weston arrived at the beginning of the time frame window, which is awesome. Set-up was thorough but quick. Weston explained everything....camera, alarm programming, access code programming, motherboard, etc. I am satisfied with my installation, today.

My technician was very Professional and also great explaining every feature on the home security. He explain things and make sure that I understood them. He was also very quite doing his work.

I needed a $4 replacement magnet for one of my door sensors. They couldnt sell me one. I couldnt get it mailed to me I couldnt go by and pick one up. They dont have the manpower for those things. The only option was to have a service call for about $75 I think.My contract is up in 1 month and 28 days so I decided not to renew. I was transferred and the next person wouldnt let me cancel. I would have to call back less than one month from the date the contract expires. If I didnt know this it wouldnt go month to month it would have renewed for 3 more years with cancellation fees if I just had to leave.But that person could get my $4 magnet replaced for free. I asked why the first person didnt offer to do that. There was no good answer. It was a 28 minute phone call. They are to come on monday to install the magnet sometime between 12:00 and 5:00. Thats nice. Ill still call and cancel my contract in 28 days though.

Had a SOB from this company come to my door trying to pressure me into a contract said my realtor sent him. Told him still adjusting and was interested just trying to figure out the budget on my new home. Gave me a price quote told me my home owners would go down. I politely told him maybe after a couple months then he said this offer wouldn’t be available then. Had to tend to my son when I came back he said “so for the price of a meal a month I couldn’t afford to get there security system.” I then politely said have a nice day. Next time adt comes here there get an earful. It’s was a talk skinny white dude with a goatee never gave a name think his tag said Dillion. how bout sell your product or get the hell of my lawn. Insulting me good job bro I will forever not be an adt customer. One star for ruining my Saturday same start for giving me a funny story to tell everyone I know. Best business advertising is word of mouth and now with google reviews I can tell even more people.

Just be warned, their sales people will shove letters through your door. They will bombard your home leaving their cards and other garbage pretty much all the time. But shoving their mail through my door was absolutely unacceptable, and made sure that I will NEVER go with them. I will make sure to always go with their competitors even if it means paying more. They are the solicitors we see the most, and have a compete disregard for your home or privacy. I have always heard terrible things about them, and I will add this to the many reasons to avoid them. I will enjoy spreading the word of how invasive and disrespectful this company truly is.

I will not get their service because of a woman who works for them. She drives a black Dodge Charger JFL6036. She has sat in front of my house on more than one occasion, and was rude to me when I asked her what she was doing. She said This is a public street, and I have every right to be here. She tried to start a fight with me when I went to the rear of her car to get the make, and was wanting to film the incident. I walked away. If this is who they hire, I would not feel safe with them protecting my house.

Worst company. Protection one was much better then this new ADT. They will tell you every possible lie or give you every possible false information to sell their product. they quoted me for a brand new installation and installed an old used not working keypad system in my store. On top of that, I tried to call them like 100 times but they never responded me back!

Worst service ive ever faced it. They will give you all false information to sell their product, first of all the representative Glenn Driskill told me that he will put all new digital system with all new equipments, which he never did it. Secondly, he told me that I will have to pay the installation charges which will include the first month service fees and then next two months will be free from our side, but just one week after the deal, they charged another amount from my bank and then again after one month they charged the fees, which means there was never free months.BEWARE.. they say they are the best service provider which they never are! really upset. Never recommended!

I was trying to add a door sensor and replace a camera that was damaged. I thought that this would be simple. I was very wrong.The scheduling process and the service leading up to this appointment was a disaster. Long holds, no ownership and no one wanted to do a decent job of serving a customer. It took four scheduled appointments and dozens of calls to get this work completed. ADT has a systematic failure in providing service to their customers. No one at ADT showed a level of care until I contacted the COO. ADT has a good corporate service recovery process for when C suite people are contacted. Unfortunately for them, this must come up often since no customer facing departments care in any way.The lack of care, ownership and process was incredible. This is not a one time issue. I had to speak to dozens of people over a 4 month period. I was just blindly transferred from one person to another. Told I needed to talk to sales, then service and then scheduling. Then I would get transferred back through this progression once again. Appalling. This is a top to bottom, systemwide failure. Sweeping changes need to be made.
