First time shopping at this location. I’ve done order pick up twice (Halloween Stuff 🎃), and they’ve fulfilled my order quickly! Friendly and polite staff. Always greeted upon walking in!

I love bath and body works, they have such great products and friendly service. They have so many different fragrances, there is something for everyone. And they have great sales

Very very horrible customer service I called and was told by Kay that I can arrive at the store few minutes after they close just for them not to let me in so I came into the store to explain the promotion they had that day I was told they would honor it then when I was ready to purchase 1st off I was told by Kay that she was the one who gave me the wrong info but her additude was way overboard on honor the deal wen I was goin to use my card my card wasnt reading so I came to my car to get cash my total went up 85$ more then it was I asked her how did it change she said because she look into it and rung it up wrong that is not my fault I should honor the right price and laughed at me asking as if I was broke wen I asked for manger she said very disturbing way I am the manger with a big smile appon her face I work an customer service as well and I wouldnt treat my customers like that entering the store especially if I was a manger

This is my local (and favorite) Bath and Body Works store. The staff is always super friendly and the store is really organized to find exactly what I need. I recently placed an order of candles online and one accidentally got broken in transit. The store helped me easily exchange the candle there so I could avoid the hassle of return it via mail.

I give this place a 5 stars they are taking very good safety precautions for social distancing and limiting the amount of people in the people in the store the people are very friendly and they have had some pretty good deals only complaint is wish they added a little bit more of the newer scents like holiday wise and stuff. but overall AMAZING

Just spent too much $. The newer cashier was having problems with my coupon. The wonderful, red haired manager came in and saved the day. She will definitely have me coming back in.

My wife and I just left Bath and Body Works in Lake Worth, TX. 10 minutes after they opened at 10:00. Everywhere you look they have signs about how much they care about your safety and what steps they are taking to keep their customers safe in this time of Covid 19. While waiting in line 6 feet apart to pay for our purchase I’m watching a cashier named Melisa eat a burrito while ringing up customers purchases. Truly blatant disregard for customers health and safety.

My mom and I went to this location and the cashier, Stephanie according to her name tag, was not very customer service friendly. She was sassy about my mom using cash, unfriendly when we asked about when more scents and options for hand sanitizer would arrive, and then was snappy at another guest because they were not standing on the correct side. She tells them ladies please form the line correctly (indicating where the arrows are) I TOTALLY understand why these rules are in place for forming the line and to keep everyone safe but was disappointed at how your cashier was acting and giving a bad attitude at the customers about it. There can be a more polite way to ask and act about everything! Corona is frustrating for everyone..

Went in today with my daughter ! Was instantly greeted ! She showed me what was new and sprayed samples for me . Super sweet girl . Didn’t get her name . Glasses and poney tail . Went to go check out and the girls in the back were seriously so kind and sweet to me ! Made my day for sure ! Great shopping experience

Came from Azle website said opens at 9 am then they proceed to tell the line of people no they open At 10. You don’t have to be RUDE about it!!!

Always have a great shopping experience at this location. Last time I was there a sweet lady named Kelly helped me pick out so many awesome smelling candles, I loved her wonderful attitude and she genuinely made my day with her wonderful demeanor. Today I went in again and was greeted by a sweet lady whose name I cannot recall, but she helped my nephew pick out the perfect hand sanitizer holder for his backpack. Very sweet of her, and she was just as excited as he was that he found the perfect thing. Great customer service at this location. Means a lot when grown ups take time to cater to even their young clients. Very happy customer, thanks for making my nephew feel like a valued client.

Always love Bath and Body Works only suggestion is that the cashier pay closer attention to her facial expressions, I had been doing yard work that day and looked like it to, but I felt she was snarky and looked me up and down a few times while checking out. Otherwise I had a pleasant experience

I came to the store before 8pm on Valentine’s Day and the doors were locked. The store hours are posted as 9pm closing, voice recording says the same thing. I saw 3 other customers come pull on the locked doors. I was quite disappointed 😞

I visited the Lake Worth location recently and you can never go wrong with their bath products. They were having a great sale, so I stocked up on soaps, candles, and shower gels. Now I am set for summer!

No hours of operation posted on the building, online says they open at 10am. Workers just staring at the line of waiting customers, I waited 15 minutes and decided to shop at another retailer. At 11am there are still people trying to shop being greeted by a locked door. Post your hours or open when it says online.

The smell when you open the door... Love it. They are always friendly and have employees throughout the store making sure you find what you want and know about their specials. If you dont get a basket when you walk in and end up having a lot in your hands, they always bring you a basket. 5-star service!

Waited for 45 just to get in the store. Just to find out they didnt carry what I wanted.

The ladies working here were super friendly and attentive despite the late time of day and were happy to answer any questions we may have had. The whole store is nice and neat and has little testers for you to see which smell you like, if you dont already have one. When I went they had a buy 2 get 1 free, but I dont know if thats still going. You can always ask the kind staff, though!

Because they are running business as usual, just like they should! Nobody cares if theres a limited hours thats great but thank you for just being open and being nice and being normal.

Half the store was empty, with no merchandise. Walls filled with empty paper bags to fill in the shelves. For a second I thought this location was closing.

Went in to do an exchange from a purchase I made online, that took almost 2 weeks to even get to me!, last night due to the wrong item being shipped & exchange another scent that smelled horrible. The ladies were absolutely awful when it came to customer service. I tried making conversation with them & was greeted with attitude, eye rolls, & being bluntly ignored! I will never again shop at this location! I will stick with the one at ridgmar mall where the employees are absolutely amazing!

Bath & Body Works has been one of my favorite stores for over 20 years and they never disappoint. Lexi was awesome today. She was enthusiastic and has a bubbly personality.

The greeting was rather terse& grim.store had spaces & fewer products out. Sadly there are some. Items i miss discontinued and room spray

Well if my wife goes missing I know where I can find her. Yes, Bath And Body Works is where she would love to live and those coupons that come in the mail (buy one get 3 free or something that you cant pass up deal), well lets just say we could open our own store. Hand soaps, lotions, candles and air fresheners. Ok, I think its an awesome place too. The staff is so kind and helpful to make sure you find everything youre looking for. Time to go check the mail!

This store is very clean and organized. The staff are always aware of everyone that comes in the store. They always say hi with a big smile. Staff is very helpful. Store always has everything i am looking for. And so close to my home is a plus.

This is a nice store but the biggest complaint I have about Bath and Body Works is their strict coupon policy. If you see something online and it is on sale and you have a code, they wont honor that unless you received an email with that same offer. Maybe you deleted your email that morning or something happened, they wont honor your word. It has been a problem everywhere Ive lived-Phoenix, AZ and Sacramento, CA. I just wish they were more lenient about their offers. They make you feel like you are trying to take advantage of them and that isnt it at all. I have called the Customer Service and they honored an offer I saw on their website.

Went in the store to buy plug ins and the fragrance that goes with them. I asked if I could use 10 off of 30 coupon and was told no that they no longer accepted coupons from anywhere except through email. So, I still continued with my purchase until the salesperson rang it up and said you couldnt have used it anyway, your purchase is $29.56. So I left my things there without purchasing them. After speaking to the manager she just blew it off! I will not be back in that store again!!

Busy with Holiday shoppers, but relatively quick to get checked out. Seems like they have less selections on womens shower gels than they had in past.

Visited this location for their candle event and although very busy they tried to help keep the line moving, they helped answer questions and kept the store in great conditions for how many people where there. I love that this location is just in a shopping strip instead of the middle of a mall.

Today was $2.50 hand soap sale, but even with that craziness all the employees are super nice and helpful and I got through the line relatively fast for how long it was. I love this location.

Love this place. Hit them when they have sales. You can walk out of there with close to $100 of product and half if it was free.

I went in today on my lunch hour because of a promotion I seen online that the wallflowers were buy one get one free in stores and online. I go in, pick out my wallflowers, and about 6 or 7 scents for them. Get up to the counter and the cashier tells me she needs the coupon from my email. I start looking for the email and don’t see it so I’m like shoot I mustve accidentally deleted it. By delete I mean archive! So I’m standing there by trying to figure out how to recover my emails from this morning. Finally after doing research, googling, and downloading an app so I can see all my emails. The email she is talking about I never received. That’s when she proceeds to tell me yeah it’s just for VIP members or frequent shoppers and there’s no way for me to adjust it here in store!!! REALLY?! You couldn’t start with that?! I literally just signed up last month so obviously I wasn’t going to receive it! And for her to be ok with me leaving without even trying to help is just ridiculous. I wasted my whole lunch hour at that store, got bad customer service, and wasn’t able to purchase anything because even if I wanted to buy something else, I didn’t have any more time! Very dissatisfied with my first time being at this store.

Got there more than 10 minutes til closing and werent allowed to come in the store. Why have a closing time if arent going to abide by it? Saw other people turned away as well. Very disappointing.

I went to the one off Azle Ave and I asked a lady if they had any frosted cranberry candles left and she pointed and said I think we have one left over there so I saw another lady and she said if they arent right here we dont have anymore. So I found them and found out it was the manager who was most unhelpful. She wasnt friendly at all. The staff seemed irritated. 👎

Hours online showed they closed at 7 pm, arrived only to find the workers taking down all signs and the store was closed because it’s not “holiday season” anymore. The hours need to be updated then.
