Scheduled an appointment for my mother to get a flu shot at 2:45pm. Per pharmacy, better to schedule an appointment so as to not to wait but that they do accept walk-in. Arrived at the store, at 2:40pm. My mother did not get her shot until 3:35pm. What was the point of making an appointment? Also I tried to get a flu shot as a walk-in with my daughter while we were up here with my mom. Was told no, we have to make an appointment. My mother called before hand and was told they take walk-ins but recommended an appointment. What exactly is the point of an appointment if with an appointment we wait almost an hour with an appointment? When we arrived there was just 1 person ahead of us and they waited an hour for their shot. Poor time management by the Pharmacy staff.
Been on hold trying to do refills (automated system routes my call) just to have someone pick up, Walgreens pharmacy, can you call back in an hour because we are busy doing Covid testing and vaccines and HANGS UP before I can even reply. Is this Walgreens new norm for customer service? Guess I will call CVS then. Unacceptable
Nice clean drug store with very helpful and pleasant store clerks. I was able to find all I was looking for and more. They always have a great selection of special occasion cards, seasonal candies and supplies, cosmetics, and of course healthcare needs with a pharmacy. I would recommend this drug store.
I went to this location last night 2/28/21 around 9:15pm and while I was waiting to cash out a Caucasian woman walked in without wearing a mask and the cashier didn’t even say a word except welcome to Walgreens. If I’m not mistake the mask mandate is still in affect. Very disappointed.
The cashiers here are lazy and rude. They are useless and not helpful at all they don’t know how to do their jobs and they all need to be fired and other cashiers need to be hired.
I frequently visit this Walgreens, and there are two people in particular that I feel deserve special recognition. One is Angela, and the other is the Manager Dean. Angela is always spreading infectious positivity, and making everyone smile before and after leaving the store. Dean is beyond helpful and has a huge heart. Today they both helped us in a massive way. We are forever thankful for the sweet people at this store!
Photo attendants were too busy talking to help their customers. Sent people to tbe front where the single cashier already had a line.Beware, store employees dont cover their noses in this store.

I decided that for Father’s Day I would have a canvas made on my grandfather and me and my sisters, due to the fact that this is the first year without my grandfather. I placed the order at 10am and says it will be available at 2pm, that’s 4 hrs, I leave work to go pick it up, and I get there and she says it hasn’t been started and that it would maybe that 15mins. I told her I will wait and I proceed to walk around the store and then make my way back to the photo counter where she tells me that I will have to come back because there are 7 poster orders ahead of me, and that they close at midnight . I told her I placed it over 4 hours ago and no one told me and that she said she’ll be able to get it done while i walked around. Very unimpressed by the photo section as well as the fact that she told me I need to come back, if I did t need it for tonight I would have cancelled it.
I came to pick up my prescription that I need today and the hours say they close at 9. I came at 6:20 and they had a sign up saying no pharmacist on duty so they are closed. This happens all the time at this pharmacy. If your pharmacist is constantly unavailable, you should hire a new one. I have to take my medicine TONIGHT and now I can’t. Thanks a whole lot for nothing.

Do NOT go to this pharmacy. I had a family member who gets medications here and ended up being short on pills. And I dont mean 1 or 2 pills. I mean about HALF OF THE PRESCRIPTION! It was supposed to be 90 pills that were to be picked up, yet only about 40 pills were in the container. HOW CAN SOMEONE MESS UP BY PUTTING 50 PILLS LESS THAN NECESSARY into a container??! And this medication is vital for people to survive! After reading other reviews, its clear that this is a common problem with this pharmacy. They are stealing medication from customers. No one can mess up that badly to a ton of different patients. If you dont believe me, just read the other reviews on this page. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MEDICATION! This should be zero stars.
OMG - Total ineptness and inconsiderate patient care. Im a doctor and it took me 25 min. to get a simple Rx. issue taken care of - the patient was there and the pharmacy peeps did not want to talk to - so they left me on hold. Yolanda - FINALLY answered, but she was not pleasant to deal with. I wish the manager would take the time to contact me for an earful and instructions on how to FIX their well deserved POOR reviews. Im still not sure if the patient was able to get their meds ..... UGH.
Pharmacist does try but is handicapped by a staff of fools. If you call get the name of person u spoke with because when arrive they will swear up and down theyve ever heard of you. You are better off walking in and waiting, at least if u are there, they will hurry somewhat. Staff could not muti task their way out of a paper bag. Good luck, you have been warned.

My husband went in tonight to buy q-tips. They were on special if you have a Walgreens card. He has a card, but for some reason it never works properly, so he asked the clerk to just run it on their card and she refused, very rudely. This same thing happened to me there as well a few months ago but fortunately the lady behind me let me use her card. We will not be back.
Has been out of #7 Beautiful Skin Wipes every time ive been, but does have a good selection of vitamins.
I pull up to the drive thru, at 6:45, to pick up a prescription and there’s four cars ahead of me. It’s not moving. It’s obviously the busy time of day. So we go inside and there’s three people in line already and more lining up behind us. There is one girl working the window and counter! The other two people just go on standing at their computers, not offering any assistance with the backup of customers.
I was denied disability and cant get my Medication. I just sit and stare at the sign.. Siiiiigh
If I could give this place a negative zero I would, all I have to say is People count your medicine because I have a organizer for my parents meds while I was helping my parents getting there meds in order I found out they where shorting their meds not once but three times and all three times I had to go back to get the rest of their meds. If it was 3 pills short then you just goofed no problem but three times more than 10 pills short for both of my parents. In my eyes you are a evil person if you take from the elderly because you think they old and want miss it, yet you billing their insurance and getting paid! Now if the pharmacist cant count or read then you in the wrong line of business period!
Having meds called in at 8, went to pick up at 2 and was told they would be ready in 20 minutes, came back at 7pm to be told they still aren’t ready and if I could come tomorrow and get them. No, get my meds now please!! This is the second time this has happened here! Lakesha was extremely friendly and you could tell she was flustered by the delay as well.
This store is severely mismanaged and the pharmacy is horrible to deal with! I drive an extra mile to have a pleasant experience at the Bryant Irvin Rd. location.

Do yourself a favor and do not use there pharmacy. They people need more training especially the assistances. I ended up having to pay out of pocket after trying to resolve the problem for 15 minutes because they couldnt find my son in the system after my husband had called and talked to them prior about the insurance. I talked to the insurance and they said that walgreens never tried to run the insurance. The manager is unhelpful and rude.
If theres a negative rating for this pharmacy, Id be very happy to give them that. SUPER SLOW personnel! I need to waste 20 minutes just to get the receipt that they didnt attached to the drive thru prescriptions that I got and when theyre trying to find it,they got it from the trash. That stupid PHARMACIST who did the drive thru threw the receipt on the trash. And they have to let me identify the receipt! That Daniela, oh my god! I dont know why they even let her work there. She doesnt know what shes doing or probably too lazy to do what shes supposed to do! there are like 5 customers waiting on their lobby for assistance and she just keeps on chatting with the stupid and slow-like-a-turtle pharmacist, I mean they should practice multitasking if they really needed to look at each others computer!
Worse staff Ive ever seen at a pharmacy. Rude, and incapable of doing the most basic of tasks. Dont go here, you would be better off going anywhere else. Wish I could give less than 1 Star.
I called to make sure they had they soap I was looking for before I made a 15 min drive even though it said this store carried it spoke with Marissa who never took the time to look for me instead told me she doesnt remember seeing it off the top of her head I asked if she could go look but some how we started having hearing problems 🤦🏾♀️
Went to this locations photo center 2 different days to pick up online orders, both days I had small issues, however Adam helped with my issues both days and was able to fix the problems fast and he was very friendly!!
The pharmacy staff, i.e. Pharmacist Kumari and cashier, I encountered were extremely brusque, rude and unhelpful to the extent that I was even yelled at whilst trying to get clarification on my prescription.

Very bad attention at the super bad pharmacy I ordered a medicine for my girl and they told me to pick it up in 2 and a half hours when I went the medicine the medicaid supposedly did not cover it and they did not even send me a message to notify me that the medicine did not covered and my girl suffering from 2-hour light bulbs due to poor care .....
