Dr. Kehrwald is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. The staff is helpful and kind. They all took the time to explain the process of getting hearing aids and answer all of my questions. They made a frightening time easier to deal with. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Texas ENT Center. Specifically, Elizabeth Kehrwald, Au.D. She has been wonderful since the first day I walked in, knowing I needed hearing aids but incredibly nervous about it. She walked me through everything, and was incredibly kind and patient with me. My most recent visit was today, and it was just as pleasant and efficient as ever.

I cannot thank the staff & specially Dr. K Horan at Texas ENT Center for the support they have given our family. Just want to say if you have an emergency they are not the ones to call. Very sad. My husband has been coming here since end of 2018 and in 2019. I gave them and pass in 2020 because it was such a weird year. Yet here we are call this morning it is Monday to get an emergency appointment for my husband his ear has been hurting since Saturday sorry we cant see you till Thursday sorry hes in pain. Long story short in 2018 had such a severe ear infection he was in the hospital for a week and IV antibiotics at home for 6 weeks. And yes we are a little gun-shy on when he gets an earache. I have to say we love the doctors there they have been amazing. All I can say is its very disheartening how uncarrying your stuff is. 😒

Place your insurance information online. My child has a supplemental Medicaid program and I was told that even if I cancel the supplemental plan they won’t see him. Sounds like they don’t care about the community or children.

My appointment was at 2:45. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. The first hearing test went smoothly and pretty fast. the woman was very nice. After that I was told to sit in the chairs and wait for another check up from another doctor. The wait time was absolutely absurd. There are no patients in here so I don’t know what’s taking so long. Finally another nurse came and sent me to another room and asked some questions and told me to wait for the main dr. I was there for TWO HOURS. They were all nice but didn’t seem to care about my time whatsoever. I also had my four year old with me which makes it 5x more frustrating. I’m usually a really patient person and understand certain circumstances, but this was ridiculous.

Today I had a follow up from my 1st new patient visit 4 days prior with Dr. STEPHEN WRIGHT MD. The service today had been satisfactory until after I paid and explained that my employer required me to file a claim to return to work. This claim required a simple Physician statement of 2 pages. I was told the Dr. Did not feel comfortable filling it out and refused to do so. I am not sure why as it was basic what was I seen for and what was the diagnosis kinda thing... I explained my employer would not let me return to work with out the paperwork being filled out (I was ok with being charged for the time -I was told it had to be done by my employer). I was continually told no with ZERO compassion for what felt like a routine thing for many Drs Offices. When I asked to speak with Dr. Wright to explain he would not even give me the courtesy to come talk with me about the issue even when I offered to wait for him to complete his patient appointment. (My perception is he didnt want to deal with me... That lack of compassion for a patient speaks volumes about basic courtesy and care... I was eventually helped by the Office manager who offered to call my companies claims/TPA and see what could be done. This did fix the issue but, could have been offered without me having to debate about it for 30 minutes..... Very poor Customer Service experience....

Hailey Baird is the greatest to see at this practice. She has excellent patient care, listens to your concerns, and makes sure you are happy with her services. I have seen her for emergency situations and she has been phenomenal with her treatment. If you are looking for a great ENT then you will not be disappointed. Look no further Hailey is awesome!!! You will be happy to have her for your patient care.

Texas ENT is an excellent place to go. Elizabeth has such a great personality and made me getting my first set of hearing aides a breeze. I since then have started doing my allergy shots and have been going almost a year now. The staff is always extremely helpful and greet you with a smile. They make me feel very welcome and extremely comfortable especially Kimberly at the front desk. Jennifer is the person that gives me my weekly shots and always very considerate and careful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Kuddos to a great staff and teamwork!

I saw Dr. White. I was the last appointment of the day (4:30 p.m.) and I was in the room and ready for the Doc at 4:34. I am a Doc myself, and I thought that was a little amazing for being the last appt. of the day in a procedure based practice like ENT. Dr. White was great. Eminently professional and compassionate. Genuinely nice guy and very personable. He has a fine, light touch which is a big deal in E.N.T.! Highly recommended!

We brought my 1 yr old here because of repeated ear infections, roughly one every three weeks. Dr. White was very nice and he said that we might need to put tubes in my sons ears but he wanted to wait to see if they got better on their own. Unfortunately they didnt and he put them in and now my son is doing great.

Dr. Christianson is my ENT doctor. Great bedside manner. He treats me with respect, even though he is way more knowledgeable than I am. Helpful and courteous staff.

Dr. White is the best of the best. He takes the time to understand and listen to his patients concerns and issues. I have been to several ENTs in the area but have finally found “the one”. He has performed 2 procedures on my sinuses. His staff is super friendly as well. The audiologist is also great.

For the first time in my daughters life I came home from the Dr. and Elizabeth age 6 didnt mumble anything she said. So Happy!!

The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful. Ive been twice to this office, and both experiences were exceptional. I never had to wait very long (5-10min max). Ive gone to other offices or the same treatment, but Im sticking with this place. The doctor did a far superior job than either of the other two places I had been.

First impression was not so good. Walked in 15 minutes before appointment as directed. Was told computers were down and the appointment I was there for did not exist. They were struggling to control the ciaos. We left with a new appointment......hoping that new appointment would NOT end as this appointment did. Returned a week later and the appointment went well except they were running behind about 20 minutes....I guess that is better than no appointment. lol! Dr Christensen was awesome !!

A caring and efficient office. Very respectful doctors. I used their audiology service and received my unnoticeable hearing aids which also will give me relief from tinnitus. I am so grateful.

Quick and very friendly

The Worse experience that I have had with a doctors office. The receptionist was very cold towards me. I suspect it is because I am melanin rich, because a Caucasian person came in after me and he was treated as an adult should be treated, with respect and dignity. When I finally made it to the doctors office, he was more interested in getting me out of the office. I felt rushed and disrespected. He did not take time to understand my complaints. I was in there for about 10 minutes and was charged $134 dollars for telling me that I should purchase flonase. This is ridiculous. I will not recommend this doctor for melanin rich people.

Coming from Florida to Texas didt think I would find such great and compassionate Doctor like Dr Brandon, he guided me and helped me with my all year round allergies, I will recommend this place to any body, not only because they do a great job but just because they really care for you as a patient. And when I mentioned that he guided me I meant he did, my previous Dr was doing steroids shots straight to my nose to deal with my allergies until I met DR Brandon, and he explained the danger involved and give me so much knowledge about my allergies over all, so if you are looking for a Dr for your allergies do not doubt about this office.

Kristin Horan, Au.D. is a very nice lady and extremely helpful in explaining everything concerning my hearing loss and the use of the hearing aid. I can hear things I havent heard in years; the sound of tree leaves in the wind, the richness of music. Last but not least, the sound of my 2 year old granddaughters voice as she is learning new words. Thanks so much.

I do not usually post reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in hopes that others reading will think twice before visiting here. I have been seen at this facility twice. The first time I went in was early 2017. I had recently had a sinus infection and soon after, I started having popping, pain and pressure in both ears. They did a hearing and pressure test which both came back normal, so I was basically told I was fine as far as they could tell and was sent on my way. My second visit was last year. I specifically asked to be seen by a different person for my second visit. I was still complaining of ear popping and pressure and also sinus pressure. This person looked up my nose and in my ears, but they did not notice anything abnormal. They asked me if I grind my teeth and sent me away with referrals for a TMJ specialist and neurologist. At no point did anyone order a CT scan or MRI, which I now understand that for someone in my condition should have been ordered. Fast forward to this year, I have had migraines, trouble seeing, sinus pressure and ear popping and pressure. I am still in the early stages of evaluation by my new ENT and ophthalmologist, but it looks like I may have a sinus disease that has become so severe it is affecting my vision. I wonder now had I been properly evaluated in 2017 and 2018 if Id be where I am today.

Best ENT office in the Fort Worth area...have been taking my Allergy shots here regularly for the last 2-3 months and the Staff make everything even better. Super friendly and helpful whenever needed. Plus they open early on Fridays..gotta love it

Had my first visit to Texas ENT Center. Fully expected to have tons of forms to fill out and to wait the normal 45 minutes in the waiting room to see the doctor. However, I was taken in a few minutes before I was even scheduled and seen by the doctor immediately. He spent time listening to what was going on and expertly diagnosed the problem and outline a path to move forward. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend!!

The care and customer service at Texas ENT Center is excellent! Within the past six months, I have seen Dr. White (sinus surgery) and Dr. Kehrwald (hearing test) and each have exceeded my expectations. I receive allergy shots weekly and Jennifer and the staff upfront make it an efficient and easy process to get you in and out. If you are looking for an ENT, I highly recommend their group!

I had been struggling with my hearing for awhile. And Dr. Horan helped solve it for me. I am now wearing my hearing aids and love them. I cant even tell Im wearing them. She listens to my concerns and makes these experience less stressful. I would give them more stars if I could.

This was my very first visit to discuss hearing loss. Dr. Kehrwald & her staff made my visit yesterday very comfortable and personal. I came in with an ear infection that Ive had for 5 weeks. I had been to three other docs before and nobody could make the right diagnose and give me the right treatment. Dr. White could tell immediately what the problem was and finally gave me the right drops to start the healing. Its been 3 days now and my infection is finally getting better! Dr. White is great! Only down side is that you dont get an appt right away even tho I told them it was urgent. I could have saved myself 4 weeks of agony if seen sooner.

What a great experience. Our 5 year old could not sleep well and breathe through her nose, so we went for a consultation with Dr. Christiansen.Scheduled an adenoid removal surgery in a few weeks, where Dr. Christiansen performed the procedure, and now she sleeps and can breathe through her nose.The staff was great, and Kim followed up with us right away to make sure our kid is doing great after surgery.

Dr. Kehrwald worked with 90 year old mother who has had a stroke. My mom’s ability to understand and also express herself are greatly impacted. Dr. K worked with my mother to fit her with hearing aids that were simple enough for my mother to use but technologically advanced to help her hear much better. Dr. K was patient and so kind with both my mother and me. I highly recommend Dr. Kehrwald and the staff.

I was slowly losing my hearing for several years. In the last two years my hearing has dropped at a drastic rate. Hearing for me was a serious struggle. Texas ENT was a true lifeline for me. Elizabeth Kehrwald, the Audiologist, helped me regain some hearing back and gave me hope. She shared with me tools with coping and ideas about external gadgets to try. I feel the compassion and know firsthand that the attention to detail as it relates to my hearing is top notch. My appointment was scheduled within just a few days. Staff was very friendly and proficient; Dr. Horan performed an easy hearing test on me, and Hailey was able to resolve my hearing issues very quickly. I highly recommend the office and staff.

From the time you walk in your greeted with a warm welcome. They were willing to answer any questions i asked and made me feel conferrable. Ive been coming here for the last 3 years for allergy shots and had good experiences every time.

Dr Christianson is amazing and an amazing surgeon. His nurse is amazing and his office staff is amazing. He guided me through the scariest part of my life (medically) and I would recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgeable, down to earth, and caring.

I came in to seek help with my allergies specifically with allergy shots to see what all I was allergic to. They offered me two options; The first was the typical arm shots just on my forearms and if I wished to continue with further tests I could also get shots on my back. I decided to play it by ear but they had me go ahead and pay for both upfront before anything happened. Although most came out of my insurance I still had to pay out of pocket for the remainder. During the process I decided to only do the forearms shots. Stephen White did a fine job explaining what I was allergic to and how to prevent certain allergies. I decided not to pursue allergy shots or drops (as I was allergic to about everything) and was sent to the front for information.The reception area was where it all went downhill. None of the people (there were 3 of them) seemed to have any information about the drops I was still considering, how much anything was or how I could get the epipen. When I informed them that I only had the forearms shots done and not the back shots but still paid for it all, they couldnt figure out how to refund me my out of pocket expenses. They informed me after insurance took out what was supposed to be taken out (which they didnt know how much that was) I would get a refund check. I got the arm shots done March 4 and am still waiting for my refund as of April 17th.Apparently the only person that can help with anything is Sara in the billing department. They had sent the check to the wrong address, had a different number for my contact info and seem to be unwilling to give me my money back. Almost every time I call they are too busy to help or I am told to leave a voicemail, which never gets returned.I regret every going here as it has been a major pain to get basic information from the main front area. If I ever get my money back I will update this post but for now I am very irritated and want to warn others that they will charge you for things upfront for things you are on the fence about.

Dr White is very down to earth . He made my daughter feel comfortable and he is funny . Excellent staff .

The audiologist was great. She was very nice and explained everything to me. The 1 star rating is for the ENT. He was condescending and pretty much told me that my tinnitus is because I have anxiety and Im sensitive to it. You know like some who has a low pain tolerance notices pain more. I didnt realize that tinnitus is common in a young woman who had no hearing damage. He said its just something I have to live with. There was more but I dont feel the need to list it all. Just not happy with this visit at all.

I had some great anxiety about getting hearing aids. After talking with other vendors I was still very anxious, I was referred to Texas ENT by a friend. I have seen Dr. Kerhwald and Dr. Christensen. Dr. Kerhwald has helped restore some of my hearing loss with hearing aids and has been professional and patient in fitting and adjusting my hearing aids. She also selected a model that fits my lifestyle.I have not seen Dr. Christensen as many times but I have been completely satisfied with his performance and ability.The office staff is really friendly and they have also been very helpful with scheduling and scheduling conflicts as well as scheduling my hearing appointments in conjunction with allergy testing appointments to maximize my time. I have read some of the reviews that mention otherwise, but in my experience they are just fantastic. (Probably didnt get treated well by a customer and responded appropriately if I had to guess.)I would recommend Texas ENT Center to friends or family.

Staff is very pleasant. Quick appointments but be prepare to wait more than an hour. So if you make an appointment in this place be prepared to stay at the office waiting for at least 4hrs.

Today I came home from my ENT with a bag of hope. Something I always have, just now I have a lot more of it. Almost two years ago I suddenly developed an acute version of tinnitus, along with a routine sinus infection. My sinus infection went away, but the constant ringing in my ears, 24/7, did not. Most days when Im talking to you in person I hear something that sounds something like a loud dental drill or a firetruck, which is usually louder than the crowd at an NFL stadium. For about 18 months I was treated by another ENT (very reputable) with hearing aids that mask the obnoxious sound I hear, by playing white noise along side of it, to try and reprogram my hearing. Unfortunately that didnt do a whole lot for me. I have hearing loss and my brain makes a noise that it thinks my ears should be hearing (the drill/firetruck sounds). In February I went to see Dr. Kerhwald, at Texas ENT Center, for an ear infection. She suggested also treating my hearing loss instead of masking the tinnitus with white noise. I had my prior ENT adjust my hearing aids to where Ive been able to hear some of what I was missing. Since doing that Id had some relief, some less bad days, which Id never had before. That was great, but my old hearing aids are unable to reproduce the full range of sounds that Im missing. Today Texas ENT upgraded my Oticon hearing aids to better, Widex hearing aids. I have way more control, options and they let me hear things so much better. Im very hopeful that this will make things much more manageable and better. So far this looks like the best thing my ears have seen in two years. Thank you Dr. Kerhwald and Texas ENT Center.

My experience with TX ENT was great. Dr. White was extremely friendly. He treated me like a friend, not a patient or an income stream. I respect that. He and staff were very professional and genuinely cared about my health.When I first saw Dr. White I had repeated sinus infections (monthly at least) and was never 100%. After trying less invasive treatments (Rx, allergy tests, etc) I opted to go the balloon sinus route. Dr. White tried to fix it without surgery 1st, from a patient persepective I respect that.I had my surgery about 5 months ago and have had ZERO sinus infections since.Dr. White gave me my life back, I cannot thank him enough.

Was able to get an appointment within the same week as our referral to Dr. Whites office. Staff was very pleasant. We were scheduled late in the afternoon but because my sons case is complicated we were there well after closing hours. Not only did Dr. White take his time and help us try to figure out what our next steps were but the staff was understanding and not rushing us at all.Had to call on-call dr and received Dr. Christianson who returned my call within minutes and was very very pleasant and understanding. I will refer all my friends and family to Texas ENT Center.

Told they were in network for my insurance when I made appointmet, then asked again when I checked in for my appointment. After I had my procedure, I was told that they are in network but bill as out of network because of a different insurance that I dont even have. I was unable to verify anything because of storms in the east. Insurance was closed. I asked to talk to someone who handled billing instead of just someone at the front desk. She said the same thing. Then I was charged even more than out of network. I had to pay that day and was told that I would be refunded any difference after they billed insurance if there was an overpayment. Since I paid, they didnt bother to bill secondary insurance. Needing to file myself, then will have to go back to them with statement for the refund.

The entire staff is courteous and the office runs efficiently. My experience with Dr. Christianson was positive and the assistance that I got from Dr. Kristin Huran was OUTSTANDING. I will be referring friends!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They wanted me to do my allergy testing and told me the out of pocket cost was $40 after they verified my insurance. Turns out they never verified my insurance and now I owe them $1100. Talked to the office manager who was not helpful, talked to the doctor who wasnt helpful and told me we cant give away services for free and this was not their fault. The form they sent home telling me what the medical codes that they were billing only listed two of the 4 they actually billed me for. This test was over $2000 more than the last time I was tested at my old ENT 2 years ago. Do not use them!!!!

5 stars are not enough. Dr. Christianson and staff are fantastic. As a diver, skier, hiker, it has been difficult to enjoy these things while suffering from chronic sinusitis. Each fall and spring would bring some sort of sinus related illness, up to and including pneumonia, over the course of many years. I finally listened and went ahead with Endoscopic surgery for polyp obstructions.I am now breathing clearly, I dont feel sick all of the time, and have a much improved quality of life. I wish I would have done this years ago.I highly recommend Dr. Christianson and staff at Texas ENT Center. The process and experience has literally been a life changer, thank you Tx ENT!

The petty scraping for cash is ridiculous. We went for a post-op visit to discuss our baby’s well being with the new ear tubes. Solely bc we said we couldn’t give a good assessment bc she got strep at that time they charged us $70 as though it was a separate visit bc “strep” was in the conversation...as part of BEING ASKED about her week post-op. “How was she after the surgery?” “We technically bad, but she also had strep”—-and BOOM $70

First time in, I dont think theres a better place in this field in all of Texas. Any conversation or question I had was taken with the upmost care. Great attitude yall! Thank you Dr. Christianson and staff, you folks are top notch!

Excellent experience working with Dr. Elizabeth Kerhwald. My father has hearing loss for yrs, she worked with his VA to help get funding within a short time. He was fitted for hearing aids and can not believe how basd his hearing has been for yrs. She has been great working with adjustments, his questions, and making sure he is comfortable and satisfied. We will continue working with Dr. Kerhwald, and would highly recommend her to everyone!

The receptionist were wonderful and scheduled me an appt the next day because I was feeling sick! However when I went in I was told by the Dr. I did not have strep. He looked in my throat said it was a little red and pulled up a picture on Google and said this is what strep looks like. I was so shocked I didnt know what to do, I have been suffering with strep month after month and know what it feels like now so to have him say its not strep and not do a test made me a little upset. He proceeded to tell me it could be acid reflux and to get medication over the counter. I was still in shock that a Dr would not listen to his patient I didnt even have time to explain that I have already been tested for acid reflux recently and that was not the cause. I felt like I was treated like a child and not taken seriously, the Dr did not once ask about my medical history with any other issues, had he he would have known about what we have taken acid reflux off the table for possibilities. The following day I went to a different Dr who tested me for strep and it was positive. I wish they would have listened and had a tiny bit of faith that I knew my body and knew it was strep again even if it didnt look like the Google picture.

Awesome wonderful doctors and staff. Ive seen all three doctors. My dad also sees dr kehrwald for hearing aids. She is so dedicated and gives her full attention to him. He is 93 and a WWII pilot. Sharp as a tac. He loves the girls at the front desk. Also my daughter and granddaughters go here also. Highly recommend this place.

I had left an appointment request during the weekend on their webpage, they called me on sunday before opening and asked the reason. I told them my ears were killing me, i was in alot of pain. They found me an appointment to be seen for the following day. I was so greatful. They checked me and ended up prescribing me with some drops and medication for my ear infection. Loved the office they had great service and small play areas where little children can play. They were amazing. Following the intructions my ear healed within 5 days. I just wanted to leave a really good review since i wasnt able to go in to thank them in person, because when i went even though i was looking and feeling my worst, they didnt look down on me they were just very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this ENT to anyone. A special thanks to the doctor, which i dont remember her name because of how sick i was feeling, i just remember she is pregnant. Thank you.

Does not accept EPO. 3 stars because they called me back the next day after I submitted a new patient form online. However, I really cant give any more stars because I wasnt able to get my foot (or ENT) in the door.

I have been a patient of Texas ENT Center for 4 years now, specifically of Dr. Kehrwald the Audiologist. Ive worn Hearing Aids since I was an infant, and this is by far the most superior, professional service I have ever received or seen. Dr. Kehrwald has a real passion for Audiology and goes extraordinary lengths to better serve her patients. The entire staff from the time you check in is so kind and sweet, and is there to cater to your needs. Dr. Kehrwald is also my mothers Audiologist, and we both are beyond ecstatic with the services we receive from her. Truly an outstanding individual who takes care of the patient long before the enter the practice and after they leave. Highly recommend!! (2018)Edited to add: I have now received 2 pairs of hearing aids through Dr. Kehrwald. She ensures to get the fit correct the first time for minimal follow-up on my time.
