Came in 5mins ago looking for a few mens colone, some white lady really ran me off with her rudness. I SAID, DONT TOUCH THE COLONE was kind of over the top. Ill just order from online.

The ONLY reason that I so generously selected 3 stars instead of 1 is simply and solely because of **BRIGHTON**. I hate hate hate hate hate employees that act like vultures, IF I NEEDED HELP I would ask. Would only return as a last resort. Give that girl a raise.

I found my lipstick I am so excited. The service I received was amazing store was very clean and easy to find the items you needed.

I did a return and the experience was awful, they treat you like you steal. If you are making a return they will call shephora and make you wait to see if you are approved??? Plus they ask for the email of the order you made and to show the my credit card, have in mind I had my receipt, Im going to order a new card because the employee saw my name and credit card number. I felt ashamed because there was another customer and she was looking at me like if I was making a return without a receipt. This my second time buying here and my last, Im sticking with Ulta, they are much nicer. The customer service sucks, if you come in looking normal they will look down on you. 🙄🙄🙄😒

Ive been going to Ulta for a while and I wanted to step up my game so I came here, and the girl who helped me was actually kind of pushier than I expected. I had been planning on buying a high-end foundation but she was trying to get me to buy one that looked super cakey on me.I was hoping to try and buy MUFEs foundation, but she put NARS on me and after I said it looked kind of patchy/cakey she said it was the moisturizer and asked Do you want to go ahead and buy it? and I was like Wait what?Not the best timing for the pitch, lady. I felt so awkward because I didnt want to spend ~50$ on a foundation I didnt like, but she didnt help me find an alternative, and I was hoping theyd do my make-up, like Clinique will, but no. Oh well.Went to Clinique later and they were not pushy AT ALL - we ended up buying from them instead, and it was like half the price and the lady was really sweet.

Worst Sephora I’ve been to staff is always rude & it’s dirty I recommend people avoiding this place

Haley was amazing she had awesome customer service, only bad thing was a lot of product was out of stock!

They really need to fix there hours on Sunday! It shows they are open till 7pm & the mall closes at 6pm. This is at every sephora inside a mall.

The worst Sephora customers I was literally walking around waiting for them to come help me find a good primer and nobody asked me if I needed assitance . Even when I walked in nobody greeted one girl what ever happened to customer service ? The workers were all Old too maybe the trash cans where all full of tissues it was dirty

The lady is not very helpful.not ready to work with someone that need help for make up.she always said up to you.when Im asked for advise.that is not helpful at all.very disappointed.but wish her luck for her pregnancy.
