Their sales reps will do anything to make a sale. When you call in for help nobody is willing to help. Vivint lies to you, they are over priced and they do not value their customers. When you call in for help and expect a phone call back they will never call you back. The security service even sucks, I would always get delayed images from my door bell camera. An alert would go off at night and I would get an image from the morning. DO NOT CHOOSE VIVINT.
