I went in to buy spearmint Skoal and they were out the lady took my phone number and my name and said they would call me as soon as they get more deliverys in on Monday most places would not do that so I will definitely go back to tobacco town they also have other cheap tobacco products I highly recommend this place ❤️love it

Went there today with a bunch of friends I smoke with regularly.it was a soft opening.the owners and staff were super hospitable.great smokes.western decor was very cozy.I love the b.y.o.b policy.this is my new lounge without a doubt.perfect location.

I was double charged for my purchase because the clerk didnt know how to work the machine. It showed up on my statement later.

Store looks totally different under new management. They have restock most of their products, and the place is well managed and organized. Im glad they fired the mean grumpy old guy. New faces, but still, best prices on all their tobacco products and supplies. They have good selection on Vapes and E-Juice, Pipes, Cigars, and all other must have for smokers. They had what I wanted. Employees were friendly and helpful. The lady even asked me what my favorite brand was that i was looking for and she would see if they could order it.

Ive been going here once a week for several years & the new staff that has taken it over are great. Very polite & courteous to the customers. 110% better than the grumpy ole man that made customers feel like we were intruding on his time. Well, ok I did go in twice & had to scream across the counter a few times loudly in order to wake him up from his nap after lunch (his plastic dish was in his lap). These now are sooooo pleasant.

There is a guy who stands around in there who is suppose to work but is worthless. He doesnt know the product and will sell you the opposite of what you ask for. He acts like he doesnt understand what your saying. The only saving feature is the lady who works in there, does know what she is doing but only works Tues,Fri and Sun. If the man was gone and they got someone who knew what was going on it would be great and priced right. And even though my rating is low it would go to a 4 or 5 if they replaced that one problem employee.

I have visited this shop 5 times and was disappointed 4 of them. The first time I went it was for cigs, I walked in and was not greeted or even acknowledged. The gentleman running the counter was involved doing paperwork and though he knew I was there (because he glanced up as I came in) he said NOTHING to me. After a few minutes of waiting patiently he looked up from his numbers and almost scowled at me, I asked him for my brand and as he turned to get them a male customer came in behind me. The owner (I think) greeted him without prompting and smiled in his direction, meanwhile he said NOTHING to me but my total. I paid and left as he began interacting with the next customer.The second time I went in I was looking for vapor juice and a replacement tank, there was an older woman behind the counter and she was an absolute delight! She took her time and helped me find just what I was looking for, when I explained that the vape I was using was a little hard to use she pulled out an All In One vape and explained how it worked. I was so very pleased with the service and left very happy with everything I needed.The third time I went in because my hard to use vapor was giving me an error message on the display. I walked in and the owner was behind the counter, Do you know anything about vapors? I asked. Hugh? was his reply. I pulled out my vape to show him the error message. I dont know vapors he said and waved it away dismissively, then stared at me in silence... so I left.The 4th time I encountered the owner again when I went in for vape juice, they had 1 bottle of the kind I wanted and I asked him if they happened to have any more. No was his only reply. So I purchased the 1 bottle, my total was $1.07... I gave him $5.07... he took the money and closed his drawer and just looked at me. $4 in change? I said... Oh, Sorry he replied and gave me my change. No smile, no nothing...The last time was today, I was out running errands and wanted to see if they had gotten any more of the juice I liked... so I decided to stop by . When I went into the store I greeted him, I pointed to the row where I had found my brand last time and it was empty... This is the kind I was looking for and pointed to my flavor.. but in 6mg He shrugged his shoulders and said We dont have, then he started looking through the 0mg bottles (as if he was checking to see if any had been miss stocked, So you are out? I wanted to confirm.. YES we no have he said louder. I asked the price of one other item so he pulled it from the shelf looking exasperated and scanned it on the register. Upon realizing it was WAY outside my price range I thanked him and left.... AND I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!I dont know if its because Im a woman, or maybe because Im a white woman or maybe he just doesnt like my face but either way I have never received worse service ANYWHERE. I will NEVER give this place my business EVER again. I was never rude or unpleasant in ANY WAY so I dont understand why my service was so poor. The prices are great but you are taking a chance on how you will be treated!

I shopped here every week for 2 years untill today. New guy behind the counter is a complete moron. I will gladly drive the extra 5 miles to smoke shop in Lake Worth before I go back.

Well its not really a mom and pop store, tobaccos is a little pricey... excellent selection of cigarette tubes and machines to roll your own cigarettes, manager is very helpful

Horrible cigar selection. Humidor was broken, cigars seemed to be old, cracked and without any flavor. Not coming back again.
